Paul Owens Attorney comes to Del Webb Hill Country Retreat each month. Residents have an opportunity to come to the meeting s for an overview of Mr. Owen s services. He encourages questions and individuals questions about legal matters & their concerns. I am so very pleased with Paul Owen s law firm & very highly recommend them! Also, his prices are certainly affordable.

I hired this firm for probate and initially I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere, then during the completion of my application to be submitted to the court, I discovered a discrepancy on a date. When I brought to the paralegals attention, I immediately became the enemy and not the client. I experienced being patronized, dismissed, and even hung up on! My trust in this law firm went flying out the window! Accountability was not even offered.

My husband, my elderly mother and I highly recommend Attorney Paul Owens for estate planning needs. He helped us amend documents to reflect our recent move from South Carolina to Texas. And though there was a bit of a mix-up, Paul made good on it, and all of our estate plan is now good to go for Texas! He and his staff are easy to work with. We are completely satisfied!

Mr. Paul Owens recently assisted my husband and I with preparing our estate documents (wills, trusts, medical powers of attorney, transfer on death deed). He was very friendly & professional and clearly answered all of our questions. He also charges a flat fee, so there are no additional charges if you call him with questions. His staff, Stefani and Joyce, were a pleasure to work with as well. Highly recommend The Owens Law Firm!

My elderly mom needed a codicil to her Will which was prepared by a different lawyer. Owens Law Firm created the codicil in a timely manner. Since my mom was very weak and on hospice, I was able to drive her to the law firm at which time the lawyer and two witnesses cam out to the car to complete the signing process. I was very impressed with their kind treatment of my mom.

He. Never finished the job. He fired me because I text messages to my sons girlfriend NOT WIFE. She cremated him took off with his ashes. She says she has no property and wanted more money to get girlfriends name off of death cert. He forgot to contact father so what should have been over by Nov was a court hearing Feb 11th. I cant get past me grieving. He has blocked my number email and said is I come on property he will call police. I want my sons file. BTW I was the one to go get all records. I have contacted Texas state bar association And my grievance will follow.

I had never met an attorney before so i was skeptical. However, my skepticism disappeared after a few minutes because he was approachable, answered all my questions, genuinely seemed interested in my situation. I admit to having mixed feelings when working with attorneys; however, Paul Owens was able to gain our trust fairly quickly! Paul is responsive to every call and email. He answered within 24 hours and if the response was going to take a bit longer, he sent me a quick email on when I should expect a response.
