The heights Ironworks is one of my favorite Downtown Houston venues to work at hands-down. This venue spoke to my soul in so many ways! From the incredible house to get ready in with endless picture locations. To the outdoor space which is to die forrrrrrr! I dont even need to say much more because the pictures say it all. Definitely tour this venue! It is easily on my top 5 for couples to look at when they ask me for recommendations.

This venue is incredibly hard to get ahold of. Once we finally got a response from McKenzie we scheduled a tour and no one showed up, no one answered the phones. I asked 3 separate times for pricing information to be sent and she gave me minimal information and no details. This venue is in stark contrast to all others we have spoken with in Houston. Not a great start for a business that you expect to have open communication with.

What an absolutely incredible venue and staff. We had our wedding here, and loved it. The amount of customizable options (having a ceremony there or not, renting out the historic home/hotels) make it to where you can do as much as you want there. The indoor/outdoor functionality will be one of the many things I remember for years to come. McKenzie took great care of us and was an incredible help. She worked with our day of coordinator and made the day a breeze. Questions leading into the wedding were always answered, and she had a ton to recommend when it came to vendors when asked.

Its not a huge venue but its very nice. The event I was at had around 60 people and it was very nice. The only thing to keep in mind is rated you are right next to a road it wasnt super busy so just a little back ground noise here and there.

The moment I stepped into this place, I knew it had to be my wedding venue! Because of the pandemic, we had to have an intimate wedding and the Heights Ironworks really captured the ambiance I wanted. It has the perfect balance of character and elegance. Upon entering, the outdoor area boasts hanging lights that create a gorgeous, romantic atmosphere. The greenery growing on the walls outside of the Heights Ironworks add a fairytale feeling. Not to mention, the Yale House right next door which gives a vintage presence. The indoor venue is spacious and simple. The large windows let in plenty of beautiful daylight and the beams on the ceiling make it easy to add in any lights/chandeliers you may want. My favorite thing about this venue is that though it has so much personality, it is so easy to work with in terms of decor. You can do as much or as little as you please and it will still look stunning. Terri, the venue coordinator, is a gem. She is readily available via email or phone and loves to hear out her clients vision and help in any way she can. She is flexible and understanding - traits that are CRUCIAL in these uncertain times.

We loved working with Heights Ironworks for our family event. Terri was a pleasure to work with. The location is perfect and the space is so well designed. It was spacious and everyone was flexible and accommodating every step of the way. Our family reunion was really great as a result. I would happily host any event there again. The landscaping is beautiful and we just loved that we were working with a family owned business. We got to meet the owners and they are fantastic people.

This place is absolutely spectacular! We hosted our end of year event and the salon was just the perfect place! It was ample enough to have a dance party, karaoke, and it had a space for food prep in the back! The modern and antique look was beautifully intertwined, exposed brick, lovely greenery, and modern feel was great! I cant wait to have our next event here!

Im about to be hosting my 3rd event at Heights Iron Works! Its my all time favorite venue in the city of Houston! I cant say enough wonderful things about Terri, the venue coordinator. Shes an awesome lady, always available and flexible! She loves to hear about your plans for the space for your event, and will help in any way she can to ensure your dream comes true! We love that the venue is family owned, it is always well taken care of and constantly being maintained! It looks amazing any time of year! They offer tables and chairs, and the kitchen prep area is spacious to be able to get your food or other behind the scenes items ready for your guests! The best thing about the venue is that it is a blank space! You can transform the venue into anything you want! Weve hosted a french themed bridal shower, a splish splash first birthday party, and next were hosting a baby shower full of pink! No matter how many times we use the space, it looks like a brand new venue each time! We LOVE Heights Iron Works and have created memories that will last a lifetime. Not to mention, the most beautiful photos!

It s easy to see how lovely this space is and how perfectly it will fit with any concept. I can t imagine a small to medium sized event that wouldn t fit well at Ironworks. It s versatile, well laid out, and perfectly updated while maintaining so much character. But, what you might not be able to discover from pictures is just how easy it is to host an event at Ironworks! Terri, the in-house event coordinator, is incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and so much fun to work with! I can t wait to host another event here soon!

You will love the vibe, staff, and the memories you will make here. We had our Holiday Party at Heights Ironworks and it was the perfect venue! Every detail is covered and Terri is wonderful to work with. The room has plenty of space, seating and tables available, lots of great lighting and a true natural beauty. Would definitely go there again.
