I do not recommend to do a party here. I had my sons party booked when in advance to make sure everything was set and done. Once I get there the room was decorated and the host comes to us and gives us a time line how things are going to go. With in the few minutes they want you to order food play for a few minutes then cut the cake and boom your out the room. They also want you to pay the tab before even providing game cards I had asked if we could take kids off since we aren t sure if they showing up host says yes front desk says no. On top of that NEVER TOLD NO CASH. Took 20 minutes to get game cards all while the time of the room is running out then pizza is ready we cut the cake and now we get kicked out of the room. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

This place is way better than Itz was .They have alot of games varied and My 10 year old son loves playing as many as he can on timed card(Tuesday Only special 1hr unlimited play $10)Everyday is a different promotion . He also likes the attraction(indoor mini coaster ,Lazer tag , 4D motion seating ,Bowling ,Bumper cars ) stuff its fair priced and big . More affordable than Itz and has alot more video games it seems geared towards a little bit older . ( If they can play video games and carnival type games ,Air Hockey , Cruising the USA , basketball shootout , Football throws , Lots of claw games some easy to win some not so easy ,Terminator,ealing dead , motorcycle rider street racer , Big Buck Hunting. There is also , Theres. As of now its good and new hopefully it keeps up with the Good service and working games . We will be back soon. I think ITZ kind of gave it a bad rep. But its totally different IMOP .They are more comparable to like Main event but I think at the end its different new to the area and closer and needs community support so our shopping centers arent vacant and dead.Also Everytime Ive been its like 3x now or more my son goes with grandma sometimes and there is always a security guard on duty right in front watching the Parking lot for a piece of mind , and the shopping center doesnt get much through traffic or crowded so thats good . At the front they posted. New Fall hours as of 9-22 -24 so I see 11pm is new closing hours not sure if its everyday but it was Sunday night . Also staff is friendly and not overbearing and are helpful or available when needed or called . They seem really fair and if anything arises mostly stuff thats regular to this business like stuck balls or missing pucks at air hockey table or short on balls they credit and remedy or repair the game situation . Like one time there was a power surge from passing storm and my son was on a timed game card and they just re credited his card(They are reloadable and accumulate points and also carry a cash balance that you can keep till next time , also have a kiosk for prizes like with pictures and cost you can select and add to your cart like shopping and then they pull all the items and let him go on anything unlimited for a whole new hour +plus some more time ,so he was worn down a little or at least his granny was from chasing him around like a pinball .He was happy and got lucky I guess and for $10 for 2 1/2 hours to ride everything was the best deal I think you would ever get these days . Any questions feel free to ask away . There open everyday but some days kinda late but I would call and check Google was wrong on a few occasions and really changed my day misinformed unfortunately.

Honestly, I feel like it was better when it was ITZ, the lighting was very dark, staff seemed like they hated their jobs, prices are much more expensive, they didn t have the buffet anymore which was something I loved here as a child and was very sad it was gone with the new management. They installed more VR games which give no tickets and cost so much tickets. Air hockey table missing a puck, games with balls missing half of them, most games have extremely low ticket pay outs even with high scores. At least prizes are better than Chuck E. Cheese.

September 2024, itz has new owners and is now called Game Time. Still no buffet, and most of the dining areas are closed. It now opens at 4 pm during the week which sucks for parents of younger kids. A few new games have been added but overall its the same place that has been on decline for years. Wont be long before it just closes permanently.

Would have given more stars, but some marketing genius decided that a germ infested waiting to catch covid kiosk to select your prize was a great idea. Literally took forever to even get up to one. Horrible idea especially with children. Meanwhile the guy behind counter was just as welcoming and talkative as the kiosk. Boo to this place. There are definitely a lot better places than this place to take your kids.

Needed something to do with my daughter. Prices were reasonable, but we were limited to what we could play based on the card we purchased. One hour got us 500 tokens, which isnt bad. I think I paid $20-$25 for it. She had a good time. It was during the week, so it was pretty empty.

Before the buyout, Itz was amazing. After getting purchased everything is itemized. The 45 minutes game pass only applies to games that do not provide prizes. I.e. no claw machines, no tickets. And attractions are 8 dollars a ride (we came on a day where it had a special for 3 rides at 8 dollars). In December you could go to Itz and get unlimited rides and a given amount of points for games for $20. Highly disappointing to see a beloved place become so expensive and so greedy. Wont recommend. Service and food was great however, this is a company issue not an employee one.

DO NOT GO HERE! Took my 3 year old daughter today for an exciting day of fun. But, due to card reading errors for most games here, our timing was cut short because the errors will take your credits away! You can ask for a reimbursement on credits, but if you recently won tickets on that particular game, they will tell you that the tickest won will be erased. If I had to take a guess, around 80 of my points were taken away and I purchased 225 credits for $50. Never going back.

We had an interesting experience to say the least I will say the staff I dealt with at the front counter and the food counter were very nice but the staff managing the indoor coaster was NOT TRAINED and that is definitely a danger. I asked if there was a height requirement and was told no as the staff member led us up the stairs I SAW the height sign and pointed it out which scares me because my son was in fact to short for that ride.. the whole place was EXTREMELY dirty like nasty dirty.. I don t think anyone has cleaned the floors or vacuumed. I will say the 45 minutes of games was enjoyable for my children but we most definitely will not be going back. Again all that being said the staff at the food counter were very kind and went out of there way to get a high chair that was all the way outside.

Do not have a party here! I get there and start bringing things inside. Asked for a cart, made several trips to my car before they brought one. I had to put everything on the front desk. The party room was depressing and everything was old and looked dirty. Online it says there s new management and they redid the place. There were flickering lights, old tape on the walls, the chairs looked beat up. They had set the table, but hadn t put up the decorations I brought the day before. It wasn t a lot, just a small backdrop and a happy birthday banner. I spoke to Whitney twice. The first time I thought she was just having a bad day, second time, nope, she s just rude. She told me several times to make sure I brought decorations the day before or they wouldn t decorate the room. I asked the party host, Ivan, for some tape, to decorate myself. He brought some. Then the manager came and told me that they don t allow decorations or helium balloons, but since I brought them he d let me keep them. I told him that I was told several times to bring party decorations and no one said I couldn t bring balloons. How are they gonna tell people to bring decorations if you don t allow decorations?? If I had known that I couldn t decorate the room I wouldn t have paid extra for a room. By this time we only had like 30-45 mins left with the room and Ivan asked if I wanted them to start making the pizzas and if I still wanted the extra pizza I had already ordered. Ummm yes. Most of the kids already left the room to look at games cuz it was taking so long. The last party place I went to, the party host helped decorate, pass out pizza and cake and even cut the cake. Not here, no help, nothing. The party package included 8 kids. I added 4 more kids, that price does not include food btw, other places do. The timed play cards wouldn t let us play the games that let you get a lot of tickets. The games we could play told us how many tickets we got. Then at the end I had kids crying, cuz none of the tickets they won were worth anything and they were told that they couldn t get any prizes. No one told me the kids couldn t even get prizes. Other game places have games that aren t included, with timed play cards but they can still win tickets and get prizes. A party package that was $199 ended up being over $400. Including $60 automatic gratuity for them to do nothing. The manager even asked me if I wanted to add more tip. Ummm no, $60 to bring a few pizzas to a room seems like enough. If the staff had told me how things worked there I would ve had my son s party somewhere else. Total waste of money and disappointing for kids and their parents.

We went there during the weekdays and it was not so many people at that time. There were only 2 staff members and they were going back and forth to open rides to the people. Do not think that if you get card it will be enough for the rides. Unfortunately, you need to get another card from bowling place to be able to ride any rides and the one you got it from the machine is for only playing. We enjoyed but I wish it was some sign that explains what works what so we would not waste our money. We rode bumping cars and it was nice but space was very small. Kids rode the up and down slide and it was nice for them. We rode the disco and that was awesome. You should definitely try it. It is spinning around and going back and forth. Overall, was a good experience.

This place has changed so much, arcade game card is understandable but the rides alone are expensive for each ride than the food is not that great and the service is horrible. All they do is stand around and talk once there conversation is over then they will assist you. The bowling service is much better the guy that assisted me was actually pretty nice and helpful. I only rated it one star because of the bowling service and because I cannot rate any less. Oh and it s a CASHLESS place.

*****UPDATE: This place has gone down!!! No more buffet, pay per item. Looks like a ghost town in food area. Ordered my food, they asked me where I would be sitting, then when it was ready they came all the way to find me to let me know it was ready. Staff was so rude, then made me carry the whole pizza, plates and drink by myself. Like you could have just brought the freaking pizza to me. place used to be good for dates, food, games not no more!! i paid 50$ for 30 mins of play time wasn t worth it at all 30 mins is with me using the restroom as well. its pretty dark in here if you have little kids they get lost and NO GAMES my 6 year old was not happy just with the Mario game the rest are trash!! ALL the basketball games have flat balls and have no grip (wore out)! place is to expensive for no fun.prizes that are made cheap and pointless. 50 cent prizes for 50 bucks no way jose

BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, FRAUD CHARGES AND THEIR BREACHES OF CONTRACT. - Booked my son s birthday online 2 weeks ago. Paid the $75 deposit. Brought 10 kids. Get to the venue, come time for the kids to get their play cards, they don t show the party in the system, even though they had all my info printed out and my money. Wanted to give me less points on each kids card, than I was paying for. Was told they switched companies 2 days ago and THEY ARE NOT IT Z anymore, so they would not honor the package I paid for bc I paid through the IT Z webpage but now they have new rules. I asked for a refund and they said no refunds, it s in the contract I agreed to a contract where I thought I was paying for one thing with ITZ and they would not honor, so they were the ones breaking contract. Wanted to still take my money and give my son and his friends less. The manager, Jesus Herrnandez, on duty has no power to make any decisions without making several phone called to the GM, and they wouldn t pick up. I refused to pay more $$ and get less than what I agreed to. Finally after 45 minutes and at the end of my sons party (which I didn t get the time to spend with my son) the manager JESUS HERNANDEZ said he would give my money back but he wouldn t give the kids any card to play on. I told him I didn t want a refund, I WANT MY KID TO BE ABLE TO PLAY FOR HIS BIRTHDAY! Jesus was very rude and not caring and kept saying I m trying to explain to you but didn t want to hear about how my son is so disappointed and I was so embarrassed that his friends couldn t play. Since they wouldn t have any time to play, I agreed to the refund, then was told he can t do that. That I need to contact IT Z and get my money! Make this make sense !!!! I had to leave without my kids able to play and without my money. I ll be contacting my bank to report a fraud charge.

Visited expecting iTZ and found that this location switched ownership and is now Game Time. They are still in transition and really probably shouldnt be open for business currently. A worker was placed at the front door to greet customers and explain their transition. They were upfront and told us that about 70% of their arcade is not working currently. We still checked it out and looked at prices. Pricing is a lot more than the previous business with no types of passes or deals available. We ended up leaving to find another fun center. Ill be interested in giving Game Time another shot when they can better establish themselves. Giving two stars for the greeter who was friendly and up-front with us.

First off, the prices listed online are basically doubled when you go in, majority of the rides and games do not work, and the employees are rude and unhelpful. The girl behind the desk gave my son a card to play the games and rides and it didnt go through. Asked her to fix it or give a refund and she refused to do either one. I may be an adult, but I still enjoy coming here with my coworkers to let off some steam and play all sorts of games and collect tickets for prizes. Its always nostalgic coming here and getting to be a kid at heart playing skeeball, claw machines, and more. Playing air hockey is always a blast and so is shooting some hoops! I love to bring my friends and coworkers here and will continue doing so every week we have time on our hands!

This place is horrible, there are many games that dont work. The employees have terrible service, there are no people attending the stations. You have to wait more than 30 minutes waiting for the bus to arrive to enter the games station. Go to the park it is not advisable to waste your money

Took my little nephew to this spot for some low-key fun, and he was pretty into it. The place got a thumbs-up from him, and he managed to enjoy every minute without going wild. Now, lets chat about the food its decent, but honestly, could use a bit of improvement. Nothing to write home about, but it filled the gap. We werent expecting gourmet, and it met our just okay criteria. The real winner here was the games. My nephew found them entertaining enough, from the old-school ones to the more recent additions. If youre looking for a chill spot where the games will keep a kid content, this place fits the bill. Its not an adrenaline rush, but for a laid-back time with minimal frills, it does the job.

I absolutely had a ball at this place on a Monday. Great deals, my daughter was able to do everything she wanted. Great food. Clean dining area. Amazing prizes to choose from. I want to especially thank Christopher I believe hes a manager for his hospitality, his transparency, his attentiveness and being so helpful to make this night special for my daughter. At this job the experience that I have working here was fun. You will meet amazing people, but just be careful who you talk to. They will get rid of you AKA terminate you for posting on your social media even though its private and no one can see it and try to make it seems if you connect to their Wi-Fi they have access to your social media even though its private where does that make sense. If you work here stay to yourself dont add no one to your social because some of them cant be trusted.

What a let down. Almost every game was not working. And if it did it did not work correctly. I feel bad for them. Staff was also hard to get. Had to get someone to activate bumper cars, rock climbing, monkey jump and more. 3 bumper cars out of nine worked. Well 4 if you count the one that only went backwards. I hope things pick up up for them. I know they had hard times with Covid.

It is a very unfortunate situation with this place... and over the years, this place has been on a downward spiral. The place looks dirty, a lot of the games dont work or faulty, and the customer service is at best mediocre. There was none at the front desk, and we had to figure it out where to check in or get our cards. The employees dont look friendly nor happy to help customers, but it is understandable working in such environment and circumstances. Many years ago, it used to be my sons favorite place to spend some time playing arcades and eating at the buffet, but after Harvey and after Covid, this place literally gave up and is giving us the impression that anytime soon, they will be closing its doors for good.

Awesome place for a birthday. Every game worked, if you get there early enough the lines for the rides arent too long. Epic pizza was worth it and fed about 15 people with extra. You gotta put extra money on the cards if youre trying hard for tickets, but its not necessary. Will definitely come here again.

Nothing like advertised online. The prices were completely different when we went there. Everything was limited. The prices online were only for a selection of games, and in order to play more than half of the other games, you needed to pay extra to load points on to card. I even asked which games were included with the unlimited deal. The girl at the register told us all the games on this side and gestured to her left side would work with the unlimited. I started to play and some of the games were broken and I was ok it happens but the all the basketball games and football games and water games there were in the section the girl gestured too would not work with the unlimited cards. This was like 10min into us playing, and I went to ask what was going on the girl said she forgot to mention that those games, even if they are in that section, would not work. I just asked for a refund and got out. It was not worth it. We left and went to Chuck e Cheese and had a much better time.

This place has gone all the way down hill. Broken games, sticky floors, smelly arcade and then...They charge your card just to charge your card! I literally cant make this up. The kid at the front says it charges to see if the card is active and then does the separate actual transaction, literally charging you twice. But if the card wasnt active, how would you get the money for the transaction anyhow? Ive never heard of idiocy like this is some monthly subscription. Then the temp charge is not given back to you. The kid had no knowledge of if and when that could be. Will be my last visit here since they are likely doing credit card fraud. And if this is some employee fraud charge I will remember faces..

The place is lively! I bought the unlimited three hours pass, which gives me access to monkey jump, disk o, lazer maze, arcades(no prizes or ticket games only), and bumper cars. There was an okay amount of games without prizes. My card kinda went weird because I would swipe and it would say no funds even if the game offered no prizes or tickets. Also, a lot of games were broken down and didn t work. Me and my friends tried to play tomb raider with all four of us, but turns out, two player slots were broken. A few motorcycle and car arcades weren t working as well. But I really liked the monkey jump. It was calm and not as frightening as the disk o. The disk o offered a fun and, at the same time, frightening experience (given that I m afraid of heights and scared of the feeling of dropping). I don t recommend the lazer maze though. The maze is enclosed in a small room with little to no circulation. There are strong chemical smells in the room which they are very uncomfortable to inhale. The staff were okay, some weren t so lively and they were just there for their job. Speaking of jobs, when I came in, there was a whole line to buy tickets. Only one person was in charge of exchanging money for tickets. Please get at least one more person to do the job. I lost a few minutes of my game time waiting in line. Keep this in mind, but have the most fun you can get!

This place has definitely gone downhill! No buffet anymore. Also the games just really suck. You barely win any points and the prizes suck. They took a lot of the video games out and the selection was mainly racing games. This is not what I remembered! I got 200 points on my card and after the first few games instantly regretted it. Don t waste your money here - go to main event or other arcades.
