Love this place! Our girl Jeanine is their cook, and she IS phenomenal! She made us a burger with no bread, and it was Amazing! Their fries are hand cut and cajun spiced! Amazing! They have live stream karaoke on Tuesdays! My other girl, Lisa was bartending! Such a fun place!

For the most beautiful non-judgmental and diverse bar Ive ever been to in Texas. They have every race gender and culture not to mention the food is awesome too. the Cook is great, the bartenders know what you need and the DJ is wonderful has everything you can imagine even if you dont want to sing just come out enjoy the atmosphere, and the best people youll ever get to know. its beautiful you wont regret it. its my home away from home and everyones like family to me. I love them all.

First time here, my son and I went for Karaoke on a Saturday night. Great experience, this place has karaoke 6 nights a week. Good crowd of friendly folks. Service from Theresa and Lisa was very courteous and speedy. They made us feel right at home. I wanted a burger made special, no bun, no fries, add veggies. Chef G9 spoke to me then hooked me up, it was freaking delicious. Perfectly cooked burger, cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms and pineapple. Then she added a side of grilled squash. So good. And all the fun and fabulous music was professionally directed by DJ Diva D. We will be back.!

We go to Karaoke Houston almost every week to sing with friends... We always have a blast! Good food, great sound system, fair rotation, reasonable prices, wonderful service, and an early 7pm start time... Who could ask for more?

Ive been to many Karaoke spots; this location was - by far - the most spacious. However, the parking is horrible. Make sure you get there early. There is a club nearby, and they take up every spot.

My fiancé and I love this place, unfortunately we are disappointed by the way it turn out now, because this cute warm welcoming place got ruined by the smoking smell they let it happen inside the facility make it so difficult to breathe and it s so sad because we wanted to rent it out for different business fun nights and events, hope it can be fix, and smokers should be outdoors ,we miss our karaoke nights and steak nights

Showed up randomly on a Thursday night because I had a jobsite nearby for two blue moons, and it said karaoke Thursday. Insanely talented group of live musicians just taking turns jamming out, and the waitresses were very nice. Definitely a hidden gem. People were smoking cigarettes, but I barely smelt it, must have a good exhaust system. Bringing the wife next time!

Nice indoor space with great food. However, the band for this visit was called Bad Trip and one might say was as advertised. Im not sure how well places like this audition to make selections of performers. One would hope that at least YouTube videos are reviewed beforehand. It was steak night at the bar, and they had karaoke too. The drink special I enjoyed was a bucket of beers, mixed, for only $15! The ladies at the bar were very friendly too. The KJ was nice and made you feel at ease. Awesome at song selection, if he didnt have it, he only took few minutes to download for you. His name was James, cannot wait to come back with friends again.

We recently went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday, and had an absolute blast! I especially love that the new owners are very down-to-earth and strive to provide an inviting and comfortable, yet classy atmospher! I enjoy dressing up on a Saturday night and you can do that here. I read 2 other reviews that are not accurate. They do allow smoking but in a certain area on one side, which I really like because me and my friends do not smoke and I greatly appreciate the owners being considerate of non smokers. And next I can tell you for a fact they welcome everyone! But the DJ Isnt going to cater to one table or play only 1 type of music all night. Prices were very reasonable, service was excellent! The crowd is picking up after ownership change. I highly recommend Nightlife for a great night out with friends. I say go and take your friends

Overall the experience at Nightlife was good. The environment was very nice and the people seemed very friendly. The price was also very well worth the drinks but there was a small incident. A friend requested a song and the owner announced he was changing it. Verbatim he said, thats enough of that sh*t Which offended my friend who later attempted to request another. At which the dj stated he was no longer taking any requests. It is our belief the owner told the dj to not accept any requests from our table. (Although there is no proof) Later the owners partner visited our table and we asked why they were not accepting any more requests for music. To which she became startled and did not realize we had been told that. She moved to the owner who immediately came to us. It appeared the owner knew he made a mistake and attempted to make it right but we no longer wanted to stay. In conclusion, we would likely try this place again although we are on the fence about the friendliness towards PoC

The new owners are trying to turn it around. Making smoking allowed only on one side of the bar. Cleaning out some of the old decor. But lost me as a returning customer when I ordered a water with my beer and the bartender told me she wasn t allowed to give me tap it had to be bottled. Which I thought was a really nice touch. Bartender failed to tell me the bottled water she had to serve me was $2.50 a pop. Not happy with surprise add-ons to my bill.

I know this is no longer the Jersey Pub but I thought I would give it a try. I visited on Wed at 3:00 pm. The bartender was in back and had to be beckoned. No other patrons were present. Almost $5 for a bottle of Budweiser and no smoking allowed anymore. I left without drinking my beer and will not be back. There are too many other nice pubs/bars in the area that are friendly and much cheaper. It has gone from bad to worse with the new ownership.

Came here for a party and had a blast! The staff was very busy with the party, but the owner was available and very friendly. Karaoke was scheduled the night of the party and it was fun to watch. I was there with my wife last Thursday and Flash Shockley was at the piano and did a few numbers on the sax. He is one of our favorite musicians. He is one of the best when it comes to When a man loves a woman I only know of 3 musicians in Houston who can really put the feeling into that song. One of those has retired.(miss Hank). The food is good, the service is great and we are going back again this evening. Stan & Minnie hope to hit the dance floor again. I will rate it one of the best places for the more sedate mature people who prefer a little light classic rock and smooth jazz.
