Just called on Tuesday 7 - February at 5:19 a lady pick up the phone sound like she was around 35 years old speaking Spanish .I Introduce my self in English and I said sorry I can t speak Spanish she just hang up on me rude I don t know why these offices keep these kind a people around not get red of them there places is at home with no job . Find good people to answer the phone .

I would like to take the time to THANK ROBERT GALLEGO! My son had hired him for a ticket. He had gotten it rescheduled till next year.My son has decided to join the Navy and to be able to do this he needed this ticket to get taken care of now. I called Mr.Gallego and explained this to him on Thursday. He kept me posted the whole time until Monday when he went in to try to get this ticket dismissed and Today Monday first thing he called me personally and told me that it had gotten dismissed he emailed me the paperwork showing this.! My son got some traffic tickets. I called this office 3 weeks before his court date and asked if they could appear the girl that answered the phone sounded like she was asleep.(7 pm) I thought it was cool that they answered so late (not) She took my info and told me they would be in court that day. I called the day before my sons court date and the idiots had no ideal who I was. They obviously take Nyquil and answer calls in bed. But instead of trying to help me out. The girl got ghetto and hung up. I called back the attorney(lol) answered. And was rude as well. Oh well!
