Mediation with Vivian Nguyen was a seamless experience. She offered her extensive expertise and time. She skillfully navigated a very difficult Divorce mediation. She considered the needs of both parties and the parameters of the law in order to reach a compromise resulting in a fair outcome. Even when we were down to the wire, she provided us with extra time to hammer out what was our Final Agreement. This goes above and beyond what other mediators have done. In our experience, when we reach the end of our time, other mediators shut it down and it results in litigation when the parties were close to an agreement. Her extensive and thorough MSA is very useful for Family law attorneys when drafting Final Orders. This ensures everyone is on the same page with what was agreed to, leaves no stone unturned, and ties every possible loose end. Other mediators have not been as thorough with their MSAs and in the past this resulted in confusion and extra time going back and forth with the mediator regarding everyones intentions within the MSA. On three occasions Vy Nguyen threatened to withdraw if I question her actions. If I didnt accept the mediation agreement which was biased she would withdraw. After missing a default judgment filing she withdrew then called the opposing council and told him she was withdrawn before she withdrew officially. She appears to be on your side at first but then helps the other side win if youre a male. She has not returned any of my money despite being requested. It is obviously picks and choose who she wants to work for and at some point she decides whether to keep helping you or turn against you. I have not seen my daughter in 2 years and she abandoned the case after missing a default judgment filing on purpose giving the opposing counsel in advantage.

Beware of this lawyer. They have 1 star reviews under a different name and decided to be slick and start another profile here. My review from the other profile: Nguyen Offices, PLLC Do not listen to these fake 5 star reviews. Here are the facts. I hired her and paid up front for a standard non-messy divorce. This law firm is the worst I have ever seen with communication and responding to emails or phone calls. I nearly got taken to court because Vy and her team would take weeks to respond to a single email from the opposing lawyer. I spoke to Vy a total of two times in a span of a year and a half. Once when I first called and then during mediation. During mediation she informed the other side that she needed to leave early and left me with her assistant. The final straw was when my ex wife and not my attorney informed me that the divorce was finalized. I called upset about the lack of communication and was laughed at by the front desk receptionist. To this day I still have not heard from Vy or her team about the outcome of my case/divorce. She will make you feel warm and safe when you speak to her. Please do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs. I will be reporting this firm to the BBB for poor practice.

First and foremost I would like to say Vivan was the most attentive attorney I had ever used for my accident situations. Every accident I had ever been in was at the fault of the other driver so dealing with their insurances always seem to drag out longer than it needed to. The moment I called Vivian about my accident she consulted everything I needed to do and proceeded to request every piece of Intel from me she may have needed to help my case. She made the saying I am only just a phone call away, true when working with her. There were multiple times I had to leave town for business travel and during these times the other persons insurance (the insurance of the person that hit me) wasnt working well with the collision center I had chosen.. Luckily, I expressed my concerns to Vivan and she called both the insurance and the collision center to straight things out! FYI, if the person at fault has Geico as their insurance agent please just take your vehicle a collision center to where it was made. Example: Toyota cars to Toyota Collision Center. Long story short, Geico only authorizes the collision centers to purchase repair parts from certain vendors, so if you chose a small mom and pop shop Geico will make it very hard on them..As I mentioned earlier I was lucky to have Vivan on my side. Vivan - Thank you for supporting me and truly engaging in my accident situation last year even with all of the disasters Hurricane Harvey left in Houston.

Vivian was great in working with me and my issues that my landlord was causing for my storefront. She walked me through expectations and what measures I should take and did what was expected of her in the long run. Having her represent me allowed me to have the landlord reconcile instead of having to go to court. I would recommend Vivian and her legal staff for your representation in the commercial field.

WOW! after calling 12 different layers (as always, no one pick up the phone) I came across Vivian phone number, she pickup my call and listen to my problems, very professional! I was so happy that I can talk to a lawyer directly without all the buls*** of Secretaries before. Vivian was very honest and helpful. She a advice me what to do with a big smile ! She took care of me like I was her family member, its sounds like she really care about be, so I had to save her phone number! I was involved in a hit-and-run auto accident in March 2017 that resulted in the total loss of my vehicle and back pain. Being my first accident, I didnt know where to start. Luckily my friend recommended Vivian to me. Vivian handled everything for me. After weekly chiropractic treatments, x-rays, MRIs, and a steroid injection, the pain in my back disappeared. I am very satisfied with her work. She updated me periodically on the status and we finally just settled everything with the insurance company. I would definitely use her again!

I got into a bad car accident February 2015 and the person that hit me had ACCC insurance. Possibly one of the worst insurance to deal with. Luckily Vivian helped me every step of the way and kept me posted about the status of my claim even though their insurance dragged out the claim for 2 years. If you ever get into an accident shes hands down the best person to hire for your case. She ended up saving me a lot of money from the medical bills and made sure every bill was paid.

Very dissapiinted with the lack of representation. Always late to court. She look lost. Always asking for a check. Never follow up on my case. Very terrible attorney. I regret hiring her. She always had to go back to read her law book because she could not remember, imagine trial. Very limited in everything she does. I took the word of a friend and hire her but paying her big mkney to represbt me I was stuck of firing her. She could not even send me paper work and email on time. I could not tell you a good thing about her. I bet she is a great person but that is not need it in a court of law. Also everytime in court, she goes and ask questions around just to get to get something done. Makes her look really bad. Please do not hite her. She is inresponsible and you will be dissaponted with her service and by the way is only her and her assistant there is no associates.
