I don t want to even rate 1 to this place. Let s just say I had to ask kids if they worked there because no one wears a uniform or a name tag - no hi, no hello, no thank you. Rude, lazy, staff - on the phone careless about your world. Got the hell out of this establishment. Food is overpriced and horrible.

First, the bowling alley kept messing up. Second, the rude customer service, calling us teenagers dumb as a grown adult. There was miscommunication but the worker came up to us with a rude attitude, also over priced with this poor condition. Just over all the worst experience I ve ever had in a bowling alley.

I had to change my post. I find it difficult to accept that the management refused to let us bring pizzas from elsewhere because they ran out of pizza dough. This is after I paid for a party of 17 for three lanes and all the shoes. They told me there is other food they can eat. This was just today. They could have said something before purchasing everything.

We had a horrible experience! Place smells of sewage. Filthy bathrooms. Teenagers were stealing younger children s balls on other lanes and bullying them. Signs posted EVERYWHERE that say don t take other lanes balls. Said something to staff and we were told they could not do anything about it and to deal with it. We wasted half our time waiting to get our balls back so kids could have their turn.

They used to have the glow bowling available with reservation. It was a great deal. I understand everything went up in price.....but come on. Now it takes forever to get a lane ... you have to wait ..... and wait and wait. And now it by hour not by game during the day. Harlingen doesnt have much offer for family activities. It used to be affordable. And saved time.

Went with friends who had never been there before,as soon as we got to the desk to pay for lanes a guy named Robert immediately gave us attitude. One friend had moved a table and Robert got really annoyed and rude stating that the tables are not to be moved. When she tried moving it back he huffed over and said very rudely that s not where it was. Great way to make a family event a horrible experience. She didn t know and tried to correct it,he didn t need to be a jerk about it.

Had a really great time. Staff was friendly, and food was pretty good. We ordered two large pizzas and they were tasty and hot. We also ordered fried pickles and they hit the spot. My only complain is that they dont have a larger or family sized basket of pickles. We are a family of 5 and totally love fried pickles. I think we got like 3 pickles each. I went to buy another order because they were so good. The tables and chairs were clean. Ladies restroom could use a little tlc. Also, toilet took a while to flush. You had to hold the lever down for 10 seconds so it could flush completely. There is a separate dining area with pool tables and access to the bar. Several other things for the kids to do. Play video/arcade games, basketball net game and vending machines as well.

This place is terrible. Lanes scratch balls faster than a hairy man on a hot day, the staff is rude when you ask for assistance with the ball return. Get annoyed with you when it s not your fault. Like sorry your shii is old and needs to be redone, payed for an hour of bowling spent only 15 minutes actually bowling and the rest of the half hour struggling with the alley. Left mid session. Go to The alleys in Brownsville. Worth the extra minutes of driving.

This location has a good happy hour bowling rate, at 15 dollars per hour. Customer service is terrible when you speak to the man with a beard named Robert. He is very rude and doesnt seem to care about the customers. I went up to ask where I place my shoes to retirn, he grudgingly looked away from his book and said, with a rude tone, on the counter then I looked over to the other man who while he was speaking with a client, looked over and said yes sir right there if fine. Terrible terrirble terrible. The other man was great, he was wearing a black mask and seemed to be bald. He was great, kind and knows how to speak to customers.

Was here visiting for Thanksgiving and they were open to provide family entertainment. Greatly priced and they have a bar with pool tables as well. A man named Adam was very rude to my child, kept on acting like we were in inconvenience because we were asking a couple of questions about their service. It was also a little late but not quite to close to close and it felt like he was annoyed with us. Did not appreciate his tone at all. We love coming to Creaseys. I grew up bowling here. Now I take my son here and we have a blast. I know its old and could use a little updating. Some lanes work better than others but the guys there try their best to get everything working or accommodate you with switching lanes if necessary. That is very rare that we have to switch. They have a small arcade and a full service bar. Their snack bar has some pretty decent food for the family. Great happy hour prices for games too!
