Today I just had fantastic service by Dillon and the Frisco windows cleaning service on having my entire home windows clean both inside and outside. They did an amazing job cleaning the screens in the track of the windows as well and washing everything properly practically no mess and clean up. Most windows were done well. However, we had to have them back out to clean a window they neglected. When they arrived, they said the pitch of the roof there was too steep. The window was within reach of a ladder and I have personally been on that portion of the roof. It is NOT too steep. They gave a small refund but it did not help as we were putting four home on the market. In addition, we have since found additional windows that were never touched. I would not use them again.

This was the best experience that we could have imagined with a window cleaner. We just moved into our house mid August and on Sunday evening we decided that we needed to get our windows cleaned. I really wish I took a photo of how bad they were. I submitted an inquiry to four places. It was Sunday night. I didn t expect to hear back from anyone so soon. Within the house (honestly it might have been within 20 minutes), I received a text with a quote based on our what our home looked like on google. They were able to get me scheduled this week, which I know it s crazy I still scheduled because it s supposed to rain, but I just couldn t handle the glass any longer. The gentleman arrived promptly at 8:30 (noted by our doorbell, but for some reason our doorbell isn t ringing just sending me video footage anytime is pressed). Poor guy waited like 10 minutes outside for me. Once he came inside we showed him the back windows (I only wanted the back cleaned) and he was quick to get started. He was very friendly and we had a good conversation about where he was from and his dogs. He did an absolutely stellar job and I would 100% call this company again to clean our windows. The windows are glistening inside and out.

Would definitely recommend!!! Scheduling: convenient, pain-free and they were ready when we needed them. Pricing: not overpriced, good price for all the work we requested. Very reasonable. Service: Kurtis arrived right on time and was very polite. He did a good job on all the windows including servicing the skylights which are not easily accessible. He even asked for us to check the windows and cleaned one again to make sure it was to our satisfaction. He was great. Thanks!
