One of my family members got a dui with at the time of driving, the BAC was above double the legal limit. She had consulted and researched different lawyers before finding Nathan Miller. Nathan is quick to understand the situation and has the ability to give an honest feedback about the different ways to go about with the case, and giving his recommendation for the best route to take with the current situation. In the court room, he is calm collective and has a demanding presence that draws the attention of the jury to focus on key factors. He has a ability to understand who you are and act as an professional extension of yourself to fight for you. I was used as a witness on the case along with other expert witnesses. He gave me confidence on the stand and I left with no regrets. He was able to secure a NOT GUILTY verdict for one of the highest BAC records in the county. I cannot recommend Nathan enough to represent yourself.

Disclaimer: Ive only just hired Mr Miller to represent me, so this review is based on the consultative portion of our interaction which, in my opinion, is the most important part. It s the point that I - a consumer in need of legal representation - have to decide who the best person is to represent me, for the most fair price. Mr Millers prices are fair, and he took the time on a SUNDAY to answer all my questions and appear for me in court the NEXT DAY - a Monday. That alone should say something about Mr Millers services and his communication skills. (As far as the sub-par reviews go, there seems to be a common denominator - and that s peoples incessant calling not getting an immediate response from him. Well, I for one hope that Mr Millers too busy to answer all but the most important questions I have. If I have questions that are unimportant/not time sensitive or even just updates on my case, I ll direct them at his PARAlegal (derived from the Greek word para meaning beside , or next to ). We all know a lawyers time is very valuable - and for good reason. So in the event you do need a lawyer, you pay the lawyer that you can afford, and gives you the best chances of achieving the best outcome possible - and for me that seems to be Mr Miller. Just wanted to put my 2 cents in and clear some things up for any other skeptics that also took the time to read the sub-optimal Google and Yelp reviews. Cheers.

I went to trial with Nathan Miller as my attorney for resisting arrest a few years ago. The definition of resisting is using force against the officer. The officer got on the stand and stated that I had not used force against him. Nathan did not move to dismiss the case or provide any defense at all. I fired him right then. The judge continued with the trial and sentenced me to 90 days because of Nathans failure to defend me.

I m actually jealous of all the clients who is giving out such good reviews because I did not get the same treatment at all. Said he would help me out on my case and even gave me a few details on how things will go and then disappeared on me. Contacted him over 10 times and did not receive an answer or any information about what was going on. The only time I have spoken with him was our first phone conversation. In the end I had to look for another attorney.

I would NEVER recommend hiring Nathen Miller, The Most unprofessional idiot I ve had the displeasure of knowing. Don t use Nathen unless you expect to pay for a lawyer that doesn t do his job and takes on a work load that he can not handle. Poor communication skills. Talks a great game, but does not deliver promised results. Such as rescheduling courts dates and communicating with clients when he is over two and a half hours late to court. Funny after I wrote this review Nathen decided to text me letting me know that he would no longer represent me if I did not take down this review. I guess he can t handle constructive criticism. I let him know that I would change my review when he change the services he was providing me. Needless to say I m hiring A very well-known Tarrant county attorney. Who is quite capable of handling my case unlike Nathen Miller. If anyone would like the name of a capable lawyer just let me know ! Don t waste your time here or your money for that matter !!!!!!!
