Stephanie showed excellent problem solving skills as she anticipated and overcame hurdle after hurdle to get us to closing. We really enjoyed working with Gilbert Galvan. We asked him to help us sell some land, and were extremely surprised that he found buyers for all three properties in less than a month. In conversation we mentioned we may be interested in a rental property on South Padre. Within days we were looking at houses on the beach, and we closed on our perfect home within the month. As a result, Gilbert helped us save tens of thousands of dollars in capital gains on the land deals by purchasing our investment property. People tell us that we were lucky to find our new home when we did. We tell them that luck had nothing to do with it. Rocking K Rocks! If youre buying or selling a house, use Rocking K!! We have worked with Ryan Busse on a couple deals and he is the cats pajamas, the bomb-diggety! Rocking K works hard to make the purchase/sale happen smoothly, quickly and efficiently. They will deal with you ethically and honestly, even when delivering bad news - and they can deliver bad news in a kind, gentle way, instead of brutal bluntness (like telling you to get rid of the couch from the 1970s that your Grandmother gave you if you want your house to be showable).
