Thuy is very caring and professional. What made me decide to hire her was the fact that she went out of her way to help me even though I didn t pay for her service. Just for that I really respect her as a person. Her work is also top notch, highly recommended.

Brad was highly recommended by our trusted financial advisor. He helped us confidently decide between establishing a trust versus a will for our children. He also helped us get rid of a timeshare!! We thought we would be stuck with this timeshare forever and that it would be passed onto our children as a burden. We have even been scammed in the past with a company that wouldve supposedly sell our timeshare off within a few months (and of course, we paid upfront). With Brads guidance, we never have to worry about a timeshare ever again! He goes above and beyond, even though he does not specialize in timeshares etc. We are very grateful for Brad as our familys future is much more secure now!

Ive worked with Thuy and Brad on numerous issues and they have been outstanding in every way. They are both very down to earth and focus more on helping their clients instead of overbilling them! Thuy Tran personally handled out estate planning. She was thoughtful and professional walking us through the process. We had several complex questions and scenarios we needed to address. I would highly recommend to anyone to use Featherston Tran for your estate planning. We were able to meet & visit with Brad during our consultations and were very impressed with both attorneys.

I would highly recommend this firm for your estate planning needs. The lawyers here care about their clients and it clearly shows in their work. The firm is more of a specialized boutique firm and you will be more than just a number to them. They are knowledgeable about trust and estate law and stay educated about current laws and issues concerning estate planning. Ms. Tran was a pleasure to work with. From the first inquiry call to subsequent follow up communications, she took the time and care to make sure all our questions were answered. She was flexible and understanding of our work schedules and accommodated us accordingly (i.e. My husband attended in person, with me attending by teleconference). Ms. Tran was well prepared for our consultation and took copious notes even though we were not yet clients. From her notes she was able to evaluate our needs and recommend which products we might consider. After our consultation she returned detailed instructions on what we needed to help complete the documents comprehensively. Also during this planning phase, Ms. Tran made sure to explain the benefits and situations that arise for each option so that you can make an informed decision. She provided some worksheets with explanations on the choices we needed to make. After we completed the worksheets, everything else in the process was effortless on our part. Document execution was completed seamlessly. From beginning to end I liked that we were well informed and given clear direction on what was needed. Ms. Tran was always well prepared and this makes everything effortless for the client. She was easy to talk to and answered all our questions with care and genuine concern. After document execution, Ms. Tran also followed up with us and ensured we did everything we needed. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Estate planning is scary thing to think about but is essential if you care about your loved ones. Im glad that we found a firm with knowledgeable personable lawyers who we can trust.
