I called for a consultation set everything up and asked to be contacted for updates since my husband works long hours and sometimes does not have great reception, they supposedly made note of that but every time I had to struggle with getting updates. 2. No one speaks English well, and they were not very good at explaining what was going on they went around in circles. 3. The worst one of all at our consultation we explained our situation they took our money and a few weeks later turn around and said they can t help for the exact same reason that we mentioned at our consultation. Definitely took advantage and ran off with our hard earned money, shame.

I do not recommend that these programs have been applied to people, vawa is not, it is not an immigration adjustment, they offered me vawa because the lawyer told me that it was on the way to residency and now I am told that no, now it is only a permit for life, no. I can go to my country, it is an injustice that they deceived me

I called, explained my case and asked the cost. They told me I had to pay first and then the lawyer would answer all my questions. I paid the required amount, made the appointment and they gave it to me instantly. The good thing is that there were no delays. Upon arriving at the appointment location, we were surprised to be warned about not bringing children, which is posted on the front door. The place is comfortable and well equipped, the receptionists are very polite and friendly. They invited me to take my fingerprints and enjoy some refreshments they had at reception. The offices are modern and very well maintained. They informed us that we had to arrive 15 minutes early to take fingerprints, which is important to avoid wasting time. When speaking with the lawyer, we were assisted by two very friendly and professional people. I explained my case to them and they reviewed my documentation. The surprise was when they gave me the total cost of everything, which turned out to be a significant sum of money that was not in my budget. Everything was very good, but considering what they charge, they could have a daycare for fathers or mothers who come with children, so that they can be freer and calmer during the consultation. Apparently they have a lot of experience with Mexican people. I left the appointment a little scared by the price, but I found something much cheaper where they dont charge you to review your case.
