I have worked with lawyers for a very long time and I can recognize a good one by just talking to them. Clark was able to speak to me over the phone about my case right away to let me know if he could help me with the case or not. Without wasting time and money he was clear to the point.

Integrity & Grit! I am so grateful to have hired Clark Birdsall !! The charges raised against me were extremely damaging to the home life of my family causing much distress to everyone involved. Clark was able to take on these problems as if they were his own and get major felony charges dismissed in a very impressive amount of time. Knowledgeable, Persevering, and Professional. Clark Birdsall is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with. If your facing serious charges, having your rights stripped away, or you re a victim of miscarriage of justice. This is your lawyer. I was facing all three in my case. I was extremely distraught at the thought of loosing my rights. He was completely undeterred. He is not your typical lawyer he does not sugar coat anything and will tell you how it is honest and upfront. My case was drug out years by the state I felt like it was never going to end. Any time I had court Birdsall was there in my defense, If I had any questions he had the answers. If I had concerns he could address them with facts and truth. Conflicting court dates because of work? Not a problem for him. I have never met such a intelligent and determined lawyer. In the end he saved me my dignity, my rights, and my freedom.

I had a felony case, it was 25 to life for me. We went to jury trial. Mr Birdsall put his all into my case. We where going to court for almost 2 years and he worked nonstop. He fought tooth and nail against the prosecution. I was about to loose the rest of my life behind bars. But with his knowledge, skills and fight, we got us a, not guilty verdict. Clark Birdsall will always be a special name for me, my kids and family. I thank God for putting this man (lawyer) in my life. My life is once again worth something, thank you Mr Birdsall

I had a felony case and two misdemenor; and I was very scared. Mr. birdsall was able to no bill the felony case, and dismiss the other 2 case. he sounded confident and knowledgable. his firm has a remarkable communication service, i could meet him right after one phone call. In the court he talked with consise points to help my case; he was dominating while putting my case to the procecutor. he was able to get my case dismissed right away. i am very happy with his service, and wish to built a long term relationship
