Church s used to have the best chicken. Over the years the pieces have gotten smaller. I guess like everything else, smaller portions larger price. This location is known for not having white meat, or at least they say it will be a 25 minute wait unless you would be satisfied with legs and thighs only. My guess is that the white meat pieces are more expensive and it makes them more profitable if they can sell you dark only.

I always come to this churches and get great customer service. Fleur is amazing at making sure my expectations are met. I can be picky on chicken as I had a bad experience at a few different places but every time I come to churches this place is always doing its best. Fleur listens and understands and has my order right each time! Thank you for always being great!

Right off the freeway. Friendly staff. Crunchy, chicken. Half non-spice for my pups, spicy one delicious. Has great macaroni and cheese..tasted like homemade. Biscuits were also freshly made. Delicious. Price reasonable

Ordered chicken strips and a sandwich, waiting nearly an hour and canceled my order. They claim 1 or more items are out of stock . This specific restaurant does this every time, which has been the past 4 times. What s funny is their Georgia St. church s location doesn t ever have this problem, always being out of chicken. Never order from here. Update: just went through the drive-thru to get dinner and guess what, they are all out of some chicken. Like usually, they specifically won t sell their chicken sandwiches which is ON the menu. Only even been able to get one of those sandwiches one time, which was my first time going here a little over a year ago. Now why would they advertise something but refuse to either sell it or stock it??

I ordered a 5 piece special with coupon! Service is fast, friendly! Food is nice and hot, biscuits are delicious! Coleslaw tastes great! I just wish there was one closer to home! Chicken still hot when I got home, but fries, and biscuits cooled off. I like Popeyes chicken best!

I have went several times over the last couple months thinking I was just imagining how rude the Indian lady working is. I have probably tried returning different times to get a different server but its always the same person and she is so rude. She starts of rude and proceeds to take it to a hole nother level if you attempt to use a coupon or get the special. last week I used a coupon for chicken and she tried to say my card declined I asked if someone else could run the card and somehow it worked ya right. now tonight I ordered some food of course it was her and she was rude again but I presented another coupon for a buy one get one side to see if it made her mad of course now all of a sudden they dont have sides like Im stupid its even on the menu I know how to read.

Last time I came here the Mac and cheese was more like cheese mush and I watched the owner himself put it in the container. It wasnt even that late to where more could not have been made, maybe around 6 or 7 pm. The chicken was also overcooked or the grease needed to be changed, just was not good this visit or the previous. Smh, you should have pride enough in your own business to not sell your customers, especially regular customers slop like that. Smh

Worked my way up to district manager at a Churchs in TN. So I know how good they can be and this store always fails to deliver. Our chicken was room temperature and the crust was torn up which breaks the batter barrier and results in greasy and dried out chicken. I keep hoping they will improve. One good point is the young lady made us fresh fried okra.

A #1/with drink and 2nd order was a chicken breast with a jalapeno and a drink and a biscuit 3rd order was a small drink for $22. Flies everywhere, bathrooms were disgusting, no soap to wash your hands and to top it off the employee who was in there before us didnt flush and probably didnt wash her hands because of no soap in dispenser also one of the employees that was sweeping everything into the kitchen was using language that you shouldnt use in front of customers.... To say the least we will NEVER be back again! We had to stop because the driver is diabetic and needed something because he was feeling woozy from sugar dropping.

The chicken was fresh out of the fryer. The okra was crispy. The coleslaw is the best. The staff are friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Vegetarian options: There is mac & cheese, okra, corn, mash potatoes, bombers, fries, coleslaw for those who do not want meat. Kid-friendliness: There isnt a kids menu but there are tenders. These are breast strips that are hand battered and fried when ordered. Theres the #3 which is 3 tenders, fries, and a regular 20oz drink or the #4 which is 5 tenders. Wheelchair accessibility: There is parking leading to the ramp.

This was the first time Id ever had Churches and it was delicious! I wish I had one closer to me. I had never eaten fried gizzards and they were delicious. The restaurant itself was very dirty. It could definitely use a deep clean everywhere. The girls that worked in there were grumpy and didnt seem like they liked their job.

Went for lunch today and the man who was at the speaker asked me if I wanted spicy chicken when I tried ordering regular chicken. I asked him at that point if they had any regular chicken to which he responded no, only spicy. I then made sure to rephrase what he just said to make sure I heard him right because I was in disbelief that they had no regular chicken whatsoever. Youd think theyd have a sign or something. Nope. Nothing. When I paraphrased the fact that they were completely out of regular chicken, he said, No. Its cooking. We dont have any right now. I dont understand the lack of customer service here. Didnt even bother asking if i wanted to wait or anything. Like he just wanted me to leave because he didnt wanna deal with another order or he hates his job I guess. So, before driving off, I responded, Well I guess never mind then.... I feel like if you hate your job that much, maybe find another one instead of treating customers like theyre a nuisance. There was only one gentleman that was working at the time. It happened around 12:10pm on 3/16/20.
