I recommend Mr. Spivey, my experience with Mr. Spivey is a man of integrity and straightforward and did what he said he was going to do. Mr. Spivey and JoBeth lady in office were easy to work with and got the job done for me. Previously had a case in Austin and it was very aggravating with attorneys who were very dishonest always asking for another 5k and disconnected like talking to a new wall everytime. Mr. Spivey was recommended to me by a buddy and I recommend him to anyone that needs help with divorce during tough times. He s sharp and remembers your case as it drags along at the courthouse.

I have hired Greg Spivey TWICE now. Once for divorce, and the second time for a child support modification/other nonsense from my childs father. BOTH times he had me walking away a winner. I fully trust him to represent me in any legal matter, and I couldn t be more impressed with his service and the service of his assistant Jo Beth! From start to finish, over a few different years, Greg Spivey has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for me. One thing he made sure to mention to me, is that if you hire him, you get him. He doesn t have a bunch of different paralegals doing his work for him while he just shows up on the day of court as other lawyers here in town do. NO! Throughout the whole process, he was always able to answer any questions I had and he guided me through everything in such a detailed manner and had complete open transparency about my case with me at any stage it was in. He was so dedicated to my case, he even showed up to court for me via zoom while he was on vacation on the other side of the world and made sure he was there at the appointed court time even though it was like 3 AM his time. I am so thankful for Spivey and his aide Jo Beth. While my case ended up going beyond what Spivey could provide, he and his staff were genuinely compassionate, patient and responsive. I talked to multiple lawyers throughout Corpus- all willing to take your money for a short consultation and not even try to attempt customer service. But from day one Spivey was upfront about what he could and could not help with. He was understanding and offered advice when I needed additional legal help outside of the services he provided. As a child, my parents got divorced when I was 12. Drudging through divorce/separation territory is not on anyones bucket list. It definitely wasnt on mine.
