Great variety of seasonal Christmas, Hanukkah & New Years cards. Store is full of fun & practical gifts & sweets upon checkout. I buy all my cards at Trudys Hallmark in Stoneville. Youll love it as much as I have for years. I highly recommend this store.

It should be shared at the register that seasonal items can t be returned before they are bought. It s absolutely ridiculous that a store that literally specializes in seasonal items doesn t take them back with a receipt. I bought an ornament on 12/22, the same day that they now have a sign at the register that says items can t be returned past this day (which wasn t posted when I bought the item). I ve never checked out with a non returnable item where it wasn t shared at the register for any store, aside from this one I guess. Why wasn t I told this as I was checking out? Why wasn t the item marked as nonreturnable? Horrible customer service and such a risky business practice in a shopping center where there are so many other stores you can buy from that will take items back if needed, take your business elsewhere as I will be from now on. Every single other entity at this time of year EXTENDS their return policy. What is Hallmark doing?

The store is really kute and clean! The employees really rude,they act like they are working at Channel or Armani! Poor ladies with their cheap wings! They treat people really bad, somebody please teach this woman some manners they act like they are on the jungle.

I recently was in the store to return a Vera Bradley bag. I was told I would wipe her out of most of her cash. She offered credit and I even was going to take part cash and part credit ,but she said she had to do one or the other, so I went with my cash. One day later I took my niece back and as we were checking out the owner was telling the girls about me and the incident. First of all the owner should have extra money in the back to take care of customers bringing any item back!! Second she should not discuss this in the middle of the store. I find all of this rude and unprofessional!!!!!! I will not return!!!!!!!
