I just had a consultation with Mr.Davis. I appreciated his honesty and him educating me on my situation. However, it felt as if he s just about the money. My feelings were never a concern for him. I literally had to stop him and tell him what I had going on and to tell him what I needed from him because of how special my case is. This man didn t even asked me I had any comments or concerns. All I kept hearing was an extra charge for this and an extra charge for that. I think I will take my money elsewhere

This Lawyer was appointed to my juvenile son for an offense that occurred a year ago. He postponed court so he could have more time to look at case because supposedly he just received it but I don t believe that was true, but that wasn t a problem. First of all we had a hard time being available for a meeting at the same time, ok it happens. He ended up canceling one meeting because supposedly he was on the phone at that moment receiving additional information on the case, you notice I keep saying SUPPOSEDLY. Then the next appointment my son had mandatory testing at school so we made the appointment later that day. So then later that day I was just there waiting and waiting because he got held up in court, the secretary or what ever her title is, kept saying give him 20 more minutes and I ll call you back but she stopped calling back so I was calling her, until finally they canceled for that day. I expressed to her that this situation was getting frustrated in an annoyed voice. The next day we finally meat via zoom and right from the beginning he was rude and condescending, so of course I got rude back, until I finally I told him how rude I thought he was and he said I was being rude but it came out finally that he was being rude because I offended his secretary. After our meeting I was thinking about the conversation and what his secretary told me and what he had said and one of them were not telling the truth about several issues. Look I know he s probably not making the money he would on an accident, injury case but if his secretary can t handle a small amount of frustration from a client over scheduling and I mean it was only a brief remark! Then for him to be so unprofessional in a meeting then he should just stick to his ambulance chasing and not be representing children. We still have to go to his office tomorrow to sign papers and go to court, hopefully he won t carry over his unprofessionalism into court or I will definitely be doing more than giving him a bad review.
