Consistently good experiences at this Frisco location. We don t do take out often but Laynes is at the top of the list to feed our large family. We usually order a family pack plus a lot of extra stuff and they go out of their way to ensure the chicken and fries are fresh out of the fryer, which is worth waiting an extra couple minutes for.

My wife and I pass by Laynes all the time and finally decided to give it a shot and we were blown away! Kazi the manager took care of us from start to finish and gave us the full Laynes experience and let us try every single sauce. His enthusiasm alone elevated our experience and our food was perfectly hot and fresh. All of this was an hour before closing too! Ive never had comperable service and food quality from any competitor, Laynes has two new fans. Couldnt have asked for a better first experience!

I ve been to this Laynes a couple times now as I ve just moved to the Frisco area, by far the best fast food chicken spot in the Frisco area. The service is always top tier everyone so respectful, the last time I was in on Tuesday I was helped by a young man named Jacey. Very respectful young man and had great manners and very patient with me while I was getting my order taken. My food Was fresh and hot, can t get that anywhere now of days! Laynes keep doing what you guys are doing y all are killing it over there very satisfied with my visit and will definitely will be returning money well spent.

Seriously love Layne s! My new favorite is the spicy chicken finger wrap meal. I love the homemade lemonade but chose the salted caramel milkshake, which is my favorite! The fries are cooked to perfection - with crispy flakes of deliciousness and a warm soft chew center! Love me some Layne s sauce. I ate it all before I even drove home.

I m so sad to write this review I ve been a patron for many years but lately The quality of food has just been off. Dry, cold chicken fingers getting half chicken fingers for kids meals just disappointing! I m not sure if management has changed your ownership has changed, but the quality of the food has diminished over the last few months! I have not visited canes since visiting lanes, but I may have to return as I ve never experienced lackluster quality of food or customer service.

UPDATE: This expectation of a 20% tip at a fast food joint is ridiculous. Here I am self service ketchup, drink, etc. Did anyone come to our table, take our order, refill drinks, and bring ketchup? No Service = No Tip Our first time experience today at Layne s Chicken was MAGICAL! The chicken was moist and tender with the perfect chicken to breading ratio. The toast was buttery and perfectly cooked, and the French fries were hot and crispy! We were talked into a chocolate milk shake which we split for Google review purposes only. We had to order another shake before we left. They were thick, rich, and creamy deliciousness! The staff was super friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back! Give Layne s Chicken a try! This place just seems like a knock off of Canes but with some added items like sandwiches and wraps. They do have spicy tenders which I really appreciate but the food was not as fresh tasting as Canes. The food was definitely not made fresh and was sitting for a bit. The worker did his job but literally had zero personality and not very warm or inviting. Much better service and friendliness at Canes. I would just go there honestly but I havent tried the sandwiches or wraps but since 1st impressions are so important, I doubt I will go back to try them. I was hoping for something original and fantastic but it just wasnt it.

Im new to the area and got a Welcome to the neighborhood coupon. The special and weekly offers are really good. The taste and juiciness of these wings are really different from Popeyes and Canes. The sauces are also unique, my most favorite is the Honey Mustard. The bread and fries within the meals are also very tasty.Will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. Wanted to add that over the last few years, Ive had Layne chicken for so many times. Quality and taste are still on point. Prices have risen, but their offers are still there, making it a bargain compared to places like Raising Canes or Slims chicken. Recently, i had their spicy chicken fingers club sandwich with Layne sauce. Its so amazing, the taste and tenderness, and honestly, it mostly comes from the beef brisket bacon. This will be my go-to order from next time on. Ohhh forgot, what a nice place to have added to the list of Halal food places near this area. Thanks to the owners, managers, and staff.

I came in today and had a good experience at the restaurant. One of the employees Kaaz I think that s his name, was friendly. He was respectful so he definitely represented this restaurant. I am coming back

Came here for the very first time and I can confidently say I will be a regular customer here. Close to the best chicken I ve ever had and it was served to us in a timely fashion.
