Having gone through one of the most difficult times of my life it was amazing to have Mr.McCabe and Casi who were there every step of the way. My case took almost a year (no fault of my attorney) but Mr McCabe and Casi were always available to answer any questions any time of the week. I hope to never need his services again but if I found myself out of luck I know where to go. They have my undying gratitude, I could have lost everything and I did not thanks to them, thank you from the bottom of my heart.. If youre in a similar situation look no further.. Absolutely 100% satisfied. Robert protected my rights, my reputation, my freedom, and my peace of mind. He was always available, extremely professional, and obviously the best choice I could have made. The presence he had in the courtroom inspired confidence in me unlike any of the other attorneys I saw. My case was drawn out, and confusing. Just like Robert told me over and over, the charges against me were ultimately dismissed with prejudice.

Mr. McCabe is an excellent communicator from day one when you are searching for an attorney, throughout the process of of waiting for a court date, and even after the process is over. If I ever had a question about anything, he was diligent in his response time as well as making sure I understood absolutely everything that was being presented to me. Mr. McCabe took my case right as the pandemic started, and although it kept getting delayed (for almost 2 years!) he diligently kept me informed about what was going on, and ultimately got my case dismissed. His price was very fair and there were never any surprise fees. He always treated me with respect and knew the avenues to take to get this matter thrown out. Mr. McCabe was professional and diligent despite unprecedented delays due to Covid-19. He was able to persuade the court in the removal of a breath-o- lizer device (a.k.a. My Inflatable Friend) that had been attached to my vehicle for months. I hired Mr McCabe in January of 2013 for a DUI offence in Dec 2012. I decided to contest the charges and after months of delays and things that were out of our control Mr. McCabe was on point and was able to get me into a Pre Trial Intervention program (I was the very first participant in the county) that ultimately would relieve me of my charges. After a long 2 year process, I have completed what was required of me and my charges are dropped. I am in a much better position now than the alternatives laid out to me along the process. Mr McCabe was very attentive to my case when issues or obstacles arose and was never further than an email or phone call away. He was very well organized even remembering dates that were set months / a year prior. I never felt I was at a disadvantage by hiring Mr McCabe and I have already recommended a friend to him.
