I cannot stress enough how incompetent the attorneys at Johnson Law Group are. From my experience, it is clear they do not understand the basics of their profession. Communication is virtually non-existent they never answer calls or provide updates, leaving you in the dark about your own case. What s even worse is their complete lack of preparation. They do not conduct thorough research or collect the necessary evidence to support your case. It s shocking how little effort they put into the work they are paid to do. Their laziness and dishonesty are appalling, as they make empty promises and offer misleading information throughout the process. The attorneys at Johnson Law Group clearly need retraining, or better yet, they should return their law degrees altogether. Their inability to handle even the most basic legal matters shows that they are not fit to represent anyone. Stay far away if you value competent, honest legal representation.

What I m not sure of is why Johnson Law Group is getting such rave reviews for their good job on communication skills when I have no communication with Jonson Law Group except when I call. i have not had one personal experience with them with an employee. The Bellwether trial settled in December of 2023 and I m still waiting for them to assign someone to me. I

Johnson law represented me for my 3M lawsuit and I did the work of tracking down medical records and ensuring they had all documents. They took half of my settlement which is wild as again I got the stuff turned in. I dont even think they were the actual group that went to court and helped fight. Will not recommend them.

I almost lost faith in this firm. At first, it seemed like a hoax. But they were persistent and had all the right documentations and follow ups. Over the years, they kept up with me. And even when I tried to ignore them, they continued to get a hold of me. And then, after several years later, I received a letter for disbursement. Let s just say I m forever grateful, thankful, and blessed to have worked with this firm. Amazing work and continued service throughout the years. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Johnson Law Group. I had a very disappointing experience with Johnson Law Group. As a disabled veteran, I expected to be treated with respect and to receive the help I desperately needed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I felt like my concerns were brushed aside, and there was a clear lack of communication throughout the entire process. They did not seem to understand or care about the unique challenges that disabled veterans face. Big thanks to Jordan and the rest of the team over at Johnson Law Group. As part of the 3M case, it was a simple process to get my medical records to them and they took it from there. They maintained good communication throughout, and I never felt out of the loop. I didn t have the time to go off and take up my own case against 3M, which could have ended in a higher settlement. What a SCAM the 3M law suit was for veterans with hearing loss and ringing caused by 3M ear plug failure in Iraq/Afghanistan. This law group represented me and 63% of settlement was taken by this firm and court costs etc. This is exactly what is wrong with our country today. Only people who benefited were the courts and lawyers. Dont waste your time!

I was part of the IVC filter class action settlement. Caryn and the IVC team were very diligent collecting all the information they could from the beginning. I was told that these cases had a probability of stretching out for a long time and this case was no exception. As frustrating as it can be, Caryn and the rest of the IVC team did well keeping us informed of the process and status of the case. It was disheartening from time to time the length of the case but In the end things worked out for us. I am very appreciative for the work put in by the Johnson law firm.

Do Not Use these Theives .They steal from people who almost lost their life to cancer .Was supposed to get 88k and got about 30 k for my near fatal battle with non hodkins lymphoma.After 11 month battle enduring chemotherapy every 12 days these theives stole what was rightly mine that I nearly died for and they just stole my money .They we re supposed to get 33 1/3 and took over 60% of my settlement .classic example of the rich get richer by stealing from people who have lost everything in battles with cancer as I m sure I m not the only person who was stolen from.

Worse experience ever with a class action law shut. Didnt see a penny of my $25,500. They sent it to the Trustee of a bankruptcy that occurred in 2021. But the law suit was filed in 2016. Attorney fees were over $11,000 in bankruptcy and they gave the rest to creditors in a closed chapter 7 .So only the fat cat Attorneys get to keep nearly 1/2 the money. Meanwhile I have an embedded device that could fail any day. And Attorneys wonder why average citizens dont like them because theyre money grabbers

If you have Jessica as your attorney, make sure you record all of your phone calls. She makes guaranteed promises of astronomical payouts but then when you say to put it in writing, the story changes. Typical lying lawyer. Texas is a 1 party consent state so make sure you record any and all phone calls.

An absolute terrible law firm. My 3M settlement I just found out is cut in half because they didn t have my service connected disabilities list with my name on it . No correspondence from them or anything. It s clear they care about getting their cut and do not care in the slightest about the veterans they represent. Theres no way at this point of time I can give a positive review. Ive been dealing with a medical device lawsuit since 2017 with this lawfirm. In January they claim that they reached a settlement and in the end of February I signed a offer. Since the beginning of March Ive been waiting on lien resolution. I call about every month and its still same story with lien resolution. 6 months and still same answer after years of this. Honestly if I would of known this how this whole process was going to work out , I would of went with a different law firm.

Sad to say I can identify with majority of the complaints listed. I was told communication would be received almost 2 months ago. As of today no updated information. I asked for guidance as I havent been able to work since January but was told my case hasnt been settled. Well thats what pre settlement means, before settlement. I wish some of these reviews would have been available before I signed on with this firm. I am actively seeking new representation. I dont want to end up with less than $1000 or losing my home as other clients have. I understand hard work deserves payment but what about those of us that have endured pain and are still experiencing pain. This firm 1. Had no problems blowing up my phone/Emails when I was researching for my 3 hernia surgeries which all had defective mesh - causing pain, infections, mesh migration, tooth loss (from 6 yrs of infections), diastirecti, prolapse, rectocele and another hernia. 2. They lied!! They made over $22,000.00 & I was literally screwed!! They didnt have to go through multiple surgeries , pain, suffering ect. They can have their check back!!! UPDATE: After being moved between about 6 people over 4 years. I FINALLY got my settlement. The sad part is that my medical insurance company at the time was allowed to place a lien against my settlement even though I paid all my insurance bills and I lost $20k over that...What matters is that I finally got my settlement and the money did indeed do some good.

Im the one who is suffering here and I will be taking more steps to make my complaint go through. Johnson Law Group was great.. They continued to respond in a timely fashion to my inquiries and answered all questions professionally and in a caring manner... I will say that I am tremendously disappointed in the court system and any method where the person injured receives a sum less than or barely equal to other involved parties..who have not suffered. Our system is indeed broken or tremeously flawed or worst case corrupt... I do not blame the attorneys I blame the legislators and legislation that supports and or promotes this behavior. Recuperation from medical insurance companies on the backs of the suffering of their customers while they already charge ridiculous premiums and make it standard policy to deny claims is nothing short of criminal...if find lien behaviors distasteful at best and heinous at worst.. Now with that said and knowing it means next to nothing in changing behaviors.. Thank you for your time and attention. WARNING!!! Do not use this law firm, they dont give a dam about their clients. All they care about is collecting their 40%. After almost five years of this firm having my Essure case, I received a check for $800.(A check I refuse to cash) Im appalled, disgusted and in tears. The firm insisted that in order to get a significant payout, I would have to have a removal surgery done. A surgery that costs more than $10K, and my insurance wont cover. Ive expressed to them multiple times, that I dont have 10K just sitting in my bank account and because its not covered by my insurance, its impossible for me to get this surgery. A law firm that cared would have never accepted this settlement for a client, the least they could do was to have the surgery costs covered for me. Because I could not afford this surgery, to them, my years of suffering due to the Essure device, dont matter. I dont matter. The $800 check they sent me wont even cover 10% of the removal surgery. Thanks to them, I will continue to suffer with this Essure device in my body, and thanks to their awful representation, I wont have the means to be able to pay to have it removed. Please, do yourself a favor. RUN!!!!! Do not use this firm. Using them has been the worst decision Ive ever made in my life.

I had a Stryker left hip replacement. Stryker used a toxic alloy of cobalt and chromium, which attacks flesh and bone. After a long series of remedial medicine, I was declared fit, although I still use a walking cane. Johnson Law Group represented me in a lawsuit, and won a significant settlement for me. This place is a JOKE! They have had my Essure case in their hands for years. I understand cases like this take time, but it has been settled. It has been paid to them. In fact, my best friend used another attorney and was PAID her check in March if 2021. Here it is almost March of 2022 and they are still holding my funds with 2 week promises as well. I m going to look into hiring another attorney to just try and get my funds from them. And before this group replies with your ridiculous we can t comment please call our office to discuss this .
