I just received a settlement check from Brian Messina at the Gary S Tucker law firm. Brian Messina did an excellent job representing me and keeping me informed and keeping the process transparent to me. My case was involved and complicated and Brian and the Gary S Tucker law firm not only stuck it out with me but they made sure all of my questions were answered. After doing a lot of research on the web trying to find the best car accident attorney in Houston, I decided to go with Gary S. Tucker & Associates trial lawyers for numerous reasons. The thought of having to find a personal injury attorney made me very nervous because I have never had to look for a law firm in my life. I was on vacation in Houston, visiting family members and when I was involved in a car accident during the visit; I was very scared. My case is still open with this law firm. I definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone. My car accident was a hit and run situation on March 21, 2015. Not only did my chiropractor take forever to send my medical records over, I also have to keep calling and checking the status of my case. The last phone call I made, I was notified I would have to go to the office and make a recorded statement, however, the lawyer has been on vacation. Why do I have to keep calling to check the status? Shouldnt I be notified of any changes on my pending case immediately? And this law firm clearly states & associates, so why do I have to work around someones vacation time? I work with customers and vendors daily. If any changes happen, they are notified immediately. If Im on vacation, someone else will handle it. The world does not stop simply because someone is on vacation. Never again will I use this lawfirm. Communication between client and lawyer is absolutely not their concern or priority.

I used Gary S. Tucker and Associates after I was involved in a car accident. I was very confused at first because the person who hit me was suing me for damages. Gary and Brian obviously have a passion for what they do because they went above and beyond to make me feel confident. The best part was that my case got settled and I didnt have to pay any money. The person that was suing me lied about what happened in the accident and they were able to prove exactly that. Throughout my case they did not hesitate to keep me informed. They always emailed me back the same day I messaged them. I am truly thankful that I found such a great law firm to help me with my accident.

I hired the firm (Brian Messina) to represent me after a car accident involving a hit and run where the driver fled on foot leaving his car and insurance information behind. He was very helpful at the beginning then went quiet for 3 months. we could not get him to return our calls or answer to our insurance companies. I then found out in June (6 months after the accident) that he had dropped our case that month, apparently we had been sent a letter, but I had not received it, my question is why did he refuse to return our calls or anyone elses calls for the rest of the time? He was only helpful when he thought he was guaranteed money from the other insurance company; as soon as he found out he could not get money we stopped hearing from him. I dont mind if they could not help us, that is the price you pay in these cases, it was the fact he did not have the courtesy to let us know early on, but kept us hanging on for a few months. If he had contacted us we would not have medical bills getting turned over to a collections agency because they could not get a hold of our lawyer. any we were none the wiser. Dont use this company, they have poor customer service.......
