Charles was the first lawyer to call me back when I reached out to several in the area to ask for advice about a potential employment issue. I was fretting over a potential bad outcome and Charles was honest, confident, reassuring in his response. I took his advice and everything turned out perfectly! I ll be forever grateful for his quick response and sound legal advice that came from a wealth of knowledge and experience! If you are looking for an attorney that keeps his word and delivers the results that he told you he would give you from the first day he met you then Charles is that guy. not only is he extremely professional but he makes you feel comfortable with the normal long pauses in between hearing from your attorney while they are working on your case. I did not feel like I had to keep bothering him he was always going to follow up with me at some point so I just didnt worry about it. Charles took on my employment matter that was very important to me and he resolved it and he fought and he continued to fight not only did he continue to fight but he also continuously asked me for my input as well. he handled the case in a perfectly balanced way and you would be a fool not to go with Charles for any of your employment matters that need to be resolved

Charles Sturm is one of those incredibly gifted lawyers who is good at both trial and on appeal. He has nearly a perfect track record in the appeal courts. I think his secret (besides being enormously talented and smart) is that people like him. I would bet my family farm on him
