Tiffany is awesome at keeping communication! She will always stay in communication with you and keep you informed throughout every step of the way! Tiffany is always quick to respond and keep in touch with you! Tiffany will listen to you! Tiffany will listen to you and your requests; she will help to find the home best fitting for you and your home buying situation. Once you have a home in mind she will be prompt at negotiating for your best interest! Tiffany worked hard when there was obstacles at closing that neither her or I caused or could control. Tiffany worked hard to close even with the adversity. She asked the title company to stay open even after hours, she spent a lot of time making calls, negotiating, and moving things around. Tiffany met me at my job to close due to my scheduling conflict. Tiffany is the person you need by your side as your realtor whether you are buying or selling. Nicole Schaff is awesome; she was the transaction coordinator working alongside Tiffany and really helped to answer and assist me with all my questions. Everyone at the Lindsey Bartley Team was phenomenal I can t rave enough about them!

Lindsey is truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data they had about the neighborhood and Lubbock market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on selling and I m so thankful I did. I had a short timeline to decide who would represent me, I just had a week in between Jobs with very short notice in that week I interviewed six real estate agents. At the end of the day, I made the best decision. Lindsey was above and beyond my expectations with her assertiveness. She told me the market price and the timeline, which was shorter by two months than all the other agents forecasts. She will work with you to make your desires a reality. Linsey and her team were always available for me. Their responsiveness was incredible. If they didn t pick up, they always call back immediately later. They treat the situation like they were the owner of the property they look out for me and my best interests. Gave me hints on how to stage the house, The house was only nine days in the market, and I accepted the first offer which was as predicted by her. There were no worries or regrets. We just bought our first home with the Lindsey Bartley Team! Sam Meador was our realtor and was infinitely patient with us through the process. He let us spend a whole weekend running around Lubbock looking for houses we had found and then took the lead finding us his picks. We found our house shockingly fast (the first day he took us out to see his choices!) and fell in love with it. Any bumps along the way were due to our own inexperience in the process, but after working with this team we feel more confident as home owners, buyers, and sellers for the future! I don t think anyone who uses their services will have many regrets. Their team even went through every contract and document line by line with us. Finding the perfect home was not easy, and it gets harder when you feel like wasting your realtors time. We got to the point that we didt even wanted to see the realtor and went to go see homes on our own at least from the outside. Before I begin, I would like to say that we have bought and sold over a dozen properties in the past. We had Lindsey list our home, which was sold extremely fast (less than a week). She had nothing to do with the fast sale other that being lucky enough to be the one we listed the house with. Once offers came in, thats when the wheels fell off. Things got so bad that we had to contact her broker (Pam Titzell). Once Pam was involved, things were handled in a manner that made us feel like we were actually being represented. Does anyone doubt that making your client feel cared for is what a listing agent should do? In my opinion, Lindsey doesnt !!!!! If you use her, dont just let her tell you things are done. You must insist that signed and fully executed documents are done any properly filed with the title company. DO NOT accept (this is how we do it in Lubbock) explanations about everything being fine without signed documents. Its your money/home and you have a right to feel represented/protected. We actually had to tell her that we werent going to allow inspections (on the morning they were to be done) because the contracts, earnest money and options fee check had not been received and/or receipted at the title company. The day before closing, we found out that the terms of an agreement for the sale of non realty items werent properly agreed too either. We had to threaten not to sign closing document that we already had in our possession in order to get this issue resolved. Her broker and the representative from True Title actually had to set up escrow for this issue at literally the final hour. Other than dealing with her broker, we would have been better off representing ourselves. Find a hungry go getter and dont fall for the hype when choosing someone to represent you in the sale or purchase of a home in Lubbock. Choosing Lindsey will only leave you feeling like she is working against your best interest and doubt who she really represents. I have never felt so vulnerable during a real estate transaction. Thank goodness we were selling a nice home and that the buyers were obviously good people working toward getting the home to closing as well.

From the day we first met with Lindsey we knew that this was going to be a great relationship. Shes a go-getter and knows her stuff! We currently have our primary home listed with them and just sold a rental with them last week. The communication with Lindsey and her team is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about the Lindsey Bartley Team at Keller Williams. When we found a house that we loved, we were not at all prepared to sell. Lindsey and her team met with us on a weekend and told us what we needed to do in order to get our home ready. That next Monday, they had taken pictures and posted our house for sale. By Wednesday, we had accepted an offer and were able to put an offer in on the house that we were hoping to buy. What a quick turnaround! Because they are a team of multiple people, you never feel ignored because someone is always there to help answer your questions and be responsive. This is the dream team to work with! Not to mention, they have hosted some great parties throughout the year that have been an added joy to my husband and I on top of working with them during the house selling process! They are truly the best!
