Meeting Dane Johnson was the most absolute best thing that happened to me, he did an amazing job. I had a lawyer prior to him who I had to get rid of so I met Dane closer to my trial date! Where to begin ? First and foremost I want to say thank you to this team of people you are truly amazing. This team of amazing people never gave up, turned over every stone in my case spent hours, days, lots of time working tirelessly on giving me the best results. After almost 2yrs of working on my case with me they never gave up. My case was unique to say the least but this team of people did everything they could to help me, whether it be over the phone, in the court room they were right there every step of the way. The end of the day with all the work this team did my case dismissed. When I first approached Mr. Baer to represent me with my DWI, I was immediately put at ease with the professional approach to dealing with what was a very harrowing experience. His knowledge and strategic approach to minimizing the consequences of my charge was in retrospect, a blessing in disguise. Johnson, Johnson & Bear represented me very well. I was charged with a second DWI. My first DWI was (35) years ago but it still reflects on the record, therefore this is considered my second offence which is a felony which could have jail time. Dane and Alan had the first DWI thrown out of court making this a misdemeanor offence. I had to pay a small fine, no probation or community service. I am very pleased with Johnson Johnson & Bears representation with this case. I highly recommend this law firm.

I would definitely recommend this firm. Dane is top notch and Stephen helped me get my case dismissed in 6 months from a year! I originally had another lawyer who was clueless and I would have had to get an Occupational license and didn t have a clue how to win my ALR hearing. Johnson Johnson and Baer won this for me so I kept my license! I agreed to the PTI and got through all my requirements right away and was able to ask for early dismissal! I recommend this firm to anyone who wants a knowledgeable team and who always is available for questions and who truly has your best interests at heart!

Mr. Alan Baer was the most caring and attentive attorney we had the pleasure of knowing. He did his magic in the courtroom and was able to get my husband s DWI case dismissed. Johnson, Johnson and Baer were very efficient and helpful at helping me cope and get through my experience. One of my first phone calls from them was very curt and offensive, which was exactly what I needed to really get my act together and understand what kind of trouble I was in. I really appreciate their honesty about what was at stake. Carson was my long-term contact. He clearly defined the best/worst scenario of what might happen. Carson helped me understand how important the pre-sentencing work is and what I needed to do to be prepared to talk to the judge initially. I followed his lead and end result? My sentence was greatly lessened -- no jail time, no community service, small fine, and no monthly probation follow up. This sentence was WAY less obtrusive than my first. Thank you to Carson and team. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs expert advice and honest feedback.

No words to describe the feeling of being charged with a 2nd dwi and all the problems that come with it. After much research and knowing that this would be a difficult case, I decided to call Johnson, Johnson & Baer. After speaking with Alan and explaining my case, there was no sugar coated promises and a he was very honest about where I stood with a second offense, However his experience and team of experts gave me some kind of confidence. He handled my case with very little follow up on my behalf and only time that I did speak to him after our initial meeting, was to inform me that my case had been DISMISSED. What can you possibly say about someone that gets your entire life back? we let our Previous attorney go because we didnt have confidence in him. We spent days searching for the best and we found Dane the moment we left his office we knew he would be the one working our case. When you choose this lawyer you are not gambling with your future. Its not often you can walk into a courtroom and feel completely confident that your attorney is going to actually fight for you in all their entirety. We are forever grateful for his hard work and dedication as well as his associates that helped on the case. He did his homework on the case, always returned calls and always made us feel like we were his top priority. I wish their was more we could do to thank them. Sitting in the hallway in the court I heard other attorneys talking about him being in the courtroom and they rushed in the courtroom to watch the trial.
