Yes,I m back to complete my review which I couldn t wait to write because every of their process was exceptional,I remember coming to them 2021 with my immigration frustration and a frustrating spouse,they told me they can handle it but me being inpatient and frustrated I wanted everything so fast,they told me their process and how they like to win their case,I remember calling very often because I just want them to put in my case,they told me I have to be patient so they can put in my paper work correctly,fast forward to 2024 I have learn to appreciate their process because at the end of the day my green card is at hand in a smooth and peaceful manner and was able to finalize my divorce with ex,I will always recommend this firm because of how well they hand their case and I will advice you should be patient with them and let them handle your case correctly

Worst attorney you can get I would not recommend miss mokolo spent over $22,000 she did the very minimum She s not worth the $500 an hour she was charging compared to the other party which the attorney was cheaper and they seem like they were more prepared than she was and she was getting paid less than Miss Mokolo she Was not prepare when we were to go to court At one point I quote she said good thing we didn t have to go before the judge today because I can t talk today Invoices were always wrong. They even charge me for trying to make sure the invoices were right eventually she took off $750 off my bill because I told her she did not do a good enough job and that she was charging me to talk to them about their Mistake with invoices she said well at least we didn t get your Right taken away she did not put enough safeguards in our final order. I still haven t seen my child. It s been over 10 months since we did the final order The final order has a lot of loop holes that the other side put in place to prevent me from seeing my child or to have a relationship with him Miss Mokolo should ve caught the loopholes if she was a good attorney I reached out to them about the final order and told them what was going on, and they basically said that I needed to rehire them put in another deposit to try to fix things which I was shocked because I just spent over $22,000 now we have to go back and rehire someone that knows what they re doing to try to fix their screw up this case that I was going through was easy. I gave them everything they needed charge me over $9000 to submit the documents I provided and when I looked at the stuff they submitted it was exactly the same stuff I gave them when I asked they said they had to change a little bit of it I don t think that amount of over $9000 to change the word just a little bit to me look exactly the same word by word. It looks like they just Submitted what I sent them. I attach a picture of how the billing was Saying I owe all this money on the top, but on the bottom, it said it was paid off . As soon as you lose them as a client or you come from them about billing or anything, they will take you off and delete you/cant access my case so I hope this post could help anybody who is looking for a good attorney. I would not recommend this law firm.

I had the worst experience working with miss mokolo. The only time I recieved her services were on my first visit when she needed all my money and did really well selling herself. As soon as I deposited my funds, I couldnt get hold of her and only got to speak to her paralegal. I ended up losing my case and the only time I got to meet her was at court and she was throughout the experience on her phone. Do yourself a favor and seek someone else. Dont be blinded by her all woman empowerment talk and get carried away with these fake reviews.

I am African and recently moved to the US. My ex-spouse filed for divorce about a year after my move and the case lasted almost two years. I was introduced to Uzo Mokolo after I was battered and beaten prior to and at the temporary hearing. The previous lawyer I had compromised and kept back all the evidence I provided to her at the temporary hearing. She reached agreements on my behalf without consulting me. I began checking my rights and privileges on Google when she told me I cannot see my children without any court order to that effect. They tormented me and I became depressed. At some point I thought I wont make it out alive. I knew very little about the US legal system and has never been involved or know anyone that has gone through the divorce process before. With Uzo Mokolo, everything changed. Her response to the first letter they wrote to torment me lifted my spirit and even though the respondent has little control on the process, she was there to assist and guide me through the process. She put a stop to frivolous extensions by the opposing counsel (OC). I guess the OC was using this to accumulate legal fee that would be charged to my asset that has been sold by the court. Issues came up about previously owned assets, extended family-owned company and inheritances in Africa. Uzos familiarity with that environment really helped countered false narratives by the opposing party during trial. Even though a lot of damages has already been done to my case by the previous lawyer, I am grateful I got to Uzo Mokolo. While I am not an advocate for divorce, I strongly recommend Mokolo Law Firm if you find yourself in this situation. Uzo is a professional to the core and not after what she can make from you. Let me also add that she is very beautiful, has a good heart and is very caring. Thank you Uzo.

TRASH!!!!!!!! Mokolo accepted my case, took over $9000.00 in payments and quit on me. She does not return calls promptly, she gives awful advise, and does not care about her clients. She is not a good advocate and is only out for the money. I wish I never crossed paths with her! My case is still pending and Ill have to pay for another attorney.
