I would recommend Fred to everyone. He really fought for our case to be dismissed and it was in just a couple of months. In March of 2021 my son and I walked into Mr. Dahrs office crying after leaving from a horrible consultation from a different attorney. My son was charged with 2 counts of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Fred Dahr took his time reviewing my sons case and said we had nothing to worry about. Fred Dahr is Incredible. A lawyer that goes beyond showing up for court. Son was charged with a felony and for over a year the lawyer we hired at great expense did nothing but lower the probation by one year, told him to plead guilty and take a 3 year probation, which was doubtful he could complete. Hired FRED DAHR and one week later got the charge reduced then following week got the charge dropped!!! Fred did investigative work interviewed witnesses and showed it to the Prosecuting DA. Fred gave my son his life back. Fred was on it, always in touch, comforting and competent. Fred said never plead guilty if you are not guilty. He obviously does go to trial and does all the ground work, but best scenario realized CASE DROPPED . If you are facing 5-20 years in Jail, hire Fred you will be in the best hands. Felony Assault Charges DISMISSED!!! Now I understand why there are so MANY positive testimonials about Fred Dahr! HE IS THE BEST! PERIOD. Our daughter moved to Houston to live with someone and for reasons I will not disclose here, we had very strong reservations about. Not long after moving she was charged with a serious felony assault!! We were terrified. She took the time to do extensive research and came across Fred. Fred Dahr is a professional, and understanding lawyer that will be persistent in fighting your case. Fred went above and beyond what I expected from a lawyer in my case. I had a court date for a misdemeanor charge and did not have a on clue what to do or expect, so a friend referred me to Fred and he was outstanding in helping me fight my case. Fred emailed me direct instructions on what I had to do and what I needed to bring to court with me for my hearing weeks in advance. Mr. Dahr is an excellent attorney and Im glad he took my domestic violence case which was based on a lie. He interviewed all parties involved and worked closely with the DA to resolve the case with the best possible outcome.
