Awesome location for a party. Pool was great and no complaints about music being too loud. Has stage for band and dance floor area. Plenty of picnic tables and covered areas.

A great place the best kept secret in the whole city of Houston in my opinion plenty of space super comfortable privacy and could be held for any sort of event or even just a get away with your immediate family because it is so cheap
