My mother in law, fell on her shoulder. She got referred by her primary Dr, and the staff and Dr Baker were very efficient, within an hour my mother in law had xrays, Dr Baker explained everything and surgery was scheduled. The best part that the insurance was contacted and an approval was done within 2 days.

I had both knees replaced in a 3 month period. The whole staff was as nice as the could be. I can t say enough good things about Dr Baker and her NP Mrs Gonzalez! Dr. Baker has a wonderfully distinctive personality. Her NP is extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. I am and will continue to highly recommend Ortho Care to anyone with orthopedic needs.

The front office is very nice and efficient. Dr Cobos was wonderful. He show me the x-rays, examined my knee and explained the situation to me. I should be okay exercising my leg muscles and possibly wearing a brace. Music to my 83 year old ears.

Now that Dr. Cobos is gone, Orthocare might as well drop the word care. Based on my experience and opinion, they are unorganized, nursing staff is rude and they just dont care.

If i could give a negative i would. This place is racist and tend to treat their WHITE customers with the outmost respect. If you support this kind of behavior check this so called place of business out. Btw new physician (old one retired )there not the previous one with great reviews. If a physician cant read a MRI film without a radiologist interpretation. Then that doctor shouldnt be doing surgeries

Sad to see this place is going to go down hill after the Dr. Cobos retires. Now they allow a little insignificant nurse boy dictate who gets surgery and when. They literally refused to treat me for using some laying on the sink in the room to cut a couple of loose threads hanging off my shorts. They accused me of stealing the scissors. And I most definitely handed them right back to the nurse when she asked If I had moved the scissors. The little nurse boy was named Luis and when they asked me to leave I was so upset that I forgot my MRI and X ray discs and then they told me I couldnt have them. They would mail them to me. So I drove to the office barged in there ready for war and demanded my discs back. The front desk lady handed them to me. I believe this was for a good reason and Im glad that Im getting surgery elsewhere. Luis the nurse boy should be reprimanded and maybe find employment elsewhere imo.

Outstanding organization. When you first go in for surgery you really dont know what to expect. I was advised each step of the way and how long the recovery process would be. The doctor is excellent and he seems like a kind and wonderful ma, but the PA is a nasty person she is mean and aggressive and the first time that I got somewhat aggressive back ( I was actually just standing up for myself not being aggressive, but thats how she took) it with her to explain to her I knew my body she basically Was signing me off and said that theyre going to refer me to somebody else! Wow what a tyrant! Let me be specific I am speaking about the female PA only! Also the PA also she misdiagnosed me with bursitis when an MRI showed that it was actually a incomplete stress fracture on the femoral neck. .

Dr Cobos has done surgery on me twice a meniscus tear and a total knee replacement. He did a great job on both. It s hard to tell I had surgery on my knee because you can hardly see the scar. He is understanding and really listens to you along with the PA. The Physical therapy clinic there is great. They do really help reach the goal.

Excellent service, staff is friendly and considerate. Dr Cobos and his Nurse Practitioner are very knowledgeable, they take the time to explain and allow questions, without judgment. Dr. Cobos did my carpal tunnel surgery last year. Have not had anymore pain, numbness since. I would highly recommend them.

Doctor Cobos and staff are very profesional and attentive. The admin staff are on top of appointments and insurance paper work, all I had to do is show up for appointments and treatments. Belinda G, FNP is amazing and knowledgeable. There s never been a question she couldn t answer. They have a very conservative approach to treatment with surgery being the last option, which is comforting.
