I ordered online and when I picked it up I had to wait at the entrance for about 5 minutes because there was no one to attend, and even though the waiters saw me they didnt greet me or suggest that they would help me soon, they were very unpolite. No napkin, no spoon in the bag the dessert had tasted delicious. But in the end I found the paper from a straw under the dessert... my experience was not very pleasant.

I ordered the missionary crisp it was in a shallow but big dish giving the illusion that it is a lot although the taste was there it was not crispy it mostly consisted of apples I needed the crisp also it was a small amount and super sweet..it was just an experience

It was an orgasmic sugar rush leaving me wanting more. We had the Blueberry Birthday Suit, Double Stuffed, and a Raspberry Crepe (Forgot the name ) . All were delectable and just the right amount of sweetness. The ambiance is definitely a DATE NIGHT ONLY place. I brought family and it wasn t the best decision but we all enjoyed our time none the less. I will definitely be back!

Overhyped and overpriced. The ambience is the only thing going for it, and even then its too heavy-handed to be romantic. Its just lots and lots of in-your-face sex jokes. Despite having mouthwatering descriptions, the desserts themselves were all quite bad when you actually put them in your mouth. They were either waaay too sugary just for the sake of being sugary, or lacked any real flavor other than sugar, or had multiple strong flavors that clashed in a dish that is supposed to have delicate flavors. Also, the chocolate was simply *sour* (theres no other way to describe it), and I think the red velvet cake was undercooked. (we got the sampler) Not worth it for $40 a plate.

One would think a place focused on desserts would have great desserts. But not here. Quality of the desserts was very low. They tasted a little stale and were dry/hard, which is surprising. Since they have only desserts on the menu, I thought they would be made fresh: at least a day or maybe two before. Also, all desserts and drinks had that artificial sweetener aftertaste. My guess is theyre using something like erythritol or some sort of syrup to sweeten their drinks and desserts instead of sugar. Which again, suprising! I thought a place focused on solely desserts would provide higher quality. But if theyre using syrup, theyre going for cheap. Also because of this, everything is overly sweet. One bite is enough. Ice cream tasted house-made but again, ingredients were lacking. Lots of artificial ingredients and sweeteners here; you can taste it. Great concept, cute place, but we wont be back.

We went here for dessert and it did not disappoint! We got the raspberry crepe cake dessert, and it was just the right amount of sweet. We did order drinks, and Im sure they were good if you want to get drunk, but I dont love alcohol so it was way too strong for me. I know, weird complaint. For someone who likes to drink, though, Ill bet theyd love it. The waiter and staff were all really nice and it was a fun experience. My mom didnt like how dark it was, but I thought it enhanced the experience. This would be a great date night spot. I would recommend checking them out!

I did not dine in. Rather, I ordered this for delivery to my hotel. They were delivered with care and looked beautiful, something I didnt think possible with delivery. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The strawberries on the pound cake were absolutely delicious, but the pound cake was dry and lacked the sort of buttery taste I would have expected. I know this sounds strange, but it was too heavy. The pie looked amazing. The cookie dough crust was an interesting touch, and the dark chocolate was good. The pie filling just wasnt what I expected. For me to say it was too heavy on the peanut butter means it was significant. Also, it wasnt as smooth and silky in taste as I thought it should be based on its appearance. Might try it again, but Im not sure its worth it.

Everything was great the waiter spilled a glass of Red Wine on me, glass fell to floor and broke. Red wine all over my shirt. Ruined my shirt. They did not charge me for the glass of wine and half price on the dessert I had. My $70 shirt is stained. My husband found this place for my bday and I cannot handle how much I enjoyed it. I had the missionary crisp and its to-die-for. A literal mouthgasm. Ended up taking bestie here for a quick celebration and she got the same experience. Really cute atmosphere but its a bit warm inside and the candle smells become overwhelming after a while. Well, Better Than Sex dessert took our virginity last night. Finally, visited this place with friends after numerous recommendations and loved it! You would never suspect to find an establishment like this in Dallas (more like NYC or London), but Plano is definitely representing decadence and sweet thoughts with this sweet treat. The entry, the ambiance, and the decor immediately welcome you into this layer of gorgeousness. There was a lot of thought and thoughtfulness that went into this restaurant concept. The seating is very inimate, comfortable, inviting, and just sets the right vibe. We tried a pretty good variety of specialty drinks and desserts and ALL just hit right. Big Kudos to our server, Nikki, who was on point from the start with her suggestions, descriptions of everything and timing. She had the best personality, was super friendly and just made the whole experience even more enjoyable! To say that this is an authentic dining experience, would be an understatement. Went there with 2 of my co-workers and we had the best time! Tried 5 different desserts and they were all delicious! Hard to pick a favorite but the peanut butter perversion was especially outstanding! Our waiter Adrian was SO funny and the manager Lisa was a sweetheart. The good stuff like pie runs about 12-16 dollars but there is also cheaper options like drinks and sorbet. Very nice staff, great for a date night out. Interesting dessert restaurant, the atmosphere and vibe are great and on theme, including dessert and beverages names. The service was superb, and our server made things funny, engaging, and navigated us through the extensive menu. The one bad thing, which of course shouldnt, since you are there to eat and drink, is the food. The drinks were lackluster and felt cheap in their ingredients, cheap alcohol. The really disappointing thing was the desserts. We had the carrot cake and felt like it sat refrigerated for a few days. One would imagine that the desserts at a specialized restaurant like this would be mind-blowing, but unfortunately, they arent. Go for the atmosphere and the fun, but thats it.

It s a place you go because you re curious but not one we will revisit. I like the private tables with the candles and the chandeliers. The dessert descriptions were comical because they were so over-the-top with innuendo. I liked the music. They also had some conversation starter questions which I think is a very cool idea. I did not care for the nude pictures on the walls. It took some class out of the experience. My husband said it s a brothel for desserts. Gaudy. The dessert we chose was supposed to be a blueberry French toast dish (Blueberry. Birthday suit) It was dry. More like toast with melted cheese topped with blueberry compote with a yummy strawberry dipping sauce. I would return if they upped the class level by removing the nude photographs, (the velour/velvet curtains made it feel less sanitary for some reason) adding live musicians and making the desserts delicious.

My boyfriend and I LOVED our experience here. The servers were so wonderful and welcoming! The menu was fun and full of enticing items. The root beer float was great and the missionary crisp was delicious from the first bite to the last. At no point were we bored, as the device at the table had a fun little game. The atmosphere was captivating, very sensual and sophisticated, but also warm and inviting. We will absolutely be coming back. (And who knows, maybe hell be my fiance one day )

The desserts here are extremely disappointing. All the effort seems to have gone into the ambience and their sexual romance schtick. Unfortunately the desserts are just mediocre at a huge premium, you get better desserts from chain restaurants that buy their desserts in frozen bulk. If you dont care about your food being better than acceptable this is a great date spot to help set the mood. If youre someone who appreciates exceptional food, look elsewhere.

Visited this beautiful place for a double date night, and while the food and cocktails were good (as usual), it s the customer service and the ambience that gets me every time. I am a very passionate person and I enjoy being in spaces that are creative and eclectic Better Than Sex delivers every time! From the red velvet decor, exposed brick concept, to the very free thinking art displayed on the walls. This dessert bar gives the perfect combination of being in a sex dungeon, a vampire s layer, drizzled with sophistication. I love it!!! See you guys again, very soon. This place is right across the street from where my husband and I got married. We have talked about going here for over a year and finally did. Wish we hadn t waited so long. We had such a great time. The service was excellent, food and drink wonderful, atmosphere was so intimate and fun. They provided some motivational questions to ask each other and stir up conversation. Interesting topics that we wouldn t have considered talking about together. Will do again.

This is definitely a different type of restaurant, but in a good way. Went on Valentines Day and was pleasantly surprised. First, the atmosphere is definitely geared towards adult couples. Dimly lit with most booths behind curtains. Also, with some tastefully (pun intended), explicit art on the walls. Secondly, the service was good, with everything explained in sexual overtones. It was very entertaining. Also, the drinks and dessert came out fast. And finally the food and drinks. I had the equivalent of a whisky sour, which was very weak. My partner, she had wine, with the rim drizzled with icing, which she enjoyed. We also had the cookie nookie pie. The presentation was great, with everything being edible on the plate. However, the taste was good, but not great. Maybe it was my drink, but the dessert wasnt as sweet as I thought it should be. But I still enjoyed it. All in all, I would definitely go back, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were a group of 5 in town for a training/convention, what an amazingly fun experience. We were able to get a walk in reservation with only a 30 minute wait, but let me tell you it is so worth the wait. We all got something different and sampled each others. While all were delicious in their own right Missionary Crisp was the group favorite! The Double Stuffed, Peanut Butter Perversion and Love Puddin were all delicious as well. I will definitely try the other locations if ever in the area!

When you stumble upon a spot it makes for an adventure. This place has such a cool vibe. We didnt have a reservation but you definitely need one. We lucked up as a table was leaving. I had the Fever dessert. Im a chocolate lover and this dessert was sooo good. I fully enjoyed it. The atmosphere is dark and sexy if youre on a date night (I was just out with friends). You cant be shy when ordering as the drinks and desserts are sex themed..this place is fun..our server had a great personality. There is a reason the prices arent really advertised. 2 cocktails and 2 desserts ended up being more than our dinner beforehand. When the server came over for us to checkout, I didnt get a receipt so I have no idea what costs what. My fiance and I ordered 2 cocktails, 2 desserts and 1 side of icecream and the total was $72. I couldnt believe it. Will never go back because thats just too steep. When I asked for extras such as a chocolate rim and the side of icecream and waters, we had to ask again as they were forgotten. Which I certainly hope I didnt get charged for it but wouldnt know. The atmosphere is dark, romantic, good for first dates. Cute concept but way over priced.
