Its a really nice waterfront park. The paved trail is not long, but its well-positioned. There is plenty of parking for a Saturday crowd. I saw people fishing, picnicking, walking, or boating here. I felt safe as I noticed a police car patrolling the area. The only drawback was that the public restroom was locked when we visited (Saturday, late morning to early afternoon), so one star off.

The bathrooms have been closed for over a month. People are starting to pee outside the bathroom. Theres also poop outside the bathroom. Its starting to stink really bad at this park. Its hard to walk near the bathroom without smelling the stench of pee.

Clean, right on the lake. Only has four tables under the pavilion. The pavilion has a big open grill. Lots of other families brought their own canopy, chairs and tables and set up picnic areas under trees in several other places. The playground has only swings, about 6 or 8, plus two flying saucer swings. There are a lot of benches along the path. And porch swings along the path. Tons of parking. Restrooms, drinking fountains (plus one for dogs), but none of these were working when we were there Labor Day weekend.

A truly beautiful and relaxing park! Bit of a travel makes it perfect for a nice quiet day out and many friendly people around that respect you. (Men s bathroom is currently out of order) otherwise the dock, benches, area, and park is super well kept. Playground: Well kept Toilets: Men s is out of order but women s is open Dog-friendliness: Keep dogs on leash or near you! (Duh) Picnic area: Pretty clean and nice

So Ill start off with dont go here if ya wanna see people with dock etiquette! For a bunch of definitely more wealthy than most folks they are extremely entitled taking upwards of 20 min to launch their boats. Not bc they cant back a trailer. More bc they pull up to the ramp not even having their boat remotely prepared or their people loaded on the boat. I definitely looked like the poor kid on the block with my old dodge ram lol. Its definitely a boat/trailer fashion show here lol. You wanna hang out with your squatty trucks or lifted pavement prince trucks with rubber bands on their big chrome wheels this is a place for you. Very judgemental ppl out here for sure .

A nice little place for a stroll in the evening to watch the sunset. I also see people go here for fishing. It has a little place for picnics and a few grills. It does not have a playground but has a few swings. Theres also some seating along the lake. Plenty of parking. They also have a few boat rams for you to dock your boats.

My son loves it, the lake is so nice, it gives peace and harmony, you can also take a quick walk with the view of the lake in the background, it feels super great, you have to see it for yourself, and I also see that you can practice fishing . Playground: You can find comfortable swings with spectacular views of the lake, and rocking benches. There are only swings. Toilets: They are fine Dog-friendliness: If I saw that they were carrying dogs, I also saw that there were bags for their disposal, and appropriate garbage cans to deposit waste or garbage. Picnic area: There is only one picnic area with a large covered tables and a great view.

loud music, tons of trash, inconsiderate people, parents letting their kids do whatever they want, the fishing is horrible, kids throwing rocks, don t EVER come here. there s no way to enjoy this park unless you like the smell of charcoal constantly in your lungs and loud pointless hispanic music. don t forget the empty bottles of corona.

I really don t like to brag about this park very much. I regularly take walks here and I live in the neighborhood but it does get a little crowded on weekends and Holidays. Unfortunately, the outsiders don t take pride in our little park and will often leave it in a mess for our small city crew to clean up.

A great free small park next to the lake. The park offers a boating dock ramp and a small trail with several rocking benches to enjoy the water view. It does have public restrooms. It has a nice pavilion with benches too. Plenty of parking. Nice drive, nice park with jogging paths and fishing over the (fairly too tall for comfortable fishing) rails. Nice and peaceful. Wear a hat... bring an umbrella.. the sun beats on you early as theres not much shade near the fishing path.

This is a beautiful park surrounded by great lake views, there is a pavilion here with grills, many green areas and benches, is quiet and peaceful, I saw people fishing. The 11 year old liked it but not too much to do for her, told her sometimes we need some peace, quiet and beautiful views to appreciate life. Bring your blankets, sit in the shade of a tree and enjoy! The drive to this place also is really nice, you will see many beautiful real estate.

Quiet place usually. Closes early has boat launch. Walking path not very long tho benches to sit on. When I was a kid it was like a sandy beach and we came here to swim and enjoy summer. Its more of a bulk head now with rocks. Its a nice place to picnic and sit on a bench

This is a very nice park with a wonderful view. It is well kept and clean. The boat ramp is nice. It needs more boat parking. It is a busy ramp, nice and friendly people. The boat dock is nice and convenient. The view is amazing overlooking the lake if your visiting the park. This is a hidden Gem.

I think this would be a nice park to go to in the spring or fall. I didnt see any Beach to go swimming on. There was a retaining wall and then the lake. Or maybe youre not even allowed to go swimming on that lake. I dont remember. There was a boat ramp there and people were going fishing. Overall it was a nice place. I would go there with the family to go have a picnic if it wasnt 255° outside

I dont like the cement divider in the middle of the ramp. I wish they would have better rubber cushioning around their dock for boat protection. They also need to remove big huge Boulders right next to the pier because you cant pull your boat in unless you want a hole in the bottom. Otherwise it was nice to have the amenities of a washroom. The parking lot is rather small as well. However, it is the only other free boat launch in the nearby vicinity other than the Bass Pro Drive which is totally overcrowded and almost inaccessible on the weekend. So thank you so much to Terry Park recreation department for providing this for the Publics use. Appreciate it.

Went fishing with my sister and her bf. Had lots of fun were not really great fishers lol but we Caught our first fish there. Its also very clean, neat, there is even a playground, and if you have a boat there is also a place to put it in the water.
