Lauren Camacho was an excellent buyers agent. In April/May 2023, my son was finishing college in Indiana and scheduled to start a good job in Beaumont, TX on July 31. Lauren was very responsive and worked closely with him from out-of-state during May to view a particular house remotely and then quickly put in an offer, which was accepted. She provided advice and consulted others when necessary, but in the end she did whatever he thought was appropriate. She contacted inspectors, contractors and the listing agent on his behalf quickly and efficiently and was tenacious when she needed to be. When he went to work in London for the summer, she and the loan officer arranged through the title company for me to be his power of attorney, so I was able to sign all the documents at closing on his behalf, also coming from out-of-state myself. After closing, she didnt disappear but instead continued to follow up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. And best of all, Lauren always had a pleasant, patient attitude! -Corinne P.

This is my review on our using Dayna Simmons Real Estate to sell our beach house. I tried my clumsy hand at the copy & paste thing of a text I sent to Christy Broussard, our agent who works for Dayna, letting her know our thoughts on the whole process. I thought it would fit in well letting all know my every day thoughts in lieu of my normal stilted for public verbiage. So go see Dayna. But ask for Christy.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dayna called Monday asking how we were and were we satisfied with the process.. Gave her thumbs up on both questions and then let her know my thoughts about you. Told her you could do everything except walk on water. And I m not so sure about that perceived lacking. Even from a state away and with my crazy schedule she was always on the ball to respond and get the answers I needed. My husband and I have worked with Dayna and her team on multiple occasions. My husband worked with her to buy a house over a decade ago, only a few years ago she helped us sell the house we had, and just recently she helped us purchase a new home. She is a consummate professional. At every turn, and for years, we were able to count on her to answer all sorts of questions, or to give us all the contact-information we needed to get things done (inspections, contractors, Financial work...). Its not that we didnt run into problems, its just that she always knew how to solve them. It was also always clear to us that she has such a good understanding of the housing market here in the extended area. These are all the reasons weve come back to work with her multiple times...

Dayna has a great team in place to sell your home. I worked with Katie Martin all the way through closing. There were some tense moments, and I had a lot of questions. Katie was quick to respond and keep things moving smoothly. Dayna would check in periodically to make sure things were going well.
