Going through such a tough situation, such as child custody battle, and facing rigorous and hard times, Suzanne and her team were very sympathetic and understanding to the situations of displacement of my child and the safety, concern and consideration of my child, and with this being a very sensitive and abnormal child custody case, Suzanne was there to defend me and back me up all the way, Suzanne and her team were very helpful and extremely precise on case details and acquiring evidence and being prepared for court, actually in court, Suzanne was more prepared than anyone else in the entire courtroom, and it was very refreshing, knowing that the one and only lawyer in the court room that was extremely professional and on point and ready to go with no hesitation happened to be my lawyer, at that moment that you have someone to support you and defend your child s rights and concerns is such a great feeling, I recommend Suzanne and her entire team to anyone looking for a dedicated team to defend you or protect you and your family in anyway.

Don t waste your time or money and get a different lawyer to represent your case. I brought her a slam-dunk civil case where I was the plaintiff and provided her a legally binding document / contract and a witness. Due to her applying the wrong legal tactics, her lack of attention to details, her turning in requested documents to the Courts late, double-booking her schedule on one my scheduled court dates and having to reschedule the day of, and an overall lack of attention to the case negatively impacted the result of the case, costing me well over $100k. Go elsewhere

If you are a man and in a custody situation you need to hire Suzanne to represent you!!! She was referred to me by a good friend of mine whom I trust who went to high school with her. He told me that she used to be a judge and I knew immediately that she would know how to handle my case. After I hired her, my neighbor, who was also a retired lawyer, told me that he knew of her and told me that she used to fight to bring even-fairness in the courts for fathers. I knew that I made the right decision with her. She created a bullet proof case that saved me thousands of dollars avoiding court by settling my case in mediation. I could not be happier with the outcome and I am so grateful that I had her support during my year long custody case. I hired Susan Radcliffe to help me with getting a power of attorney for my mom at first. Then I hired her to help in getting my name off the mortgage loan that was still in my name from my divorce. She was able to get my name off the loan and saved my credit because the house was going into a foreclosure. I would for sure hire Susan Radcliffe again to help me out with legal matters.

I was fighting custody/ adoption with my sons biological mother and I reached out to Suzanne and her team to help me. I could not have made a better choice. Attorney Radcliffe is amazing!!! She handled my divorce and for the most part once I handed it over to her everything else was pretty much a breeze on my side. I had a very difficult divorce as the other party was from overseas but she handled my case amazingly! First of all she DOES allow payment plans which made it easier to gain access to the legal service I DESPERATELY needed at a price I could afford, she is efficient and her entire teams communicates effectively even sometimes answering on weekends. From one of the other reviews that said she doesn t show up for court that isn t correct. The process for court is that she comes to court but she may have several different cases to try and each case could be on a different floor, this means she is in the building and will make it to your hearing but she may be delayed due to having to come from another floor. In my experience that was the case but she sent her paralegal down to inform the bailiff and she sat with me until attorney Radcliffe came down. She is a BULLDOG in the courtroom and pretty much in representation of you period! It was amazing watching her wipe the floor with the opposing party in my case! She tried her best to communicate with the other party but they did their best to make that difficult and we still came out on top! I also read a review that said she shows up without information on your case this is also incorrect and impossible. My experience from her team was that they reached out a few different times to confirm information, to allow me to look over documents even if not required and to ensure that I felt comfortable with the steps we d be taking before it was ever presented to the opposing party. My most memorable experience with her and her team was I received an email from her team about my case and i got nervous I drove to her office in absolute tears with my newborn baby in tow (she was very busy please don t do that to her I was just freaking out and hormonal lol) and you know what she did???? She stopped what she was doing and she had me come in her office right then and there, a blubbering mess!!!! She talked to me calmed me down and explained in detail what was going on as I had misread the documents and misunderstood and she was extremely kind about it and her team as well, she didn t make me feel rushed or like a nuisance at all (come on now what attorney is providing that kind of hands on service these days) anyway I said all that to say if you really need an attorney a GOOD attorney that takes your case and makes it personal to herself and her staff this is the attorney for you annnddd it doesn t hurt that she SMOKIN HOTTT TOO!

Full disclosure- Im the present husband of my Nurse wife that had to bring her abusive, deadbeat ex-husband back to court after 9 years of originally agreed upon unpaid medical bills, pre-agreed upon college money, and miscellaneous costs normally shared between 2 biological parents towards their children. Im also the husband that had to re-write the Settlement Agreement that Ms. Radcliffe originally presented to us because her agreement did not make any sense and had multiple grammar and spelling errors. Today, after Ms. Radcliffe was hand given all the backup needed identifying the Ex Husbands unwillingness to pay his fair share, she looked at my wife and I and said this is too much! What?? I felt like I was negotiating with her and the ex-husband at the sametime. BTW, he arrived at the courthouse with no representation. Due to his history of non-payment, one of the items that was added to the settlement was for him to pay child support for his children. SHE DID NOT EVEN BRING IT UP TO HIM? WHAT? That is Family Law 101! CHILD SUPPORT CAN ALWAYS BE AMENDED!!!! Hey Suzanne, at least if he didnt pay that requirement, we could have garnished his wages! Dont you ever think about the needs of the children?? Well, she got paid her $6,000.00 fee, (or maybe she will as the other half has to come from the deadbeat dad). Suzanne, enjoy your trip to Cabo that you were bragging about to us and others. Disgraceful and unprofessional! If I could give her a ZERO I would. P.S. Who in their right mind, would put an abusive ex-hubby in the same conference room with a previously abused woman, and expect the woman to make settlement decisions, on the BIRTHDAY of her DECEASED son? ( my wifes statement driving home... he got irritated when we discussed money .... so I dropped it) Suzanne, you should return all of your legal fees!

I have had several experiences with attorneys in other states with similar family law cases. I was amazed that she took my son s case so close to Christmas after it was filed against him only a couple of days before. From everything I ve been told that she has answered calls at 8 o clock in the morning at 8 o clock at night and he was told it she wanted to give him certain stipulations and then once he agreed to them she changed her mind. This attorney gave them a stern response. When my son said that he was going to have to go to court with only hours notice this attorney got the job done. I know that some people have bad things to say about attorneys because they do not have the unfortunate experiences that I have had with other really bad attorneys. When my son said that they were going to court that day I laughed because I drove eight hours stayed in a motel got up and went to court the next morning and because her attorney couldn t be there they postpone mind so that I had to come back a month later and this happened several times. People have no idea what a bad attorney can do to destroy your life. This attorney is absolutely amazing.

Suzanne is absolutely awesome!! She made room for me the same day that I called, to help me with an emergency custody case, the week of Christmas! I was an absolute nervous wreck before she called me back for our phone consultation to get the ball rolling, and let me tell you, immediately I knew I had made the right choice to call her!! I can t speak highly enough about the absolute professionalism and dedication that she had towards my case. I felt like she was just as invested and determined to seek the desired outcome of the situation as I was, like it was her child she was helping me fight for!! I am forever grateful for calling Mrs. Radcliffe and her team of outright All-Stars in her office. Edit: Everytime she gets a bad review she gets an attorney friend to leave a good review. What a joke. Suzanne Radcliffe was very unprofessional and childlike. Constantly degrading others, she had zero professionalism. Half the time she had no idea what was going on with the case and of course we lost. Trust me.... this is NOT an attorney you want to represent you. She will respond to this review with I looked in my files and youve never been a client LOL. Shes a waste of money...... trust me..... Suzanne should not be practicing law. She was told from the start I had a difficult case. She lied to me, forgot things and did not listen to me. I cried hysterically in mediation and she would not listen. She encouraged me to sign a mediation agreement that was not in my best interest when her JOB was to protect me and my interest. When we left mediation she said dont worry youre pretty and will get married again soon I went home that night completely defeated and stood on my back porch with a gun and considered ending my life because what my lawyer encouraged me to sign was so completely devastating that I felt my life was over. I hate this woman with every fiber of my being. She has her lawyer friends make positive post for every negative post that is left. And yes Suzanne. Im just now leaving a review after 5 years because the counsel you gave me destroyed me and almost killed me. You need to do better. You are playing with peoples lifes and I hope one day you are held accountable for all the devastation you have caused.

Attorney and paralegals are very knowledgeable and helpful. This attorney and her office know what they are doing and they stay on top of things. So many times Ive had or seen attorneys that wont return calls and you feel like and afterthought, well this isnt them. They are always on top of things, they know what they are doing in and out of a court room and are easy to get in touch with. They always answered my questions and emails quickly, even on some weekends. When I hired Suzanne for my child support modification, I was in a tough place. I had lost all assets and my exs lawyer was very unscrupulous and unnecessarily adversarial. She was the third lawyer that I hired after two other lawyers were unable to prevent a very one-sided and unjust outcome to my detriment. She handled my case with poise and was undistracted by the underhanded tactics of opposing counsel, and her depth of knowledge and experience showed and led to a very favorable outcome for me. I highly recommend her. It was a tough decision to hire her because she wasnt the cheapest by any means, but I found her to be very much worth it! To boot, show showed sympathy to my plight and didnt stick it to me financially. Highly recommend!

In response to Lawyer: I was the point of contact for the case because my husband works in the chemical plants and cant answer calls. I was sending the evidence, the one talking to the paralegals, I was on the calls when he talked to the lawyer. She even asked me to go to court for the case she mishandled and asked me questions on the case. So for her to act like I dont speak to my husband or know what is going on in the case is laughable. She is still not taking responsibility for her mistake. The child support was a flat fee. From HER email! If she knew she did nothing wrong then why after it got tossed did she offer to do it again for free? When we asked for a refund for the second case that had not gone to court for yet (again because of her negligence of not sending the other party a paper and hoping the lawyer and her would not notice) Only AFTER my husband asked for a refund for the full amount did she then made up charges for the child support case for more thank 2k and over 1kon the case that she did nothing but file on! She was spiteful and will not take accountability for her mistake. She refunded 750 which she made up the amount because no calculations make that amount. Her response just shows how unprofessional and nasty she is. Good luck if you hire her. Original: Unethical and Unreliable. If you like throwing away thousands of dollars feel free to hire Suzanne. We hired her for a custody case which my husband won because the opposing side had no lawyer. Spent over 11k. We decided to use her again when my husband s ex started violating the custody order as well as not paying child support. We paid over 5k for both retainers and when we show up to the child support case the lawyer had NO evidence ready to present (even though we GAVE her plenty), did not ask for bond or probation on the ex (even though she agreed to that MINUTES before we went up there), she was stuttering to the judge and the other lawyer, and to top it off she got our case thrown out because she brought a copy of OUR contract with writing she took for a different case with the opposing lawyer argued it was tampered and the judge agreed. We then couldn t even present on the second case of her violating the custody order because the lawyer did NOT do all the paper work! To which she replied we were hoping the lawyer and judge wouldnt notice RIDICULOUS! After this we no longer felt comfortable with her being our lawyer. So, we asked for a refund on the second part we had yet to go to court for. She refused, made snarky comment about how we re lucky you even got custody , and then proceeded to try to charge us over 2k on the child support case after we lost because of her mishandling it AND when we booked it we paid a flat fee. There were supposed to be no more charges. I even have emails of her saying it was just a flat fee of 2.3k. She also refused to refund the second part we haven t even presented on for 2.8k retainer! She lies and does not take responsibility for her actions. She is unethical and unprofessional. Take you money else where and with someone that will actually help you and not take your money.

I have NEVER worked with someone so unprofessional and unprepared. She showed up to mediation not even knowing my childs name and age. Did not have any research or plan with my ex. Did not return one phone call in 3 weeks.
