The food and atmosphere give you that old school diner feel. The burgers taste great! The milkshakes are creamy and delcious. The fries, tots, and onion rings are fried to perfection. It was surprisingly good. It took me back to that shopping store diner that used to be at places like Kress and Woolworth. I would definitely recommend this place for a family night out or hanging out with friends.

My boyfriend took me here for the first time yesterday. The entire experience was awful. We walked in and there was just a bad vibe. There was no good ambiance feel. The server took over 15 minutes to bring us two waters and one milkshake. The milkshake was super watery. We saw our server make it and then walk away instead of bringing it to us. The water cups were dirty with dried ketchup. We then ordered our food, I ordered a Philly and my boyfriend ordered a burger. Food took almost 30 minutes to come out. We noticed the cooks had put our food up to be served and the server walked by the plates four times before she brought the food over. My Philly and my boyfriend s fries were ice cold. We told the server to send my Philly back and the manager came up to us. He was just as clueless as the server. Every table was dirty with dishes and crumbs. A lot of the tables had empty ketchup bottles, we noticed another table went to five different tables until they found a ketchup bottle with ketchup. Needless to say, we will never return.

The place got a little crowded and the restaurant was understaffed, therefore the order took about 45 minutes to get to the table after ordering, as it got back-ordered due to a sudden arrival of a large number of people. It was no fault to the staff, though, they tried their best to serve us on time with less than 5 people on site. The food was great though! Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian and vegan options in the menu. There are complete meals and shakes to choose from.

Horrible experience run by 16 year olds that need more training. To begin with, they got the entire order wrong. And it all came out to be very expensive for stuff we didn t order. To top it off I had asked for a simple task for them to sing happy birthday to my uncle and they could not deliver, they said they were busy but honestly a lie they were just too shy to do it. I honestly am so disappointed. First and last time eating there! Oh and the restrooms were disgusting.

I have never been to Johnny Rockets before but I saw the had the impossible burger so I was excited to try it out. The burger was just okay. It was pretty much flavorless. I also ordered a plant based vanilla shake as a treat for my daughter. That was horrible. Didn t taste anything like vanilla. Could only taste some nasty sugar syrup and plastic. Do not recommend. Also, it was $10 for this thing! I expected maybe $5 or $6 since it was plant based but $10 is ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Staff wasn t very friendly either. Only until I left did they say bye and thank you for coming.
