I hired these duo attorney to help me with my first ever DWI case occuring in Jan 2021. I was already stressed out after calling multiple attorneys and impending court dates. Nguyen & Kan was referred to me through a family member. I hired them right away the first initial phone consultation and after Mr. Kan took time out of his evening(around 9PM!) to explain my case, thus bringing me some peace. Mr. Kan has since been courteous and my case is resolved now. Thank you Nguyen & Kan for your service. I would hire you again, but hopefully I wont have to.

To keep it short and sweet for those of you in a particular situation, these guys are legit. Don Nguyen and Kan are agile and well-versed in their craft of law. Thay can come up with outside-the-box solutions to the most complex problems. I ve never had a team of lawyers that cared to get to know me and my situation as particularly as these guys did. Most importantly, I could focus during the day on my work & everyday life and sleep easy at night knowing they had my back. Needless to say I won t be represented by anyone other than Nguyen & Kan anytime soon...10/10

Unfortunately, I used google reviews when I first contacted Mr. Don Nguyen. When I saw many 5 stars, I thought he was a good lawyer!!!! 5 * reviews can be done by him or his friends. He is not really experienced and if you want the most chances to loose your case go with him. Not recommended at all.

I could have not made a better choice! James Kan did an amazing job with my DWI case even though it got complicated he never gave up on me. If you are looking for lawyers who dont waste your time, straight to the point, affordable, and actually care about your case, they would be your very best choice. They took care of my case and explained everything I should expect. They answer every question you have and will make you leave their office feeling confident. They also do a great job in keeping you updated on your case and answer your calls and texts and reply in a timely manner. They do not overcharge and actually give you more than what you pay for. They are also personal people and they really can help you ease your anxiety and stress, especially if your going through a tough time and finding a great lawyer for your case. I really wish I could give them another case (crazy I know), but I heavily enjoyed them and recommended them to you if you are dealing with a criminal (dismissing & expunging records), business, and civil litigation cases. I highly recommend them and I strongly feel that you will not regret your decision if you choose them. Thanks James & Don!!!

In need of a lawyer last year regarding a TWC unemployment case, I hired Don Nguyen. The most important point I can make is that I received a verdict in my favor. The case was drawn out by the other party as long as legally possible and Mr. Nguyen stayed on top of the case, kept me informed, and didnt over bill me despite spending more time than anticipated. He was very responsive and professional and I would happily use his services again should the need present.

I approached Mr. Nguyen when my dog was attacked by another neighborhood dog. Mr. Nguyen was very knowledgeable and ensured that my dog was taken care of. I met with Mr. Nguyen seeking answers to a legal problem I was having in regards to potentially starting a new business. I was hoping to get all legal matters taken care of before starting anything so as to avoid any problems. Not only was Mr. Nguyen highly personable, he was well studied enough to already be able to give me an idea of what I was looking at before even having to dive further into research. He then did follow up with research on the subject matter and got back to me within the very same day. I can honestly say I was very impressed with his level of skill and professionalism.
