Update (10/12/23): Used these guys again, but this time not only for window washing but for gutter cleaning and soft house wash as well. Again, truly tremendous result. They were on time, efficient, and perfectionists. They went above and beyond, also spot cleaning places on my deck, spending extra time on the house to remove mud dauber nests, and even cleaned up the leaves that fell from the roof into my pool. Its like owning a brand new house. Original post: These guys were tremendous. Quick, efficient, friendly, professional, and incredibly cost-effective. I m not sure my windows have ever been cleaner, and certainly not for this reasonable of a price. I couldn t recommend them more highly.

Extremely pleased! Today, Houstonian Services came to my home to perform a full service, including pressure washing the driveway, soft washing the walls, cleaning the windows, and cleaning the gutters. Let me tell you, I NOW HAVE A BRAND NEW HOME. If you have pine trees near your home, you are aware of the inconvenience and clutter. I didnt take a before photo, but Im hoping the pictures and video will do justice to the attention to detail and the excellent caliber of their work. I used Houstonian Services for gutter and exterior window cleaning. The crew did a fantastic job, I cant believe how clean the windows and screens are after six years of no cleaning! Im so happy with how they look!! The crew also made my neighbors very happy for cleaning all the mess my gutters made in their patios while cleaning. Business owner, David, came to my house very quickly after I called to do an estimate, and was very professional and thorough, even explaining that a couple of my double-pane windows had leaked. and the fog I was seeing was not from outside film or dirt. I do not tend to write reviews, but I think it is worthy to make this one. I first came across with Houstonian Services when looking for a cleaning company for the firm I work for. We contracted their services to clean the facade of our office including the windows. The most I liked was that they used equipment that allow to properly conduct the work on an expedite manner. At the end of the work, we were very satisfied with the outcome and what best at a competitive value! I liked their work to the point that I hired the company to clean the windows of my house. We used to do the cleaning of the windows in our own, but it usually took too much time and at the end we ended up exhausted. From now on, we will hired Houstonian Services to do the job. It was also noteworthy that all company personnel were using mask at all times, so we were not concern at all for Covid issues. I share some shots of the outcome at my house.

I ve been using Houstonian Services for a few years now for gutters, power washing, and window cleaning. They are reliable and work very hard at doing a great job. We have a very old home with lots of single pane windows and they are careful with each one. We also have a ton of hardscaping that we have them power wash. They use a machine that gets our concrete amazingly clean without lots of strange streaks from the power washer. Last, we spend a ton of time on our porch. Houstonian Services has thoroughly cleaned it top to bottom and including our outdoor rugs. I m so excited to put 2020 behind us and we re starting with a wonderfully clean exterior thanks to Houstonian.

Mr David is very professional. He gave us an on-site same day estimate for free to do maintenance to all our house. We hired Houstonian Services for window cleaning on the exterior and inside our home, we did pressure washing in all our driveway, we removed al the mold and dust from the walls, and they also cleaned our gutters. Everything with the same company in an affordable price! Highly recommended!

Julio and David did an excellent job on the interior and exterior windows on my balcony which is a very complex job due to the windows previously having adhesive stuck to them after a recent tint removal. In addition, there were stubborn water stains that remained after previous attempted window cleanings. Me and the birds will be running into the patio doors throughout the day :)
