The manager here is disturbing. Telling employees to beat a stray dog with a metal pole if it came back on the property?! After A customer gave the starving dog water outside and the manager proceeded to chase the dog off scaring it, and dumped the water. You are a disgrace sir. Pathetic excuse for a human!

The food was good and affordable. Waitstaff introduced them selfs when half of my party sat down and hardly ever came back. Waited to the end to start pre bussing the tables. We had to get our own refills and request straws and napkins. Staff behind the line

Ur server was very stingy with the serving size & when I asked for more onions on my liver- she added ONE sliver of cooked onion & felt she was doing me a favor. She was the only one unpleasant server in the bunch. It made for an unpleasant experience. We wont be going back for a long long while or she has been replaced. She hurts ur business. I wish I remembered her name- but she was serving meats that day. No one has ever been so pinchy with us seniors ever.

This visit was very bad all around. The food was cold and we had to look for a wait staff to help us to get it corrected. The restroom was filthy and not cleaned for a good long time. The waitress that was signed to us didnt even come by to see how we were doing and thats with the manager sitting at the next table. But he was too busy flirting and chatting with a female employee. To me this seemed very unprofessional. Really disappointed.

I had enchiladas and there was so much sauce that I couldnt taste the tortilla! Also, I had a chocolate cream pie that had condensation at the bottom which had been absorbed by the crust making it soft and unappetizing. The service was good however. Food

A/C was the best. Cousins FROM Spring Branch came to visit. We met here. What a treat. Vegetarian options: Different types of fish are prepared differently. Many vegetables as well. Salads, and desserts. Dietary restrictions: Questions on preparation are accessible. Parking: Many HANDICAP PARKING. Kid-friendliness: High chairs and a kids menu. Wheelchair accessibility: MOM was in a wheelchair and we had absolutely no problems.

The food was not good. I ordered melted cheese on my broccoli and instead got watered down cheese. The lady explained that they were having issues keeping the cheese melted....well, then dont offer it. My broiled fish was too tough, the loaded potatoes were horrible and the carrot cake muffin was old. The tiles on the ceiling NEED to be replaced along with the carpet.

Went to pickup Thanksgiving dinners the food was excellent but the app was down for orders and their order taking and tracking was not well thought out which is disappointing considering long lubys has been around should have it down to a art by know. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Eva in the Harlingen location provides outstanding service. Dietary restrictions: Multitude of fruits, veggies and baked options from which to choose. I usually have baked almondine fish. Parking: Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking spots are near the building and ramps are available.

Food was pretty amazing! I hadn t been in many years but it was better than I was expecting! Service could use a little work if they expect tips. The food was not as good as it has been before. Went to the restroom. Two stalls were really dirty. The third had no toilet paper. Had to get some from the other stall. There was a waiter & a waitress that passed by our table several times. My husband & I were there for over 30 minutes. No one ever came to our table to acknowledge us. The waiter did go several times to the table that was near us. Never got our straws for our drinks (the lady that you pay said you get the straws from your waiter). Weve never experienced been treated like this in any place weve ever gone. We will never ever come to eat here again!

I had the LueAnn with the fried fish, green beans and squash. It was ok but it is close to work and always quick in and out. Food doesnt really have that much seasonings. Salad was fresh and the roll was good. Price is high for taste but quantity is better. Service is always attentive and friendly.
