Darrell Helton is very nice. He isn t like a couple of other attorneys that I dealt with. Darrell is the opposite and he has the attitude that he wants to help so he jumped right in. I came to see Darrell Helton as a result of a car accident which totaled my car and left me with injuries. Darrell very carefully walked me through the process and contacted a rehab company to help me heal from those injuries. Within days I received a very reasonable settlement on my car and had a new automobile. Now my health has been restored, all my hospital bills and therapy charges as well as the ambulance bill has been paid and I have been compensated for my pain and suffering. Nothing had to be paid to Darrell until the insurance paid. His assistant Rebecca was wonderful too as she managed the day to day. I hope I never have to go through another accident but if I do Darrell will be the first I call! L

Gave them all my info, answered many questions and was told they would contact me in 3-4 days... called them the 5th day and they acted like they hadnt heard of me. I needed an attorney to help me, these people are only interested in lining their own pockets, they arent in it for you! Good luck!

Darrell was timely in responding to my workers comp case. Gave me legal advise over the phone about documents, then offered to review the documents once I had them. Then once I was terminated had me come into the office to review the case and lay out every little detail about my legal rights and options. I was not able to work with him because in the end, my case was not with workers comp. He did refer me to a friend that can help me. But the catch here is he never charged me a thing or made any mention of money. Even more mind blowing he treated me like a human and spoke to me like we were on equal footing. I can not recommend enough Mr.Helton, thank you!

I would like to thank this law firm for wasting over 2 weeks of very valuable time on a very time sensitive case just to finally tell me that they will NOT take the case but only after numerous phone calls did they finally inform me of that. They do NOT return phone calls at all! How hard is it & how long does it really take to decide to take a case or NOT! Apparently, it takes over 2 weeks & numerous phone calls! So absurd & completely unprofessional! Time was of the essence for my case & they ignored it for over 2 weeks before finally telling me they will not take the case! Fyi, it wasnt a complicated kind of case, it was a social security type of case which apparently they lack in. I would never recommend this firm to anyone!

Amazing results* Was involved in an automobile accident in Waco, ended up having to go to the hospital to get checked out.Turned over all of my hospital bills and details of accident to the law firm and they handled the rest. The Helton Law Firm is a great group of people. After I was injured at work I tried to deal with workers comp and their doctors on my own, that turned-out to be a big mistake, they did not have my best interest in mind to say the least. The insurance company and their doctors decided that my injury was not cover under workmans comp and denied my claim. I lost my job do to not being able to work. After that I hired Mr. Helton to handle my case. He and his staff were awesome they made the whole process of dealing with the state and workers comp easy. Worst lawyer ever I asked him to make sure that all my injuries were listed for a state exam I had and he did not do it and did not even let me know he was not going to do it I show up to the exam and found out that I will have to have another exam for the rest of my injuries. Mind you I cant drive right now and have to have people carry me around. So after my exam I called and Mary said they just didnt want to do it and we could re visit it later and I told her that is not what I wanted and asked to talk to the lawyer and he would not get on the phone so I had my mom drive me to waco so I could find out why and his answer was he didnt want to give everything to the DD just incase he was bad I am like really I am not trying to hide anything I want to get this done and he again said you can re visit it and I was like do you not get the fact that I dont drive and I put people out to help me out and he said that it does not hurt you and I was like really and at that point I got so mad I let him know exactly what kind of person he was and his little helper if you use him make sure he does as you ask because he wont and he wont tell you. He could of called me to explain all this before because I made it a point to ask for it to be done so still worst lawyer ever

Asked Mr. Helton for help with a traffic ticket I received going through a speed trap on I-75 coming from Atlanta. Mr. Helton was over 90 minutes late to the hearing, after which the Judge had already heard my case. Mr. Helton then proceeded to give the judge inaccurate information, including simple demographics about where I was from and what I do professionally. I asked his office for a return on some of the funds I paid for the lack of service and was ignored. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Mr Helton and his associates were very helpful and fast in winning my husbands work injury case. However we have to travel to Austin and once a month to Dallas for his pain management. The insurance company is now denying us our travel reimbursement and to pay for his medication. When I contacted Heltons office I didnt hear back for a week! Then we received a letter stating he was withdrawing from our case because there is nothing else further to be done. SERIOUSLY!!! We need help for the first time in about a yr. And since hes not benifiting hes refusing to help us. We cant afford to hire another attorney so now we are having to go through the division of work comp ourselves. So just to let yall know QUICK TO WIN AND TAKE YOUR MONEY$ BUT DONT ASK FOR ANY HELP AFTER THAT...HE WILL DUMP YOU!
