I was a little surprised that I didnt love love my food here. Dont get me wrong it was very good but it wasnt excellent. My steak was tough and did not have very much flavor. My son got the bacon wrapped shrimp, which was excellent. Bacon was cooked perfectly. My beer was very cold so that I give !

Extremely disappointed with my overall experience at the Harlingen Muelle 37. The young man who served the table was serving food over people and dripping tea and micheladas all over the people. Food was being served over people as well. It took the young man 20 min just to bring drinks to the table and the food took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be served. Only to be served cold. Some of the meals were missing items or wrong all together. Spoke to management at the start to express my concerns and she just smiled and said she would personally help out. She never did. At the end, I spoke to her and she wanted to placed it back on me and my guests instead of making things right. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Please consider other Muelle 37 locations.

Horrible service, waiter was blowing on my soup. Waiter fingers got into the michelada and tea we ordered. Wrong items on food ordered and missing some of them when delivered. Be careful because regardless of the service the waiter will take 15% at the moment of charge. In my case waiter charge me 15 dollars for a horrible service. Also make sure you do not pay with a Visa card because they ll charge you $6.00 Very disappointed. Management does not care and have no people s skills.

Omg! This is my first time here, Im from out of town. And my cousin took me eat lunch and I gave to say it was absolutely delicious. Everything was absolutely awesome. Fun, Mexican-Seafood diner with a flair for all things from our neighbors south of the border. The menu is primarily written in Spanish, but includes pictures so youll know what the items are. I had a sampler platter, which has fish filets, refined beans, French fries, assorted vegetables and a shrimp cocktail. Great value and fills you up. Beer is sold, but only in bottles. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary, the servers will sing for your table along with a small dance number. Very cheerful. The place seems to be popular with the locals.

The customer service was great. The food service on the other hand wasnt. They messed up on my request for no avocado in my shrimp cocktail (they gave me no onions & still gave me avocado), they offered to take it back, but I said it was ok. The fish and shrimp ended up being really good. When it was time to pay we had a split bill. They ended up charging multiple tickets to one card, and pretty much said if we wanted to fix the problem it would take days. So I just offered our guest cash to even out the problem. Also had to change out my sweet tea for lemonaid cause it tasted really nasty.

Not recommend they overcharge you on the credit card fees. Where typical business charge between 1.5%-2.9% they charge customer 4% on your credit card charge. Either they have a very bad negotiated POS contract or there trying to profit from there customer credit card payments.

The service was not good. The waiter never came back to check on us. Had to wave him down. The Food is really good. But the service was bad. I ordered #2 plate. Fish and shrimp. I asked for dipping sauce. At the find out it was $2.50. for that small 1 ounce sauce. I was not told the charge that. Spoke to manager Hema. She didnt give any response. I would advise eating your food with ear muffs due to the fact you cant hear yourself think or carry on a conversation within the restaurant. Plus they need a bigger selection of fish besides Tilapia & Basa fish. They serve beer in order to cancel out the loud music or ambience, warning birthday celebrations are loud as well. They need to revamp the soup recipe.

Horrible customer service, waited an hour in a half for our order. Asked the manager how long the food was going to take and she specified it s only been 17 minutes . Once we got our food and paid she ended up telling us that the waitress didn t put in our order and that s why it took longer. Mind you she specified it had been 17 minutes when it had been longer than that. Manger was unprofessional as well. Horrible experience at this restaurant.

Horrible service, cold food, and manager could care less. Charges 4% to use a credit card and don t ask for cocktail sauce (it s a seafood restaurant) bcuz it costs $2.50 extra. Asked for unsweetened tea and they lied that there was no sweet and low. But they brought some to the table next to us. They got our order wrong and brought out cold food. And to top it off, it s pricey. Just bad all around We don t recommend this place at all. And then we explained to manager; he was aloof, rude, and had to side with his employee. I guess the customer is not right in this place terrible!

I am giving the service 4 stars because I went on a Friday evening during lent and for the number of people there, because we all know its going to be busy, they were very disorganized. Be prepared to wait 20-30 mins. There was only 1 person in the front to check in people, cash out others that were leaving and take care of people carrying out. I was trying to be polite and wait my turn to sign in when a senior lady came up from behind me, interrupted the cashier to ask for the wait time and sign herself in. Besides that the food was great. Fries were hot and fresh and the rice was nice and fluffy. Our server was awesome. She checked on us frequently and was very attentive. The food is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is nice.

My family and I had a Horrible experience at this Muelle 37. The Service was absolutely Horrible. Started with the wait time, we were told 20 minutes and we waited over an Hour to be seated. The waitress did not care to be there, we asked for items and she was standing around not doing anything. We were disappointed after having this place recommended. They charged us 3.99% fee for using a debit card. And they added a 15% gratuity for my wife and my kids. Maybe they knew her tip was not worth that much. The food was a 5 out of 10. Taste was ok. I guess my biggest complaint is the bad service. HORRIBLE SERVICE. They were out of several drinks, Sprite, Dr Pepper and other fountain drinks. Beer, they were out of Dos X and several other beers. POOR Management for a Friday evening. I do NOT recommend this place. Disappointed to say the least.

My family and I came to celebrate my brothers birthday and they refused to sing happy birthday since his birthday was yesterday, we weren t asking for his birthday discount or anything just for them to the sing. Whatever my family and I have ordered tastes great, from any seafood plate to the fajita tacos and botanas. Prices are reasonable, worth every penny. On take outs theyve messed up my order several times. The last time I ordered a shrimp cocktail and they gave me ceviche. When I went back and asked them about it they said they would make it right, but simply gave me more ceviche instead of the cocktail.

Hadnt been here in a while. Tried the plancha tacos.... good choice as well the #2, fish and shrimp, great flavor and well served as usual. New visit 9-27-22 Birthday dinner for MIL. Service was great food was great. My MIL got a Bday song from the staff and a Bday meal. Absolutely great visit. Tried the Cheeseburger this time around, the wife had fajita tacos and MIL had the fish & shrimp combo. No complaints, definitely be back.

Horrible service. Rude incompetent employees. $15 for a small cup of the shrimp cocktail when we ordered a Large cocktail to go. The continents even worse, half the cup. For this B.S. I ll rather drive an extra 25 mins to coctelería El Amigo. Who will give you the correct order of shrimp cocktail and actually put more shrimp than anything I get there they said order wasn t ready. I asked a different employee she said our food was right there next to register the whole time. Mind you we still waited and extra 15 mins. Get home to our small surprise of our food not made right. I ordered the 9.99 fish special# one. I have been to this restaurant a few times now and every time the food and service is excellent. Plus the serving portion is awesome and definitely worth the price. Keep up the good service and food and I will keep coming back.
