I contacted Mike Wallace because my father had passed and he had an active bankruptcy case at the time of his death. I tried to reach out to the attorney that originally resided over my fathers bankruptcy case but he was unwilling to help or answer any questions despite me offering to pay a consultation fee for his time. I just needed some questions answered but he said he couldnt help and was quite dismissive. So I contacted Mike Wallace to see if anything could be done so that if possible, I could prevent any of my fathers creditors from coming after his estate. Mr. Wallace was very accommodating and said that if I could get him a case number, he would look up my fathers case and see what could be done. Mike & Jill texted me, they called me and even set up a time that I could call back and speak with him so that they could give me an update on what he had found out regarding my fathers case. Unfortunately in my situation, there was not much that could be done because too much time had passed but I will say that Im very grateful that Mr. Wallace was willing to help me when the original attorney my dad hired in Sulphur Springs would not. Mr. Wallace wouldnt even accept a consultation fee for his time. As I mentioned above, sometimes even when youre willing to pay people to help you, they will not always help you but Mr. Wallace took the time and effort to look into the case and give me feedback regarding this particular matter. Even though there was not much that could be done because of the length of time that passed, it really is a huge relief when you can at least get some answers to the questions that you have. If there was something in my particular case that could have been done, I would have moved forward with Mike Wallaces services because he was willing to help me, call, text and consult with me about what he had learned regarding my particular situation. Bankruptcy is a very sensitive matter regardless if its tied to an estate or if youre in a situation where you may have to file but if youre looking for someone who will treat you with dignity and respect and not shove you off to voicemail, I would highly recommend that you give Mike or Jill Wallace a call so that they can help you. I was a few months short of qualifying for medicare health insurance. I was involved in a bicycle accident. I broke my hip and femur bone..There really is a problem in this country regarding the cost of healthcare. Jill and Mike Wallaced guided me through every step of the bankruptsy process, which helped me protect retirement assets that i had worked my whole life for. Not only was this a physically painful it was even much more mentally painful. I had always been a person who paid my bills. Jill was always available to answer questions and offer support and advice. This is a loving family law practice. I highly reccomend Mike Wallaces law practice.

I cannot put into words how great Mike and Jill were to us during this time. There is a shame for having to file bankruptcy. But they took away that shame. They let us know it can happen to anyone. If I could have given this service ten stars I would have ten times. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace attorneys at law have helped me in every step of what I needed done until I completed with my bankruptcy. They were very knowledgeable, honest, and straight to the point. If you are in need of an bankruptcy attorney and stay in Texas these are the right people. They were always available to answer all my questions and they even let me known if there were any mishaps. It was shear serendipity that I found Jill and Mike Wallace when I was in a dark cave not knowing how to get out or if I would ever get out. The last choice in life I ever thought I would have to make was to file bankruptcy. To me it was an admission of failure. But when my financial burdens continued to plague me without letting up, robbing me of sleep and the ability to perform my job to my satisfaction and stealing any joy that I should have in life, I started searching for a bankruptcy attorney to get some information, already convinced that I was most likely not going to qualify for bankruptcy and that fact would throw me into further despair. I met with two attorneys and left feeling even more overwhelmed and fearful that I could not even afford to file bankruptcy, or would have to quit my job and have no income at all before I could qualify for one of the types of bankruptcy. Thankfully, I did not give up my search hoping surely there was some attorney out there that could show me the path that would work for me.
