Decided to go visit Monday Sep 30th. We reserved a lane at 7:15, paid for an hour upfront, and the rest of our party arrived 30 minutes late to nearly empty alley. When we got to our lane it told us we only had 30 minutes left despite nobody telling us our time had started, but upon requesting our full hour with the manager they denied us and said the best they could do is an additional 10 minutes. After insisting we get the full hour we were asked to leave, and we were happy to take our money elsewhere. Understandable on a busy night or if there s a line, otherwise just a horrible business practice. We will likely never be returning.

TONJA is that girl! She greeted us before we even made it to our section and knew what section we were sitting at!! She provided top notch service she constantly kept our water cups full without having to ask. She took our order and brought out the drinks and food before blinking twice lol!! Definitely ask for her if you come to this location she will make you feel comfortable and give great service

I personally felt this place was.. ok. The food was pretty good and so was the service. But end of day its a bowling alley and I felt like the balls were old, the shoes were worn out, not many lanes either there was a wait time when we got there. The fundamentals need a renovation. The cost was expensive for just 1 hour it came out to ~$95 (especially if you consider only two people) although this is in downtown. You could find better bowling alleys for less.

1st time here and me and my boyfriends 1st date since before our son was born. This place felt super chill, laid back, and relaxed. Thats how I like it. We were preparing ourselves for an hours worth of bowling, and our waitress Tanja came and gave us water to start. In my mind, thats a great start to service. All we ordered were 2 drinks and a Buffalo chicken dip. Tanjas service was top-notch despite being slow. The Buffalo chicken dip was very tasty and flavorful with a perfect amount of spice. It compliments the chips. The drink I had was the Rock Daisy. It was everything I expected in a drink, the perfect amount of alcohol, not too strong. If I were to come in during the night hours, the vibes wouldve been the same as when they opened... chilled, laid back, and relaxed. Will definitely return not only to play bowling, but to play billiards as long as we can get Tanja again as our waitress, maybe I can bring some friends along as well.

My recent visit to 810 Billiards and Bowling left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I feel its important to share my experience. As a teacher attending a vendor event, I expected fair treatment and transparency, but instead encountered multiple issues with their billing practices. Despite attending alone, I was charged an exorbitant 18% gratuity under the guise of being part of a group. Additionally, I ordered an appetizer during happy hour, only to find it charged at full price despite the establishment promoting a happy hour special. This inconsistency between advertised prices and actual charges is misleading and deceptive. To make matters worse, my waiter took the liberty of adding a $10 tip to my bill without my consent. This unauthorized charge is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their disregard for customer trust. Overall, my experience at 810 Billiards and Bowling was overshadowed by these issues of overcharging and questionable billing practices. As a teacher on a budget, every dollar counts, and this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of. I regretfully will not be returning and advise others to be cautious of similar experiences.

My fiancé and I come here to bowl semi-regularly and we had a friend visiting from out of state, so we came here to bowl again. What we did not know, however, was that their weekend prices are different (as their website talks about reservations instead of walk-ins). So instead of being charged $10 per person per lane and then $4 per shoe rental (which should have come out to $42 dollars), we were charged $60 for the lane and then $12 for the shoe rental for the three of us. With taxes and the tip (which, granted, I know I dont have to, but still) the total came out to just about $91 for three people to bowl for one hour. This is, of course, not the fault of the lady at the front desk - weve seen her multiple times before and she was just doing her job. If we had had clearer knowledge of the prices or they were made clearer on the website, we would not have come on a weekend. We will not be coming back on a weekend, as that upcharge is absolutely ridiculous.
