Ive ordered from Burger Nation quite often, but last night was a great disappointment. The burger was very, very well done and had no flavor - unlike previous orders which were perfectly medium and nice and juicy.. I had ordered Swiss cheese and mushrooms - no cheese and I had to hunt for the mushrooms. Previously the burger would come smothered in sauteed mushrooms and there was no Swiss cheese. Now they charge 15 cents each for tomatoes and lettuce. Dont know if Ill ever order from here again. Sorry to see this drop in quality.

Hamburger made my stomach hurt and for some reason when I took a bite it tasted like old refrigerated meat, additionally, there was a substantial amount of grease on my fingers which made it messy. The only thing enjoyable were the Cajun tater tots.

I am a huge supporter of small business, so it really stings to leave this review. My hope is that management makes some changes and their business flourishes. Here it is: The restaurant was dirty, my shoes REALLY stuck to the floor as I walked, and worst of all...the tater tots had a slight fish taste. Im assuming the frying oil hadnt been changed. Lastly, the milkshake contained crunchy ice crystals in the ice cream base. The burger buns are delicious, but I just couldnt neglect the fact that the restaurant was dirty and I wasted my money on a shake and tater tots that I threw away. Sadly, I wont be visiting here again anytime soon.

Jen greeted us at the counter and helped me and my friend decide on a burger. Jen is a hard worker who genuinely likes her job and the customers/guests. She suggested their BBQ Hawaiian Burger as a substitute for a teriyaki burger which is what we were craving. It was delectable and we ll definitely go back to have another. We re thankful for employees like Jen who took the time to assist us with ordering. All businesses need excellent employees like Jen, she deserves a good raise!!! The kitchen staff were very friendly and courteous as well, we give Burger Nation a 10 star rating. If you are a burger lover, as we are, you need to visit burger nation if you haven t already, you certainly won t regret it!

Their customer service has become really bad lately. I keep placing orders and i get over charged or the burger patties are half the size the normal are. Recently I placed an online order and went to pick it up and the night cashier said the order did not go through. I tried to place the order again and the cashier said the kitchen was closed even though there was a customer in the store who placed an order while I was in the store at 845. The next day I recieved a text saying my order was ready. I contacted the store and the morning cashier told me the order was set up for the next day even though the cashier said the order didnt go through. I asked what time the kitchen closed and they said 830 even though there are no signs stating this. I asked why was a customer in front of me able to place an order at 845 but they couldnt answer. I was told by the assistant manager the general manager would call me but I never received a call back. Burgers are great but the customer service is pushing customers away.

To start , it was 40 minutes before closing and they said we would have to have it as take out , and they started putting chairs up. I work in food service and none of the restaurants I ve ever been to would do this . Second the food was underwhelming , honestly the only good thing was the fried Oreos ? We wanted great burgers but I asked for toppings that I just didn t receive so it was very very dry , I would ve rather gotten fast food to be honest. The brisket in the other burger was all bbq sauce no meat. Honestly it just didn t seem like they cared tonight . Not to mention they forgot our shake and we had to ask for it . The ranch also tasted like bottled ranch . I would never go back her especially not for 60 dollars that we spent for two adults and one child . There is just way better options . I went inside, the guy was sitting in the back and wouldnt look up when I came in. I had to call him 3 times before he decided to help me. He said it was self order and so I did. I used to frequent this place a lot due to it being right across the street from my work place at the time, and I could honestly say that they have some of the best Burgers Ive ever had. I saw this place on DoorDash, and noticed it was right down the road from my office. I figured I would just pop in. I am always searching for great burger spots, and this is one of the best! I got the Bleu Cheese bacon burger and it was easily one of the greatest burgers Ive ever had in my life. Cooked to perfection, the Sourdough bun, melted cheese, French onions... I could eat another one right now. And the fries were actually crispy (which is saying a lot these days). Do yourself a favor and get the Cajun seasoning on them. Highly recommend! Burgers were average. Fries tasted & looked old. Maybe the oil needed changing? The onion rings were dark, so Im assuming the oil does need changing. The cook should know this beforehand. No one helped us at the order kiosk even though their signage says they do & we told them it was our first visit upon entering. A tip request at the order kiosk in my opinion is RIDICULOUS, when not only did we type in the order ourselves, pick up the order ourselves, BUT ALSO cleaned up the table ourselves, which is also requested via signage. If any one deserves our tip, we do. We did however enter a tip at the time of our order, as it was our first visit & had no idea, that we would also be waiting on and cleaning up after ourselves. No need to say it wont happen again, because we wont be back. The floors were sticky in the restroom AND the restaurant. Wish I had read the reviews in advance because there are numerous mentions of sticky floors in past reviews. So you would think the issue would have been addressed already. My husband had no towels to dry his hands in the mens room as the dispenser was empty, so I had to quickly grab some for him from the ladies room. My husband also said the calcification around the sink in the mens room was disgusting & also commented that the entire mens room needed an overhaul. I would not recommend this place. Over priced and extremely underwhelmed.

I keep trying this place every once in a while because I want to give it a chance. But I have the feeling it just isnt that great. Staff and interior seem decent enough. The food just isnt that great, even for how cheap it is. I wanted to try the smashburger and the patties were so paper thin that I thought that I only got one single patty even though it was a double. Honestly Id give this a 4.5 stars due to the soggy lettuce, but this burger was pretty good. The bun was buttered up really nice (or it couldve been oily but either way not overwhelmingly). I just got a standard burger with the small seasoned fries, but it filled me up. I felt like I couldve ate more, but probably wouldve regretted. Sticky floors and a nasty smell from the bathrooms hits you at the front door. Burgers were unimpressive, neat ideas but poor execution. Patties were unevenly seasoned, one bite was super salty while the next had no flavor. The brisket on my burger was chopped so finely that it was a paste. Buns were dry and stale. Staff actively avoids interactions with customers. Ordering is done via a kiosk, had to figure out ourselves where to get drinks from. Employees hide in the grill area, and act annoyed if you dare ask questions. We will never go back, I wouldnt recommend trying it. No one liked it in our party of six, from 60+ down to 12.

Arrived about 20 minutes before closing and ordered a cheeseburger and fries with a drink to go. The waffle fries were crisp and delicious. The burger was unbelievably amazing. Best burger that Ive had since moving to the area. Ill definitely be back!

So, this is a convoluted review. I am trying to be understanding having worked in the restaurant industry before. I ate here two days before this review with a couple of co-workers. We liked it so much we suggested it for a our weekly Friday outing for our team. 7 of us decided to go, and we all ordered online and staggered our orders to not be overwhelming because we had had issues as a group before. We arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes after our last order had been placed and two of the 7 were late to ordering and just placed their orders at the restaurant. We arrived separately and half out group was already sitting down and one of us had gotten their order. We checked at the counter and one of our group members had issue where his order hadnt gone through. So he reordered and we all sat down. Everyone of our group that was already there received their orders over the next 20-30 minutes and had already eaten when I decided that an hour was too long to wait for my meal and asked for a refund. I was also picking up an order for someone back at work and didnt want to have them have to deal with the hassle as well. I asked the girl working the counter for a cancellation and refund and she had to contact the owner. Eventually he was put on the phone with me and explained there was an issue with online orders though mine had gone through in the first place. He offered me the food and a refund. I accepted and left with the food. I am reticent to go back. The burgers and the fries were cold and some of the ingredients were wrong. The quality of the burger would have been okay if it had been fresh. Ive read alot of issues about how slow the food is and was trying to solve that issue by ordering ahead and being considerate. However, the food was subpar and the service was irreconcilably slow.

Worse smash burger ever. Meat was dry, it was not cooked to order. It had been sitting for awhile. Cheese was not melted. Save your money and go to another restaurant. Never eating here again. We tossed our food and went to Five Guys.

We have been coming here for a while. Walked in we placed our order on the front counter tablet, and paid the cashier. As we went to grab our table, we noticed there were no kitchen staff. A short while later after the cashier helped another family, she went to the back, and suddenly three kitchen staff rushed to the kitchen. We did not see any of them wash their hands. They grabbed their gloves and started cooking. The burgers, small onion rings, and fries came out fast. The burgers and onion rings were hot and fresh but the sweet potato fries were semi-warm and extremely soggy. We ate our burgers and 5 rings and threw out the fries. They need to improve the way they make or fry their fries, like frying them fresh and not hot holding. Well return in a few months.

Im a homeless woman elderly 58 years old and ill with heart failure pulmonary hypertension blood cancer diabetes type 1 ECT .. the other day I went in to get diet coke I paid 2.67 for drink and the lady said I could fill up my jug with water . I thank her for her kindness Today I go in to get another diet coke they said it would be 4.26$ what the said all priced have changed however when you look at menu all prices are the same coke is 2.09. I guess they discriminate against homeless Christian people... Wow it is disturbing to see this kind of treatment in these days! The burgers are amazing But I guess they only likerivh customers .

Gluten free buns are available here! Every burger weve had here has been so good. Lots of options. I recommend looking at the menu before hand so you dont get distracted while ordering from the kiosk at the counter. It is often busy when we go for lunch, so maybe order to go.

Great burgers, great service, reasonable price! The food was tasty and the menu very varied, plus the ordering being done on a tablet, allowing for easy customization, was a great touch. It was slightly on the pricey side, and having only plastic knives and forks was a bit of a nuisance, but the burger was easy to eat by hand without getting too greasy, and the taste made up for the price, so would happily go again to try out more of the menu!

It was my first time to try Burger Nation. An employee quickly recognized I needed help ordering on the touch screen and she stepped in, which I appreciated. Had the keto friendly burger. It was tasty and had a crisp, cheesy top and bottom layer in place of the bun. Paired it with the cajun green beans. Nice option for those of us watching our diet.

This was my first time eating here in person and I was not let down. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Very quick to help with any questions or concerns. The atmosphere is chill and relaxing. I personally enjoyed the music playing while dining in. I appreciate the old school signs / decor they have hanging up on the walls. As for the food, if youre a burger lover then this is the place. They offer 10 pre made signature burgers and they all look and sound delicious! We got the The Fiti/Fiti and The True Texan. Definitely was a good call on both. I also think its neet that they offer KETO friendly burgers, so if youre watching your weight Burger Nation is here to help. Dont sleep on this place you guys, youll regret it!

They have an interesting menu selection. But it works! Good price for what you get. A huge burger w a huge patty, and a huge explosion of flavors. The deserts are something we would only find at carnivals or each year at the Rodeo. The fried Oreos are definitely something to try.
