Me and my wife chose De Luna law for our immigration application. From the get go, everything was smooth, starting from documentation to timely reminders about correspondence with the USCIS. Im so blessed and happy to have come across Attorney Oralia De Luna. She was extremely kind, understanding and helpful when helping me apply for a travel permit to visit my grandmother in México. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY. She has no clue what she is doing. Her assistant does all the work and she will never return your phone calls. She screwed up our immigration application...actually her assistant screwed up since her assistant does all the work...after her assistant screwed up our application and then she wanted to charge us $500 to fix her own mistake. We of course fired her after this especially since she refused to take my call to discuss and resolve. This is common though. She NEVER returned phone calls. All communication had to go through her assistant who has no education...so good luck with that. After we fired her I demanded MY file so my new attorney could have all of our information and she refused to turn it over unless I paid for copies of MY information There is no telling how many people this woman has screwed over with her incompetence. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR IMMIGRATION NEEDS. There is no way Oralia De Luna or her assistant could be any more unprofessional or completely incompetent on immigration law. I have no idea how this woman is still in business. Its sad and she is the definition of unethical. Its not possible to get worse. Save yourself the money because you will need to hire someone else to fix her assistants mistakes anyway.

I went in to get information about applying for a lost green card. not only did receive incorrect information but the lawyer brushed me off and did not even take the time to research options. I went through the whole process of applying and received my card just now in the mail and did not even need a lawyer. i had a dwi on my record but this was no problem due to good conduct. this lawyer charged me $100 dollars to simply consult about information that is already available on the site. I would not recommend going to see her.

Espero que este review le pueda ayudar en su bolsillo y que no pase dolores de cabeza,tengo mal experiencia con Oralia De Luna, no tiene profecionalismo, despues que se le pago barios miles de dolares en adelantado como ella lo pidio no hiso nada, dijo que si se le pagaba todo el dinero ella le pondria mas atencion al caso de mi esposo pero no fue haci, se tardo 3 meses para poder notificar a NVC que ella era mi abogado a y eso por que yo le dije que NVC no la tenia como mi abogada. Un abogado profecional y con etica usualmente se tarda 1 semana. Ella hace a sus clientes firmar un contrato por que haci se cubre ella de demandas legales, cuando quiere dejar un caso, simplemente lo deja y ya. como fue el caso mio tambien se le pago por hacer los perdones waivers del caso de mi esposo y no hiso nada, fueron mas de 9 meses perdidos con ella y dinero tirado a la basura. We all take our chances when hiring legal assistance; I hope this review helps other people save money and headaches. I should have known that she was just as disloyal when she told me that if I paid in advance she would pay more attention to my case. I paid couple of thousands of dollars just to find out what a bad lawyer she was. Her lack of knowledge and work ethic is remarkable. I continuously had to call her to make sure she was sending the paperwork just to find out that she didn t. Here pathetic lack of knowledge in the legal system was discouraging. She failed to send the paperwork following instruction posted in the website. I guess here reading skills are just as bad as her work ethic. It took her over three months to let the NVC know that she would be representing me, it usually take no more than a week for a competent lawyer. I was with her for over nine months with no even one thing accomplished. I turned in a folder with all the paperwork required and she only return half because the rest was lost just like here self-respect as a lawyer. She finally left my case because she stated that I was calling here too much following the case and the money I paid in advance well it is gone!! Did I mention that she made me sign a contract? Well she did but I guess is only to protect her since nothing was done.
