I guess I was expecting a little bit more or the prices. The food was good but definitely a little bit overpriced. The reason I gave the service only three stars was it took forever to even place a drink order once we were seated even though they were not very full. The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel, which ended up being very convenient because after eating, we just got a room and swam the next day. I was hoping they sold merchandise because having a hat that says Bonnie and Clyde s bar would be pretty cool but they don t. I would say that if your options are slim and it s a little later, this place is great. Parking: Huge Hotel parking lot. As soon as you walk into the Hilton, the restaurant is to the right so that makes it convenient. We had no problems parking. Parking lot was safe.

The appetizer bacon and shrimp was amazing. My husband had the hamburger which he said was really good. My daughter also had a hamburger that she really liked and my son had the chicken strips. The chicken strips were huge. This place is well worth visiting.

The manager and Skyeler were amazing!! Watermelon Agua Fresca is a must and we got bread pudding bites to go...they didnt even make it out of the dang parking lot after having just one bite!!! We will be back again. So reasonably priced. And Service was above and beyond!! Have the Jalapeno popper Burger. Management, Bartender and Skyeler were all amazing!

MERCED took care of me and my order. Kept my glass of tea full at the bar. The tea was fresh and hadn t been sitting all day or week made fresh just the way I like it. Chicken everything season pizza was cooked perfect tasted even better. Great place to check out.

Single-handedly rhe WORST experience at a restaurant in my life. The place wasn t busy but it took almost 30 mins to get my food. When my good came, it was cold. I sent it back. When the waitress brought it back, she was rude I mean really rude and insulting to me. Asked to speak to the manager, he never came. Don t ever go to dinner at Bonnie and Clyde s in Grapevine!

While staying in the area I decided to go out for some food, I saw this place and thought I would give it a try! The atmosphere and service was amazing. The queso dip was delicious and our server was absolutely amazing the food however was a different story. I ordered the ribeye with sauted vegetables and the tater tot like cheese balls and my girlfriend ordered the naked wings with lemon pepper seasoning. I dug in to my steak and it seemed like it was deepfried and the fat was extremely crispy but hey, that wasnt to bad, the garlic butter really brought out the flavor however while I ordered it medium rare it was as tough as a medium well. The sauted vegetables had little to no seasoning and tasted like they were only cooked for a minute or less extremely green tasting. The worst part was the tatertot things. They tasted like straight grease and I thought the menus said they came with bacon and there was no bacon found. Ive had better steaks from Texas roadhouse and for 42 dollars I feel like there is a severe cost to flavor ratio that was really missing here. Now on to my girlfriends wings, they were crispy freash and full of flavor, to much flavor! They were absolutely covered in lemong pepper seasoning to the point some of them were a little to strong, the ones without the surplus of seasoning were really good, nice and juicy as well as crunchy. As far as the service goes as stated above our waitress went above and beyond was friendly, talkative and kept our drinks full! The bartender was very friendly and greet us and saw us off with a warm welcome and a friendly goodbye. This would have been a perfect experience if not for the reason we went the food its self. For 78 dollars I expected much much more flavor.

Had a great lunch on the patio this past weekend. Morgan, our server, was wonderful! I highly recommend the Turkey Club Sandwich. They let me modify it to as extra turkey and avocado so they got extra points for that! Serene patio area created the atmosphere for an enjoyable experience.

The staff is what was great here. The food was eh. My burger was pretty bland and my fries were a little undercooked. I asked for a medium well burger and it was still pretty pink inside. The staff were as nice as ever and the restaurant was clean and tastefully decorated, although a little dim. Could use a little more lighting in some spots.

We had a large group, and I get that! First off, our waitress was amazing, and she was on top of her stuff, not her fault! Now, to my eyes, the food looked really clean and good. However,I ordered a steak, but it was not hot it was a mild worm. I sent it back something I hate to do, and it came back the same way the butter on top never melted it was cooked perfectly but not hot now. Would this stop me from coming back? Were were just there for over a week for training there was 10 of us in the class and 6 of us came down to Bonnie and Clydes every night to watch sports drink and eat. Skyeler waiting on us 5 of those nights and the last night it just wasnt the same had to wait to long for drinks and the service just wasnt the same. So if you go ask for Skyeler! Overall amazing food and good drinks strongly recommended

It was Monday night football and we needed a fun place to watch. The setup here is great for watching games, plenty of TVs. There are even TVs in the patio area. The food was just okay. Not bad, just nothing special. The service was excellent. A packed house and Derek and Lulu were running around back and forth taking great care of everyone.

A nice hideout. The restaurant is on the floor of the Hilton DFW Lakes hotel. The parking was easy to find and the restrooms are located in the hotel. The furniture needs some updating and wallpaper could also use a refresh. It does have a smoky smell. Like cigars or something. However, the hamburgers were cooked to perfection. The dessert was yummy and fresh. The prices are reasonable. Just update the hideout and it would have been awesome. Black Approved!

I went there on a date. This restaurant is located inside the Hilton hotel. The decor was fancy but the dress code is casual. Parking is free of charge. The restaurant is to the right when you walk in the lobby. Its family-friendly as well. Pricing is decent and not over the top. We got two smores & more martinis and cognac 2. No food was ordered on this occasion. We paid $38 with a tip. We were in the restaurant at 9 pm and left about 10:30 pm. Shortly before, they closed @ 11pm. Parking: Youll see a gate saying they are going to close it at a certain time. But they never closed it while I was there. Kid-friendliness: Open for children to dine as well

Suggested this bar to a date invitation not knowing it was in a Hotel. My drinks were excellent. Food was standard bar fare....not good and it took literally forever and a day to get what we ordered. Awesome bartenders. The atmosphere is terrible. Im guessing because its located in a hotel. There were gaggles of big groups coming and going constantly and its not a very big place. All the employees here were attentive and pleasant. We were greeted when we entered and wished a good evening when we left. I found this restaurant when searching for something near Grapevine Mills. However I was surprised when we arrived that the restaurant was inside the Hilton. The prices were good for a hotel restaurant and food was tasty. Brussel sprouts appetizer was kind of heavy on the balsamic glaze. The cheeseburger egg rolls came on a small bed of bonus salad! The hamburgers did not come with lettuce/tomatoes.

We landed in Dallas a late. The staff let us order and told us the last call was in 40 minutes, which was cool since I was all drunk out from vacation and just wanted lemonade. This restaurant is in the DFW Lakes Hotel by Hilton. This bar has a great selection of food. We will be here for 5 days of training and we eat at least one meal a day in here. Have not had anything bad here. From their salsa to meals the portions are large enough to share. They have a nice patio to sit and the weather is so nice now. Highly recommend this place.

I had a spinach salad, it was pretty consistent with what I ve been accustomed to while working within the Hilton brand. I did tell my waitress that I was a Hilton employee and at my location they will give other Hilton employees a discount. Other than that it was good but not over the top. Much better than during Covid for sure. This location is hit or miss depending on who is staying in the hotel.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Grease is old, one waiter during lunch hour. Waiter forgot a side of ranch with the order. Granted not her fault they are short staffed. Excellent gem in Grapevine. Right next to Hilton hotel. Nice outdoor patio close to a big park and a lake. Food was amazing and so tasty. I would have posted pictures of the food we ordered if we had received it at a decent time. First of all, I will say we were a party of 7 so I was not expecting everything to come out super fast but I was expecting good service and communication which we did not get at all. The alcoholic drinks were terrible, didnt know rum & coke and an old fashioned were so hard to make. We ordered our food 10-15 minutes after being seated and an hour later our food still hadnt arrived and we had a ask multiple times to get a refill on our drinks which came when we decided to leave. Maybe they were just having a rough Saturday I dont know, but if youre behind on the food in the kitchen... communicate with the table, keep them informed! That is all.

Our waitress was great. The whiskey bacon burger was so good. I forgot to get a picture. The collosal cheesecake, pictured was also really good.

Cool relax place! Great customer service! Food was ok as well as the drinks were ok! My first drink was an house margarita which was too salty the bartender remade me a drink with no problems! I wouldn t go back to this place because it s not of my liking

My husband and I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of meeting Doug and Mercedes. They are both AWESOME and made our whole meal enjoyable. We planned to go eat at another restaurant for our 2nd night at the hotel but decided to come back to Bonnie and Clydes. The food and staff were both amazing!

I wish I had something nice to say other than the patio was nice. The service was the worst!! We were greeted at the door but once we sat down, no one paid us any mind(sat for 15mins). the 2 servers came outside to talk to another guy and take his order, they even looked at us a few times but said NOTHING. & if this was a bar seen where we had to order at the bar they should ve at least told us. I know customer service and this place isn t it!

Im an Alabama football fan who lives in Houston. While visiting Ft Worth this weekend I attended an Alsbama watch party at Bonnie And Clydes. What a great experience. There were Bama Fans everywhere. Linda, our server was a great waiter. The foot was good too. I will return when in Ft Worth again!
