Very, very bad lawyer, I dont recommend him at all, they only take the money from you and they are of no use. My husband spent 3 months in immigration and he couldnt get it out. He didnt even communicate with me or my husband. I always had to be calling, at In the end, what he did was request the deportation without authorization of my husband. Look for another lawyer because this is the worst lawyer I have ever known.

I just want you to be very careful in the person you choose to resolve your legal problems, in my case this person allowed my rights as a father to be taken away, he allowed the court to rule on a crazy payment of support that I could not and cannot currently pay. , he convinced me to sign that paper when he could advise me not to sign it, in addition to explaining that I could not pay that amount, he knew that he had a 1-year-old son and another was on the way, he did not explain my situation to the court, At that time I had not seen my son for approximately 3 years since the mother denied me visits. Today I still cannot see him and with an immense child support debt and many other things. My goal is not to hurt anyone or make this person look bad, my goal is that other people do not go through what I am going through due to a bad decision of choosing the wrong person.

It has taken me a while to write this review, to ensure there was no emotion and simply just facts being stated, but I feel others should know. I would not reccomend this attorney. When i hired Mr. Lopez to represent my finance I was desperate and had no idea how to navigate the immigration channels and he took full advantage of that. He originally presented himself as a competent and compassionate attorney and I quickly realized that was not the case. I did not receive a contract or do not receive any documentation on the case/status. He will submit documents to the court that appear to have been written by a 2nd grader with misspelling. I would reach out to the office often requesting an update of the case and would be met with a long wait time and attitude when they decided to answer the phone. That being said, when Mr. Lopez decides there is not much money to be made in with a case he will essentially ignore it. He will lie about updates or when he is going to visit the facility. I am saying this because The office was notified on Nov. 20th that my fiancé appeal was denied and this decision would in turn mean he would be deported. (Back to a country he had not lived in since he was 6 years old) Mr. Lopez did not inform me or his client about this. So imagine our surprise when on Dec. 18th he is deported. When I reached out to him he spoke loudly over me & disrespectfully, and said it s simply a done deal Did not Inform me of any of the waivers he was eligible to start the process of bringing him back to the states. Throughout the process he misinformed us and did not work diligently on the case and this lead to my finance being dropped in a foreign country with no clothes, shoes, money, or shelter. Please there are some amazing immigration attorney s out there who are not money hungry and willing to work to keep your loved ones from ending up like mine. Mr. Lopez despite the image he portrays is not one of them.

I hired this firm 4 years ago for a DUI case and they helped me, my representative was the lawyer Fabio Amador, very good and kind. (case closed) I looked for him again at the beginning of the year to help my husband and the lawyer Arnold helped me, from the beginning he didnt even let me talk, he just gave me the price and said that he knew his job, he took my phone from my hands and he himself He gave 5 stars, he promised to get my husband out thats why I hired him, I spent money and time because he never took care of his case, my husband spent almost 5 months locked up and in the end he was deported. The lawyer never helped me at all and every time I went to his office to demand he only told me the same thing, I know my job and I know my job, HE DIDNT DO ANYTHING... I dont recommend him, look for someone else, dont waste time or money

They didnt contact me to inform me, I had to go to the office to pressure them and still.
