Rick is amazing. He got my house sold in only 4 days. By the 3rd day, we had over 28 offers on the table. A few days later, I accepted an offer, and the house was under contract less than 48 hours later. Less than a month later, the deal was finalized. During this time, I was going through a lot of personal family issues, and Rick made the entire process as quick and painless as possible. He was understanding, outgoing, and brutally honest. He never once pressured us into buying a home or moving into a neighborhood that we didn t feel comfortable. I share my story and photos so you can see that what I say is true, I am very upset with Mr. David Colmenero and his broker who during the process of purchasing my house were dishonest in the closing costs, they told me that the seller would put in full and when the closing was made the seller only put $4000, I told David what happened and he didnt say anything he just stayed silent, now the biggest problem is the one I have below: The house I bought has roof problems with deep cracks, damages that exceed 2600 dollars shown in photos that I have and sent to David Colmenero, as well as the insurance of the house confirmed that that house should not have passed inspection, I cannot upload photos here But whoever wants to see so that they believe my review, I will gladly share it.

Armando Vasquez works for this Real Estate Group. He has been the absolute worst agent I have ever worked with. First of all when I contacted him initially as an interested buyer I asked to see the property before I made an offer he said NO. I had to threaten to look for an agent that would help me arrange that and then he texted me that I could see said property that afternoon. Secondly, he was never helpful in finding the correct fit for our financial needs. He kept pressuring us to take the loan from Certainty Home Loans where his buddy Manny Ortega works. Which is not what we were looking for as we had specifically requested down payment assistance. Armando Vasquez kept telling us our best option was to go with Manny but it was not our best option because that is not what we were looking for. Lastly, I had asked Armando Vasquez to coordinate with the sellers agent so that I could bring a roofing expert to give me an opinion on the roof since it is an older roof to which Armando responded Call him yourself. I have never in my life encountered such poor service.

Looked at 6125 desert willow drive in the homestead meadows area. The pictures on their own website and on trulia are misrepresenting this property. Online, the house and land look amazing, thats why i went to look at the property. In real life however, the property and the house is a total disaster only worth 50,000 at best, not the 215k they are asking. The moreno real estate group is totally misrepresenting the this listing and should be ashamed of themselves. The listing agent also does not seem to care.

There is a reason Moreno Real Estate Group has a solid 5 star rating and that is because they are simply the best. I am an out of state investor who was having issues with my property manager and needed to sell my house a few years back. I literally found Rick on the internet, called him and knew he was the one who would be handling my real estate needs. We worked with Rick and we ended up getting the house we wanted and he was nice hence the three stars, but definitely not five star service. We moved from out of state and the communication during negotiations was very subpar and stressful. He only returned our phone call one time the rest was all over text message which in my opinion is unacceptable when you need to speak more in depth about contract negotiations. He also did zero to welcome us or make sure we didn t need anything when we first got to town. We asked him for recommendations on contractors to do work etc and never got back to us. Ultimately we love our house and El Paso but very disappointed in the attention to detail, communication and customer service provided by Rick Moreno.

Before I contacted Martin Cazares, my house had been on the market for a long 6 months. I had been trying to sell my house and I noticed my realtor at the time wasn t putting much time into the sell of my home or any type of open house really. I finally decided to contact Martin and he had my house under contract in two weeks. Not only did he accomplish that but he also had more than one offer for my home and I ended up closing with an offer above asking price! I consider myself lucky to have been contacted by Martin Cazares, I first started the process by requesting information through Zillow and was contacted by Martin who set up a house viewing just a couple of days after first speaking with him. We were looking to view one house but he showed us multiple that ended in us liking a house he chose more than the one we first wanted. This was they type of dedication we got from Martin every time he took us house hunting. Never did he show us anything out of our price range, out of our area range or out of our space requirements. Martin was extremely patient with us these last few months and I could tell he didnt just want to get us to buy just any house but buy a house that we were happy with. He was always upfront with offers that we should made and was very responsive. He went above and beyond my expectations when we were out of town and he visited houses without us, I was expecting him to tell us what he liked or didnt like instead he sent me videos of him touring the houses. Unfortunately we were not able to close on a house although we were ready to sign the contract, financially it would not have been possible for us to proceed with the purchase. This was in no way at fault of Martin, although he was able to negotiate a lower price for the house, we (I) just couldnt make it work. I fully intend on contacting Martin again in the future if our situation changes as well as tell anyone planning on buying a home to contact him. Rick did a fantastic job when he met with us for the 1st time by including pertinent information about sales in the area and algorithms of the market. His preparation was well appreciated. He gave walked thru our home and gave valid examples of what to spend time doing prior to photos and placing on the market and what we didn t need to waste time on. He had spreadsheets of our potential sales with earnings for each category, photos went smoothly, and Rick marketed the house on social media. We had 3 offers after the first 3 showings and Rick worked dilligently to ensure we walked away with the highest bid possible ($25k above listing plus 1% toward closing)! He kept us calm during the arduous inspection process and made certain we were fairly represented for the negotiation. I felt like we came out incredible! In the final phase for closing Rick kept us informed of what we needed to do, where to be, and when. To the Rick Moreno Group, For the last 3 years I have wanted to sell my rental property at 1747 Crested Quail Drive, but dead end after dead end left me wondering if I would ever sell it. From my experience when it comes to the El Paso footprint of real estate agents, most are not willing to do the honest work or go that extra mile to assist someone, and some are not even licensed to buy and sell homes. Roughly a year ago I was told that I owed too much on my mortgage and to get the principal balance down. Though that may have been partially correct, all these so called agents did not want to help me sell the home, until my wife and I met someone showing a home by Montwood HS. His name was Rick Moreno and after speaking with him briefly, we scheduled an appointment and he drafted a plan to sell both of my homes and eventually purchase a new one. He broke down all the numbers and sold Crested Quail in less than 30 days, relieving me of a ton of unwanted stress and even grossing a net profit in the thousands. This coming after I was told on countless occasions by other agents that I would take a big loss if I sold the property. The point of this story is about luck, but more so about trusting the Rick Moreno group to handle everything regarding my situation.
