Nice place, nice people. Others spoke highly of the food, and I didnt eat. Drinks were decent. Karaoke was fun, but rotation was garbage. One person sang 5 songs before any other songs were in queue, 2 more songs, and 15 minutes later. Karaoke was over We will go back!

Was visiting for the Bears Game a few weeks ago. And paid $35 for entry. But when we got inside and went to sit down, we were told if we want to sit down we had to spend at least $200 on food!! I felt that that shouldve been disclosed before I paid money to enter this establishment because I wouldnt have never supported this place. I am disabled and can not stand for long. So I had to leave. They also had a patio that doesnt have handicap access. No way for a wheelchair or a walker to enter. This owner and his establishment sucks!!

Great spot. Went to a party here. I can attest to the bartenders here. They know what theyre doing. The drink that most bars screw up is an Old Fashioned. I ordered one here and watched them make it, and they didnt disappoint. They made that Old Fashioned to standard and it was delicious. They were friendly and great atmosphere.

I had a great time.. the drins were perfect and the Alfredo was on point! I loved that most employees that I saw were men. There was an issue with my friends order and it was fixed immediately like were the only ones there! And its nice to see a cigar lounge so you dont have to smoke outside like at faces down the street. Parking: Theres a small free lot across the street. Other than that... idk where youd park but I do know it wont be free

I went to Quad for a birthday celebration on September 3 ,2024 and they were raising prices on the food and drinks. That was my first time going and I was disappointed. They charged me an extra $7.00 on my food. They overcharge my friend on drinks. Im going to always support black businesses but yall have to do better!!

This place most definitely should be in the top places to visit in Houston. Those wings were amazing! Its probably the best wings Ive had. I had the honey lemon pepper. Seasoned good and cooked to perfection. Fries were just OK. Couldve been cooked a little longer. Dirty rice was bland and wont make it on my future orders. Waitress was good. DJ was good. They even have hookah for the smokers. The layout of the booths wasnt smart at all.

If you re older or should I say seasoned and want to get out and enjoy yourself without all the extra stuff that goes on at the bars/lounges nowadays, then this the place to be. Free parking on the street or there s a $10 parking in the back. We celebrated my mom s birthday and she had fantastic time. It was a mixture of Live band, singing artist and the DJ playing all your favorite jams. The food was delicious, excellent customer service, nice atmosphere. It definitely was a vibe!. I highly recommend booking a reservation!

Really good hangout spot. Getting drinks was a bit slow. And the biggest thing is not enough ac.. they have fans mounted throughout to help keep cool. Just isnt enough. I still found away to enjoy friends and family.

Its hot as hell in this place. Only drink menus on the table. How do you order any of the food you advertise? It was like musical chairs in here. You cant sit in a booth unless you have 5 people. Meanwhile their were two and three people sitting in several booths. You basically have to reserve a seat. This is a whole joke! The music was so nasty explicit and very degrading to women. Theres nothing grown and sexy about that. One good thing, the ladies restroom was very clean. Even though, that little girl in the restroom whos passing napkins, chewing gum, body spray and etc...looks to be underage. Im willing to bet she is and being paid cash under the table.

This little cozy place is very nice. The atmosphere is good, good music. Nice place to have a party. The food is great! They actually sell Whole Wings that are very tasty. We had fried wings, fried ribs,shrimp, smoked collard greens and fries. Everything was really good. They sat us in a section that had no server, so we waited forever. After we waived someone down to get a server to at least provide water, the manager came by to apologize. We figured they would be hyper attentive to offset the oversight. Nope....worst service ever. I didnt get half my order so I just cancelled that half of the order. The servers messed up terribly. She gave my my husbands chicken wings to a couple at our table, and they started earing it. When they brought their food (chicken wings), they gave it to my husband, and he stated, Thats not what he ordered. The server stated oh they have your order, with a puzzled look on her face. She left the table and came back with seasoning salt . He ordered Buffalo wings and got plain chicken wings. Spoke with the manager and got nothing (no Buffalo wings, food comped.. nothing). If we go back, it will only be for the drinks. Thats it!!!!! A friend who was celebrating her birthday on 2/4/24 had a horrible experience at Gottis Restaurant. I called Ahmed, one of the managers at Quad Houston, and he immediately jumped into action. 30 minutes later, we had a section to accommodate my friends group, and everyone had a blast! The service, food, drinks and atmosphere were on point. The owner even came over to send birthday wishes and treated us all to some champagne for a birthday toast. I cant express how much I appreciate Ahmed for his excellent customer service and willingness to make our experience at Quad Houston great! He was personable, checked on us constantly, and even took pictures of us! Ahmed and the rest of the staff at Quad Houston are the BEST!!! If you want an awesome experience and atmosphere, come to Quad Houston! Parking: We all were lucky enough to find free parking on the street, but $10 self parking was available.

I visited this place last Sunday and this was not my first time here however this particular day service was unacceptable we waited so long for a waitress to greet us, I had to walk back to the hostess desk to ask for service. We then waited over another hour plus for two simple appetizers which came out separately with an extreme wait in-between each order. We waited so long for hookah we had to walk to the area ourselves from our table. I advised the waitress I was not happy with our service and she replied yes, Im sorry, but hey your getting free food she also advised there was a mix up in the order she placed and another waitress order??Under the assumption her comment on the free food was her way of comping us for the delayed service and experience we were having I accepted. Upon time to leave the waitress came with a bill including the food she stated she would comp. When I asked her why were we now being charged she replied you got food, right?I thought this was not only unacceptable service but unprofessional. I hope the service improve.

I kicked off my birthday weekend at Quad. Prior to my event I spoke with Amahed to make reservations. His customer service was top tier, I have a broken ankle and he made sure I was seated in an area that was spacious enough for my boot and scooter. Once I arrived the amazing customer service continued, the security team helped me get my scooter out of the car and helped me in the restaurant and they also assisted me once I left. . Our waitress (I forgot her name but she plays the guitar) was also on point. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The dj played a variety of hits throughout the night. I will definitely be back to try different menu options.

Dee, the manager was amazing! She made sure me and my friend were okay. I wasn t okay with my drink, she fixed it so willingly. She made me feel comfortable and was so relatable!!!! Made my experience here even better!

OMG! Dipped in here after rolling down Almeda with family & friends looking for a spot to watch the Texanx vs Cleveland. When I tell you...the Collard greens made me wanna slap my mama but she grabbed my hand . The seafood soft shell pasta was so yummy,once we had them warm them up a bit. We had the wings and catfish too everything was top notch. The owner came over to check on us several times. We felt welcomed. WE WILL BE BACK!

This is a nice place. My only issue was the volume of the music Sunday evening. Its hard to eat with other people when you cant hear yourself think! Definitely cant hold a conversation. Ill visit on another day or just stop in the other side for a quieter cigar experience. And Almeda parking is still horrible.

A wonderful place to lounge and just enjoy your night out. The music was great and the atmosphere is cool and relaxed. There is an amazing cocktail menu and the servers are warm and attentive. We were lucky to visit on a night when there was a live band! That was truly a treat. Ample parking and a variety of tasty menu options.

Our Alumni chapter hosted a football watch party at this location and it was very nice. Although we were there for a more casual event, this place is great for a drink at the bar, a date night with your bae, a nice dinner or a girls night out. The restaurant is perfectly designed for dinner on one side and the bar on the other. Even though the sections are separated, there is still open space so you dont have FOMO (smile). The customer service was amazing from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The DJ was really good too playing a variety of music. Our bartender was Jay and he had suggestions from the food and drink menu. Not only did he have suggestions and great customer service, we were pleased to know he was open to feedback on his drinks. We are a little bougie about our drinks and we talked him through how to blend them. Jay never got upset and openly accepted took our teaching. We ordered food: smoked gouda mac and cheese and wings. The mac and cheese was so good. It was extra creamy just like I like it. It is served in a small cast iron skillet. The wing presentation was beautiful, but *sigh,* were ice cold. We let Jay know and he told the manger Brandon. Brandon quickly came to get the wings after I let them both touch them. Brandon said he would get us a fresh new batch. He also gave us a free round of drinks to ease the pain. Unfortunately when we got the wings back, we could tell they were fresh. They had dropped the first set of wings again and unfortunately some were still cold. I could tell they had not be thawed enough because I could taste the freezer on them. I am not sure if the the fryer temperature was not high enough or what. We didnt complain about the second batch because we gave grace. The restaurant has only been opened two months and they are doing a good job finding their groove. I will definitely go back because of the customer service alone. I recommend this restaurant for sure, just give grace until for about 2 or 3 more months.

What a great experience. The food, is so delicious and the drinks are superb. Jasmine is an AMAZING server, so personable and accommodating. We ordered the wings, Mac and cheese, collard greens, stuffed mushrooms, fried ribs and oh my!!!! We. Will. Be. Back!!!! Keep doing what you re doing, we had a blast.

Great service and ambiance. Spinach artichoke dip with pita chips was great. The entrees, however, were horrible. My catfish smelled beyond fishy. The salmon burgers were soft patties of mush. Probably pre-made. Cold chicken wings and fries. Hopefully, they can do a complete overhaul of the food in the future. Cute spot with great service, but eat before you come at this point.

I visited Quad Houston because I wanted to see Jon B perform. The location is nice and they are still getting the location together so it will be even better inside. There is also cigars available if you are a smoker. I will return to try the food and give my feedback on it as well!

At the entrance received complimentary champagne. The food and service was awesome. The bar staff awesome. Ahmed and Kris took excellent care of my party & I. Love the vibe, food, and ambience. We stayed here for hours just talking and enjoying ourselves after dinner. Definitely Top Tier service!
