Wasted $15 just to see that it s nothing but a crowd of Mexicans playing loud Spanish music no matter which way I went to the lake. Even in the parking lot you can hear it and it s super annoying. There s no sand like a beach here, either. Going to ask for my money back from my bank.

It is a very clean, beautiful and quiet place, there are no shots or people out of place. I really liked the tranquility and that the children can play freely. The day I came was Sunday and there was no one to charge, there were police officers guarding a very nice place Picnic area: Very clean and a pleasant atmosphere I loved it I recommend it

They charge 15 to enter, there are no longer tables to share, if you want to go to the store to buy something and you leave you have to pay again because the machine does not give the entrance ticket.

It is a very relaxing, beautiful and very clean place. We had so much fun that we didnt want to return. The bathrooms are clean and the entrance fee is 15 dls per car, something very affordable to spend a great afternoon with your family. Toilets: Very clean and area to change if you need it, there are no showers but in General very good. Picnic area: They have beautiful views and very clean

Nice park, easy access. Lots of peoples fishing trash in the areas around the highway. Didn t see any trash cans which might help alleviate some of that.

Quiet park with large pebble beach by the highway. No lifeguard. Bring a life jacket, floatie, inflatable raft for the large swimming area. Grills and picnic tables available. Kind of difficult to figure out how to get to the entrance so it s not busy. Never a long line to enter. Good place for a rest stop, especially easy if you re headed south. $15 per vehicle. Playground: I didn t see a playground. Toilets: Restrooms available, clean enough. Dog-friendliness: Dogs can cope with this large park, some shade available. Picnic area: Great picnic area, plenty of space with grass and some trees.

I honestly loved it but hated getting in the water cus of the sharp rocks. Other than that clean and safe, I appriciate the cops going by checking on the ppl. For everyones saftey. 2nd time here for and this time for fourth of July. Amazing. Tons of ppl but relaxing, safety is their first priority NO LIFEGUARD SO PLS BE SAFE.

We go to Copperas to launch our boat when we are spending a day on the Lake. The boat ramp is nice and never over crowded. Definitely give it a shot.... the area for folks without a boat looks nice as well we just have never tried it.

$15 to go in a circle around their parking lot. The worst $15 I have spent literally a 2 minute circle drive. I would ask for a refund but no one at the automated pay gate. It s a joke on me. $$

Cost $10 per vehicle to get in. On site restroom and concrete tables in shade. Beach area is roomy. The trash bins are near restrooms and parking so take your trash with you to throw away.

The park has potential but really needs a park and rec designer to come through. The bathrooms are absolutely gross. Take lysol, wipes, and a trash bag with you. Hot and gross in there. If you dont have a seasonal/annual pass you have to pay $10 every time you want to come back in on the same day, the check in gate kiosk doesnt print a ticket/day pass and no one is running the booth. Sometimes theres a nice man there to help with volume control. The trash ppl leave behind is so sad.

Its a great park and launch ramp. Picnic tables are tucked away under tall oak trees, swimming area is roped off to keep boats out and you safe. I ride my bike to this location at night for privacy. I love riding my bike here.

Awesome little park. Great for fishing, or swimming. Has a great little boat launch and picnic tables. Kind of a hidden gem and never seems to be overly busy. Dont love that it cost $10 (card or cash) to get in, but that is my only complaint.

Nice cozy side of the lake. We arrived there at 4 pm on Memorial Day weekend. It was pleasant! The water level was pretty high, but we still had a good time and got to enjoy the sunset!

The ramp is closed due to all of the rain. The ramp to dock is underwater along with the road that leads to it. So no boats will be launched for quite a while until the dam is opened a d the lake drops substantially.... pilot Knoll ramp and park is closed as well

The boat ramp is nice because its not too steep, and its got a nice little dock with tiny track lights on the edge, but it would be a lot better if there were lampposts anywhere around the ramp, the dock, and in the parking lot - its very dark at night, which poses a number of hazards. But if youre in and out before it gets dark, its not a bad little launch!
