Currently a client of Mcmillan Law Firm for several years now due to the severity of my case. We spoke with Mrs. Judy plenty in resolving any problems that mightve come up, very patient young lady. Mr. Chance and Mrs. Jackie to me genuinely do care for their clients, theyve helped my family tremendously specifically my son who was impacted heavily. Would recommend this firm for anyone seeking help in their field of expertise.

Been a client of Mcmillan Law Firm for about 4 1/2 years now due to the nature of my case. Mrs. Judy was very patient in helping me and my family with most of our issues concerning the case and trying to resolve them. I cant express enough the amount of help and support ive received from Mr. Chance and Mrs. Jackie over the years with my concerns with the case. This firm is far by the worse firm I have ever in life had to deal with. They don t return calls, never in the office, always have an excuse on why they didn t do something, and I have so many unbelievable charges that I have to be responsible for. I had so many different people handling my case that I can t even count. This case was fought for 6 years due to COVID and true enough they got ME back $75,001.00 but with their legal fees and expenses and some of my doctor bills they took over $61,000.00 which over $40K went to the McMillian. I don t recall seeing them in the hospital, nor do I recall them going to therapy. I have permanent damage to my left leg; I have several herniated discs and slight disability in my left arm as well. I trusted this law firm to lead me in the right direction and they lead me too NOWHERE but their bank account. They never went to court, always rescheduled due to them doing other things which is understandable but these so-called charges for cancelation of court reporters several times, their doctor friends that they referred me to and a lot of miscellaneous things is just ridiculous. Even after everything was over, I had to call several times for them to send me my finial check and was still getting the run around. I truly wish Martin Law firm would have never sent my case over to them to assist on handling my accident. I had several conversations with Chance and Jaqualine because I didn t want them handling my case after one of the many people that was handling my case left their law firm and I was promised that they would keep me informed, call me at least once a month, as well as make sure my case was handled properly but what they didn t tell me was they was going to make sure their pockets were lined, and I would pay the price. I know people often have their friends and family members do a good google review for them and anyone that gave them anything over a star must be someone they paid or asked to help them out. RUN FROM THIS FIRM they will mess over you.

Very unprofessional!!! This firm NEVER calls back and whenever I try to call to get answers everyone is at lunch (at 4pm??) or is not in the office due to COVID. I get the COVID thing but whats the excuse for the entire YEAR before COVID happened when I could not even get a valid email address to stay in contact with my case manager (which was also changed more times than i could count, with nobody letting me know). I am removing my case from this firm and will be giving it to someone else.

This law firm is one of the worst I ve ever dealt with. They are not all on the same page. One may tell you one thing. While another tells you totally different. While waiting on my check we were told we could come and pick it up. But as soon as the checks hit there office we were told hr decides and she said no. Extremely professional firm, welcoming environment, and friendly staff. Although one employee stood out the most . Everardo (sorry cant seem to remember his last name) went above and beyond answering all of my questions and concerns. I left the office feeling completely at ease. Update, the McMillan law firm settled another case for me from another negligent driver. Chance has done an awesome job for me twice, always making sure that he fights for me against the insurance companies. His law firm has a great staff and is always prompt and courteous in any meetings or phone calls we have had. This is a lawyer and law firm you want on your side if you ever find yourself needing representation. Chance McMillan has represented me in the past for an accident I was in in 2014. Other lawyers were not willing to take on the case because of a subsequent accident, but Chance was willing to take the case and made sure I was taken care of. His staff is great and always helpful. Chance is now representing me in another accident and I have the utmost confidence in his ability to litigate and represent me as a client. I highly recommend Garcia and McMillan as a law firm.
