Love coming here! Always something new and beautiful to see. Some of the best people both work and have their art here. Check them out! Go see Metamorphosis by Liz Conces Spencer & Joan Laughlin! Liz is my mother-in-law and her art has turned to mosaics and shes absolutely amazing at it. Joan has incredible intricate designs that soothe you. Dont forget to check out the amazing art by everyone else there and the jewelry is beautiful.

Its a nice gallery with really creative and amazing stuff. This gallery features the work of the local artisans. You will find this place very interesting with its collection of sculpture, Jewelry, Photography, and fine arts. You can even check out them online as they have an online store. If you want to explore some local art, you must visit this place. Its more than just an art gallery its a hub of inspiration. The people are also nice and make you feel welcomed. Recommend anyone who wants to admire art while taking a walk.

it was my 2nd time in houston, i was just browsing through google maps and found this gallery and i am so so glad i decided to take a look at it! it is indeed artist owned and they switch pieces from every participating artist every now and then, i received such a warm welcome :D when i went there it was very quiet (which i like, it allows me to really get into the moment), the owner was super super nice and showed me the interactive pieces and tbh he just looked so proud of the archway gallery (as he should, because i truly believe its one of the best and cutest places ive been to) montrose is just the coolest place and i just know ill be coming back here whenever im in houston again ive said it like too many times but i just loved being here

I work here on occasion. It is an arty gallery class I recommend you getting in here Id u are looking for a ave to draw live nude models .....I am one if the rotating staff of models. Love the instructor as well. Liz u are awesome ...

By far the best gallery in Houston. Owned and operated by the artists themselves. Check often for events featuring, fine art, jewelry, sculpture, and photography. They even have an online store.. Please consider visiting and supporting the local arts.

Art Gallery in Montrose area, featuring local artists with a monthly featured Artist upfront. We went to a Piano concert and artist combo. 2 hrs of Beethoven Sonatas for a $35ea was well worth it. If you go bringing small cushion might help for long shows. Our show was ~ 18/21 people staff inc. We were spaced out and and air cleaner/uv light were used, it was about as safe as you could ask for. Enjoyed the performance, Art show and meeting the Gallery owner.

Ive been here a few times for different events throughout the years. I really have nothing negative to say. It is not a huge Gallery but it is quite nice. Here you will find me near bout every Sunday morning 10-12 for life drawing. If the model doesnt show, l am a designated pitcher with attitude. Im there on their openings and get cheese & wine with fine art and artists talks. It is a co-op run 7 days by its own artists, and Im never disappointed.
