Wanted some camarones Empanizado so i did a google map search for seafood saw different ones but came across La Laguna was like im guve it a try omg they did not disappoint had a xx and water they bring chips and different types of salsas omg so good ordered my food again not disappointed sooooo good the rice everything i recommend it keep it up guys i was happy

I went with a large group (12) and the service was still great. Plenty of staff on hand to assist in every way. The food was pretty good. It is a bit pricey at 17 to 19 dollars for most plates. The rice was a little dry, and the sauces were all jammed into a little holder. I am not sure there was even any vinegar or eel sauce, but there were plenty of hot sauce. Total bill was 25 for my plate and an iced tea. Wheelchair accessibility: A big step up with 1.5 foot strip of grass. There may be a way up if you go around.

Horrible experience! Waitress treated us like I d we owed her money. We had to ask her three times to get a simple cup with ice. One of our plates took 15 minutes when In other visits it wools take 5-8. It was a simple breaded fish plate. We also asked for a salad dressing, we are still waiting for it. Nothing personal, but seems that female waitress should have stayed home instead of offering the worst customer service ever. The food as okay, I just won t spend my money there again. Not unless management takes care of the issue.

If I could put 0 I would. Horrible services waited about an hour for the food just to be told there was no more rice available 30 minutes after ordering. Waitress never came back to check on drinks refill. Asked for straws and was told they had ran out of straws, when the food was finally given to us they forgot to give us utensils. The place is ok but I wasnt too impressed. The restaurant itself is well decorated but the loud music doesnt contribute to the ambience. Staff was very nice and answered all the questions. Food is ok but not wow. It lacked certain freshness and a bit overpriced. I had to return and change a plate cause it was extremely spicy. Not sure how could anyone could eat so spicy. Again, not a bad place but not a 5 star either. Staff gets all the stars.

The food was delicious and very well served, unfortunately I had a very bad experience since my waitress, once she brought us the drinks and took the order, never returned, not even to charge us. They threw the dishes (which someone else brought) to us and when I asked for more dressing they never brought it to me. I dont want to generalize to all the waiters because there were others who I didnt have the pleasure of being served and I saw that they were really doing their job well. I hope to return one day since the food is well worth it and I will find better service...
